I would have given FedEx a one for their telephone service the automated service will not let you speak to a representative. It was very frustrating. I finally gave up with the phone system altogether. I had to return some AT and t equipment and was trying to find the nearest location for dropping it off. However I gave it a 4 because the FedEx on Montague avenue had the nicest woman that waited on me. She was a young woman and very friendly totally helpful so that is why I gave it a 4 because of her!
