Excellent deals store. This store has reading glasses of decent quality, diopters +100 to +325 for $1. All kinds of odds and ends, crafts materials, sundries and selected canned or packages foods and drinks. Most items $1.

This was the BEST Dollar Tree I have ever been to! Huge selection, great - friendly staff! Loved it and will go out of my way to return!

Store is always clean, aisles not too cluttered, but too narrow. Cashiers & Managers very pleasant.

I went here yesterday and was so disappointed. I used to work at DT in Gilbert for a few years back in 2011 and we kept that store fairly clean and free of merchandize in the aisles. This place was a complete disaster, boxes up and down ALL aisles, if you had a cart, constantly moving in between boxes to let others thru - what a joke! Finally got done with my finds and went to the checkout, I was at least 12 back from the one open checkout (no social distancing in place). Finally the store manager came out of hiding and opened up a line, then a minute or two later a kid came out to open another line. In the aisle where foil, plastics are, price stickers all over the floor, looked like some kids discovered the label maker and had a war! Needless to say, I will not be going back to this store anytime soon. There are only two DT stores near me, this one being the closest (at 5 miles away), will go back to the one I went to the time before (another 3 miles).

Great bargains and nice employees!!

Everytime I go there, there is at least 5 customers walking around without masks on or tucked under their chin. The employees don’t enforce the government mandate at all. The most you will find is a half hanging printed sign on the door. Management needs to do better.

Greeting cards..great selection and the prices are super! A little crowded so it was difficult to social distance except when checking out.

Not a bad store but also not great. Boxes are always in the aisles half put away. This makes the store hard to navigate in a wheelchair. So maybe think about your handicapable friends.They just created an updated craft/DIY aisle so thats a plus! Staff is hit or miss.

Fun place to shop.i walk down every aisle to find hidden treasures. Greeting cards are very reasonable.. 2/$1.00 or $1.00. small bags of candy for $1.00 . Everything is $1.00 or less . Cashiers friendly . Wear a mask !

Only a five star because of Nayla. She was the only one working out of four other older ladies who were chatting. She had a line and was looking for guidance at the other ladies and was not acknowledged. I spoke up and said she might need help and was met with attitude from one of the chatting women saying she knows and she couldnt go faster than her computer. Perhaps if she had it turned on and was working in the first place that wouldnt have been an issue. Nayla worked diligently and was friendly.

October 10 at 10:30 in the morning I called the store to ask if the store sold baby shower gift wrap paper. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She hung up on me the first time and the second time I called back she spoke to me in a very rude manner stating that she had already answered my question. I will not be shopping at the store now and advise others not to as well.

Good Little Star a little tight in the aisles but had lots of supplies and good stuff.

Tons of Christmas items. My checker was very polite and helpful. Asked me if I found everything; when I replied I couldnt find an item, she volunteered and went to look for it ( no one in line behind me). Appreciate the early opening hours.

Best dollar store I have been to. Good service and a smile from the employed people. My grandson was with me and we found toys and puzzels and teaching material. I even found a garden tool . I would say go here before you go to do your regular shopping. You can save a lot. Who doesnt like to save.😂

The lady at register 2 today was awesome! She new I needed Kleenex but I had 2 sick kids and i was sick and it was pouring out. I didnt want to go to the back of the store to get it because we were all sick. We were walking out and she ran to the back of the store and called to me saying she got it for me! She went above and beyond! Awesome customer Service!! I hope she gets recognized! I wished I got her name!

What a fun place this is to look around. Everything is $1.00. all the things I looked at were of very good quality and the only negative thing I could find here was trying to buy the store out. I LOVE this place!!!

Most employees are nice. The reason for not rating higher, is that they have been poorly stocked for the last few months, and constantly have boxes all over that need to be stocked. Hopefully that changes soon. Overall, dollartree is the best dollar store in AZ that I have found!

I go here every other week. You can get your cleaning supplies for really low prices here. They also have health essentials, craft supplies, a bit of toys, dishes and even some food items. They also have some nice cosmetics and everything is $1. We always go here before we go to the grocery store.

Everything is just a dollar!!! I have never been to one of these stores before. I was honestly amazed by the sheer amount of stuff they have there. From food to toiletries and everything in between you can get it here. If I knew about this place when I was single I would probably have saved a ton of money! Plus the staff is friendly, honest, and funny!

A normal Dollar Tree. Good for crafts, birthday and holiday decorations, and inexpensive miscellaneous goods. This one in particular seems to have long lines every time I go (at various times of day) due to only using one checkout. Aisles often have unboxed goods cluttering walkway. Other than that, it has polite employees and is clean.

You cant beat the prices. I often buy cookies there for one dollar that would cost 3 to 4 dollars at a grocery store. This store is always busy from 4 to 6 pm.

Always a good selection, fast out of lines, and great customer service. Easy to maneuver through store with no STOCK in the aisles during business hours like some other local stores.

I never leave reviews but after how I was just treated I definitely will be. I walked up at 6:56 on Sunday to quickly buy a roll of wrapping paper I needed for this evening and was locked out.. and told through the door that they are closed. The employee then asked the other employee what time it was and she was told it was 6:57 (at that point) after shaking her head at me and taking her sweet time unlocking the door to even let the other customer out, she then said with attitude you have two minutes. Im sorry but get the chip off your shoulder and treat your customers with some respect. Very disappointed with the customer service I just received.

SHOPPERS BEWAREWe were at the Dollar Tree on Bell Rd, in Surprise AZ about 1pm today, Sept 27, 2019.My husband and I are standing in a checkout line when cashier tells us to come over to her register, that shell help us. We move over, put our items on the belt and she leaves us standing there. The manager told her to help some other people instead. The cashier tells the manager she just called us over to her register. Manager tells her to help the other people instead because its all about customer service. Hey, manager, were customers too and you treated us rudely and were insuting!! We walked out and will never go back to that Dollar Tree again.

They never have anything except for empty aisles. I was going to take a video of the aisles yesterday because there were empty shelves down everywhere. It was ridiculous. Can never find what Im looking for. Always have to go to another dollar store to find what im looking for. Wont be going back.

Service could be better with a greeter at the front door and somebody that can direct you to whats in the store and how to get there everyone walks around as though their head is cut off no one knows anything but product is pretty good

Everything was super and the people super nice.

I had a really confusing experience here. The cashier had a british accent when she talked to the woman ahead of me. Then when it was my partner and I’s turn, there was no accent. The second we walked away she introduced herself to the next customer with a big british, “Helllooooo”. If your cashiers are going to have a fake accent can they at least be consistent?

The slowest dollar store Ive ever been to! Had to wait 10 mins in line while 3 employees tried to figure out how to return ONE ITEM . Finally got frustrated and just walked out without my items. Train your emplyees!!

Clean and had everything I needed for cleaning and storage household needs.

Always busy with long lines but the employees are exceptionally friendly. Today the lines werent bad for a Saturday at 3pm. Sometimes the selections can be really limited but found what I was looking for today.

Smallest Dollar Tree Ive ever seen, but well stocked and friendly crew.

Some pretty good deals but Ive only come to this place after 6 and there is usually boxes everywhere.
