The owner does a great job taking care of new and used vehicles. Ive had several friends take vehicles to Egan Automotive on multiple occasions. It should be even easier to get to his new location which is located just off of the highway. The mechanics do a great job assessing what needs to be done and executing the task at hand. I commonly recommend Eagan Automotive to my friends on the east side of Madison.

I stumbled across Eagan Auto Sales on Facebook as they were running an amazing deal for people in the Beauty industry during this crazy pandemic. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and were very flexible with rescheduling when I had to cancel last minute due to work. They were very professional and thorough with my vehicle. They gave me a detailed report with any extra things that needed attention, but not pushy to get fixed right away. I had some questions about another vehicle while I was there and they were honest about what was possibly wrong with it (tire issue). I was literally going to just buy another tire and instead he suggested to bring it in as he was doubtful that I needed to replace the tire. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle here to get serviced and will recommend them to others who need good quality and honest work.

Highly recommend Eagan Auto!! Shawn and the guys went out of the way to give me the best service. They explained everything they were doing, made sure I knew exactly what was going on, and did extra work because they want their customers to be happy. Shawn even showed me some neat functions I didn’t know my car had. When ordering parts, Tom explained how they price compare to make sure you get the best deal with the best warranty. I was amazed how quickly they were able to order new parts and finish the job- less than 24 hours for something I thought would take days. They even gave me a cool loaner car to drive. What made this place so effective and trustworthy were their honest opinions. However, it was Shawns advice and input that kept me coming back. Super friendly and reasonable place for oil changes. It is a bit outside of town but easy to find. I went there with a Groupon and will definitely come back again and again. It is not real clean, but then again. It is a car place. They sell cars here as well. I will definitely come here to look at cars. They have a comfy couch to sit on and watch TV while your car is getting serviced.

We took our Honda CR-V to Eagan Auto Sales and Service. The vehicle was having intermittent issues starting up. Shawn did an awesome job fixing the issue. We were very impressed and pleased with everything, from the quality work to the affordable rates. Also, they gave us a loaner vehicle to use while our car was getting fixed. We bought a car in Sept from Eagan auto and in Feb slid into a snowbank and now the car is undriveable. Seems the underside was totally rusted through. Granted we should have had it inspected but Eagan auto should have disclosed the condition of the vehicle.

Zero stars if possible. Dropped my car off to finish a wiring job and a few other jobs, they hold onto it for 6 weeks, do nothing, dent my car in two places, take huge chunks of paint off in places, and completely drench the seats and carpet, then let them sit long enough to mold. Would never recommend this place to even an enemy. Destroyed my project car. Horrible people. Horrible results, horrible service.
