I trust this service center so much. Their prices are great and work is excellent! Receptionist takes very detailed notes about my car problems for the mechanics to use. Often I get a call from the mechanics when the work is finished and they review the work they completed.

Ive taken my car here twice and both times, Ive had excellent experiences. Prices are fair and reasonable, work done was excellent and thorough, and everyone has been personable. Honestly, its my go-to shop in town!

We absolutely love taking our vehicles here to get work done. Sometimes its difficult finding a mechanic that you can trust but when you do you dont even think about going anywhere else. Shoppers took my truck in on a tow as my ball joint had failed, they had very fair pricing and while recommend more repairs they only fixed what I truly needed and got my truck back on the road! I would recommend this repair shop as they were very friendly and completed the repair in a very timely matter!

I tried calling and was put on hold for about 5 mins and hung up on without even being talked to.they called back and then hung up on me again when I asked if they were really busy. Very poor customer service.

I have had multiple experiences where Ive been told by other mechanics that work was needed on my vehicles when Shuppes told me none was needed at all. Friendly, honest mechanics who know their stuff

We started going to Shuppes due to our previous favorite mechanic always being booked and not being easily able to coordinate drop-offs and pickups once we moved out of Sun Prairie. Once we started using this shop we never went back. The staff at Shuppes are fair and honest and never recommend unnecessary repairs. Sun Prairie is fortunate to have this business as they are real asset to the community.

My boyfriend and I are just moving to the area and unfortunately had to get the car serviced right away .. I must say the staff working here may have been the nicest people we’ve encountered while being in sun prairie . They were fast, very helpful and super friendly ! He spent extra time on my car free of charge and the secretary was just the greatest ! They weren’t rushing or money hungry ! VERY HONEST PEOPLE ... I hope nothing happens to the car but if it’s does I’ll be here again gladly !

I got a tow to here, on a Friday afternoon. Got in about 4:45, or so.On the way over, on the phone I was told that I wouldnt be able to have my car looked at until Monday! They were closing soon, and all booked up. So I was going to try to get a rental. They were so awesome to me, they realized how frustrated I was and a little upset, and since my issue with my vehicle wasnt a huge deal, took a peek at it anyway. And within 25 minutes or so I was back out on the road and ready to enjoy my weekend! Thanks to this place!!

John quota a fair price for repairing my rear struts and sway bar link; he even came in under the quote. Great staff to assist and provided a ride home after I dropped off car. Id recommend him to anyone

Cant say enough good things about Shuppes. They fix whats wrong and dont BS you about whats not to run up the repair price. Recently I drove in from Middleton, dropped of my car, and rented a car for the day so that I could get my car fixed by people I trusted--and I live across the street from a repair shop.

Went to Shuppes to have some work done because I was having trouble with rusty bolts. He suggested replace the whole distributor instead of going through the trouble replacing the cap and taping new holes for bolts. I can tackle things like that myself so I did. Having him suggest that was very helpful and I appreciated that he didnt try to just take my money for no reason.

They did a great job. Great customer service. Explained all of my repairs thoroughly.

I have been going here for many years and always receive the best service. They let you know what your car really needs, they dont recommend unnecessary work and always have the best interest of the customer when checking out and working on your car.

Terrible. Took my car several times because a relative recommended. Didnt bleed my brakes so my brake peddle went to the floor when I picked up my car, it was scary. Another time, I had to add brake fluid to the master cylinder myself. Yet another time after the axle was replaced, a suspension bolt is runpbbing on my wheel and Im paying teice because Im paying someone else. Never letting them touch a car of mine again. They also never check anything. I asked for the whole car to be looked over and the other shop found a fog light needed replaced and another detail. The secretary laughed at me when I said I was taking my car somewhere else and claimed they fix several of this shops repairs, but Ive never had to return to a shop within a week, ever before. Ive had to return to Shuppes at least three times because the work was not done right. They also claimed my car is high miles, but Im not sure what corelation that is to making sure my brakes are bled among other things. They have been both incompetent and pompous.
