Thank you so much for adding such a great surprise to our sons birthday!

Not very happy with the service I received. The first time I ordered a waterslide for my sons birthday and the day before the party I receive a email stating they are sorry but the kids waterslide is broken it has a hole and in and they didnt have another slide to replace it for the party the next day. I ended up having to call all around to have another company deliver a slide for the party as we had promised our guests it would be there. They promised me a discount if I were to use them again for the inconvenience it caused me the first time so I decided to give them a go again. They gave me a water slide for $100 instead of full price at $200. Very generous except for the day of the party the slide was scheduled to be delivered at 9 and no one was answering the phone, I left a voicemail my calls started getting ignored than finally they answered said they forgot they scheduled us for a party that day and were out of town. Luckily they had someone deliver the slide right at 11 when they party started. I received a text that they would pick up the slide at 3-4 which was less than the 6 hours I had paid for and I got sorry again for the inconvenience but I already received a discount on the slide. I was very disappointed with the service both times and will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
