$95 for a fill in and a pedicure and the polish started coming off the next day. Then they want to charge you $25 to fix the polish. Ridiculous!! Would not recommend, if I could give them a 0 rating I would.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got me a full set done and the guy was so ruff with my fingers then he filled into my skin. They charged me full price afterwards, I would NOT recommend this place .

I always have to ask them to wash their hands. Today the lady refused to wash her hands but she put hand sanitizer on her hands. She attempted to touch my face with sanitizer dripping from her hands. I got up and told her since she cant wash her hands with soap and water, I was leaving. One time I watched a lady do three peoples eyebrows without washing their hands. They are nasty.

This is my favorite place in town to go to. Their shaping is best and nails last long, friendly staff

Got gel nails and they started peeling off that Sunday. Salon was not opened and living 33 miles away I documented with daily pictures of peeling since I work and wouldnt have been able to go back until following Saturday. I called the manager on Friday and explained everything and my daily pictures with dates showing the deterioration of nails. She told me they could not honor because i should have come back Monday and they didnt know what i did to contribute to peeling. I have been going to this salon on a Saturday every since they opened after the pandemic and I work 35 miles daily in the opposite direction. Always leaving a tip for whoever work on nails and/or pedicure but NO MORE--would not recommend them to anyone.

The experience was OK. I would probably go back but have someone else more experienced to do my nails!

They do a good job, I had a waxing and manicure. Only waited a few minutes and they have Covid procedures in place. Must wear a mask & they also do. Temperature check all before services.

Great job on my lashes. My temperature was taken, clients were spaced apart, and they were professional.

I paid $40 for LONG individual lashes and she did not make them full at all there’s only lashes in the middle of my eyes. She said they never put them to the edge but this is not even close to the edge. The lashes are SHORT I’m so disappointed going home to soak them off and go back to North Charleston to get them done. Not good work at all and I usually tip. Not today!

Nothing like the sounds of a pair of nylon pants squishing together and screaming to be released. Wow

Nancy is amazing!! The best nail tech around, she will leave your nails on fleek (shape, color, designs..etc). She is seriously such a talented and nice person and gives you the quality you pay for.Highly recommend booking your appointment with she you wont be disappointed !

Waited an hour which would be ok except I was served after several others and who I came in before. The technician barely spoke. Priority seems to be given to finger nails and I am here to get a pedicure. They do try to charge extra so cash payments are preferred. Posted signs are not honored. The pedicure was horrible!!

This place is very unprofessional. They over charge you for services rendered tell you one price before service than afterwards tell you a different amount. they are over crowed and they rush to get folks out. when it comes to eyelash they dont clean tools after each client they have nasty attitudes an apparently no manager to resolve any issues they charge you 15.00 for paper thin strip lashes that they apply both stripes and clusters with hair glue none of they staff is on one accord about the prices and they charge 2.00 to use charge without notice they just swipe your charge. beware ask questions before you allow them to do service they will also get mad once you call them out about it and refuse service.

They charge extra for a liner that is already in the spa bowl and you have no choice over it and dont bother telling you until the end. Its only $1.00 but its the principle.

One of the lady workers was very rude and disrespectful. She was trying to tell me that I had acrylic powder on my nails which was not true. Therefore, she would not do my nails since I did not agree with her. I recommend they improve their customer service and nail service!!

Had a horrible experience tonight while I got my nails done....I went in after work hoping to relax some but he was rough and Ive been going to this nail salon for quite some time now and Im assuming it was getting close to closing time and he was in a hurry to get home (obviously I am too) but he didnt take his time in his work and just all around not what Im used to....like I said been going here for a while and just a little frustrated about my experience......Hope you day goes better Sir!

They took extra money out of my account and blamed it on the bank, spoke with my bank and it was definitely regal nails taking more than i signed for. If you go there always use cash because they have taken extra without permission. They also mess up my mothers nails and didnt wont to fix it and she didnt pay and she left. TERRIBLE !

My Mother went to have her nails done,at Regal Nails & Salon 1317 north main street Summerville,S.C., and after Nancy said she was finished, my Mother pointed out that Nancy had paint over all the nail dust on her finger nails. Mom had a problem with that and said she would not pay for her nails done so awful. Nancy got in my 83-year mothers face. Not only did she not fix her mistake, she screamed at my Mother, in PUBLIC. Nancy just wanted to get paid, not do whats right and at least fix her mistake, but Nancy wanted my Mom to pay for Nancys mistake. Getting her nails done wrong, uglier and worse feeling. Nancy is a disgrace to professional manicurist and should be sent to school where she can find out that she sucks, and shown how to do it right or dont do it!!@!!! She gets one star because it I couldnt post a rate of minus 4 stars.

I got my nails done here and the acrylic was so thick and there were blobs of it on the underside of my nails, when I asked to have them fixed the woman yelled at me and basically told me it was my fault that my nails look that way and she would not fix. I asked for my money back then, and you wouldve thought o was as trying to rob them with how rude and defensive she got, she kept yelling and I assume she was trying to make uncomfortable so that I would just agree, but my feelings are not so easily hurt. would not recommend this place to anyone.

The manager did an awful job polishing. He first blamed it on the polish. Then he blamed it on my toes. A pedicure is 25.00. He charged 28.00. He added 3.00. One for using my card, one for the liner that I didnt ask for and one for the warm towel, that I didnt ask for. Really!!!He argued when I wanted to have a polish do over and wanted to charge me again, because he was finished, he said. I will never go back. Too many nail salons to pay for BAD service!!! Mad I have to pay someone else to polish again. 😠

The lady was very disrespectful and she rushed my nails. Do not go there for services, the customer service is terrible.
