Being a picky individual when it comes to my vehicle, I have to say I am very pleased with the service! From the initial appointment call through the time of pickup, I am very happy with all aspects of the experience. I was recently gifted a full detail service and was surprised Reese remembered my name from the conversation he had with my wife a couple of weeks prior. The quality of the work is excellent and they were able to remove some overspray from a minor paint repair. Communication before, during, and after was also good. I would have zero hesitation taking my car back and trust the same experience would be repeated. Friendly, confortable, and honest workmanship, great value, and superb customer service!

We had a car detailed that had 4 years of dirt, food, drink, stickers, and pet hair buildup. The car was returned in great condition at a reasonable price. This is especially notable because the car had some issues that were not obvious at the initial inspection that required extra time and special cleaning materials.

Reece did an amazing job on my truck, there were some scheduling issues with my first appointment but he was up front and honest about it. I made another appointment the following week and he did excellent work and made sure I was pleased with the results! I would highly recommend bringing your vehicles to him, as he would say you wont be disappointed!😄

He stated right here I told him this could not be my car, this car is brand new! That goes to show you what a phenomenal job he did on my car. This place was great! The minute we rolled up we were met by the owner who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The detailing job on the car was done very well-- it looks like it just came off the car lot. Definitely a great job, if you need someone to clean and detail your car, this is the best guy in town.

These guys really take care of you and your vehicle! If you want a detailing company that will take their time with your vehicle then you come to the right place. His prices are much better than all of the other guys around town.I was able to get my van on their schedule with very short notice and he went out of his way to keep me informed of the status and when it would be completed. BEWARE! This place is CLOSED and still selling Groupons!!!Edit: I called the number listed on Google AND their Groupon description at least 15 times and left 3 voicemails with no response (number provided by owner below is a different number). Finally decided to drive over to the listed address—no sign of the business at all and no one was working at the location. There was no company logo and no “Sorry, we’re temporarily unavailable” notice hanging anywhere. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

The best interior detail in the Madison area is at Pearl of Envy. Ive tried other places the last couple years and was never really satisfied with the work. I was completely satisfied with Pearl of Envy, the interior of my vehicle looked brand new. Did not think that was possible with the mess my kids can make. Happy to have finally found a place that does an excellent detail.

I took my wife’s car to him for a detail, and he did a phenomenal job! He was very accommodating, punctual, and right on budget. So I was excited to bring more work to him. A couple weeks later, I tried to bring a work vehicle to him, but he never return my calls or texts or voicemails... Now my vehicle is sitting at his competitors shop. I am disappointed. I was really hoping to start a great business relationship.

Last summer I called and there was no answer so I left a message inquiring about prices and services. Nobody ever called back. This spring my husband and I decided to call and give it another try. The owner talked to my husband and answered all of our questions and that we should not have any problems getting ahold of him. We thanked him for the information and hung up. After about a half an hour of discussing it amongst ourselves, we called the business back and it went to voicemail. The voicemail stated that he was in the hospital and that he wouldnt be around that day. So, we tried calling again the next day and again no answer. This time we left a voicemail stating that we were interested in his services and that we would like to book an appointment. It has been a month and no call back. He has now lost our business!

Tried calling multiple times in the past and I’d either get an answering machine or the owner telling me he’d call back later and never did. My groupon already expired so I essentially wasted money for no good reason trying to get my car cleaned. Might as well clean it myself since y’all are clearly incapable.

Fantastic job, our car was in pretty rough shape. We have multiple kids and a couple dogs, as a result the interior was a mess. Upholstery was stained, floors were disgusting. Now, it feels like a new car. I would definitely recommend Pearl of Envy. Fantastic work and even better service!

To top it off, they gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped it off. The customer service deserves six stars, and the quality of the Platinum Detail was off the charts. I couldnt be happier.

Reese did an AMAZING job!!! My car was covered in dog hair, slobber, and filth. It was absolutely repulsive and he made it look brand spankin new! I was in complete shock when I saw it......I couldnt believe it was the same car. He did an incredible job! Ill never go anywhere else.
