A friend and I went here because we wanted to try a new place. Will not be going back. My friends ombre nails arent faded together, basically just two blocks of color on her nails. I have bubbles, missing polish and areas that dont have any top coat. All I had done was gel polish on my own nails. Employees were very nice though which is why they get 2 stars. Instead of one.

Nice atmosphere, very clean. I received the best pedicure Ive had in quite a while from Tina. Excellent attention to detail. She took her time and made sure that it was done well. I will definitely be back.

The guying doing my nails was rude. The work was poor. My nails were wavy and real thick at the cuticle. Polish was uneven and parts of my nails didn’t even get polished. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere! Not to mention they are higher priced than anywhere I have ever been! A terrible experience all the way around!

My daughter and I both got pedicures there and opted for the Nu Skin treatment. For me, they didnt even touch my heals, they came out just as rough as when I went in, my daughters one toe was messed up when we left and we had gel polish. Another one of hers was sticky like they missed putting on something. I expected alot more for $130.

Tina is now my new nail technician for LIFE! That was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She took her time, scrubbed my feel like they needed to be. When she applied the scrub she worked the product into my skin and hit the pressure points. On top of that the massage was out of this world. She even did more massaging while the masque was applied with the hot towel! This lady is EVERYTHING! Nobody else’s gets to touch these feet and she gets a BIG TIP FROM ME! You can’t get service like this and not TIP BIG IJS!! Ask for TINA! Recommend by THE RETAILBOSS!!!🤗❤️

I am very disappointed with my nails!!! This is my first time getting my nails done at this place. My nails look horrible! All of the corners of my nails don’t have acrylic on them all you see is my original nails. I have acrylic all over my fingers. My nails are not even shaped right!! The acrylic is stuck on my cuticles! It looks very horrible! I’m going to have to go to another nail salon to fix them! And to top it off I paid $65 for these nails. Poor poor job! I will never come back again!!!!

Normally I like to give places a chance who have bad ratings. But this place takes the cake, we both got infections after pedicures here, they used old used towels to dry your feet off with, smelling strongly of mold. If you are reading this right now, RUN RUN AWAY!!! For those of you who dont heed this warning & you are getting ready to write your own bad review as well, dont say I never told ya so. 🤷 How a place like this stays in business is beyond me. Probably because its right next door to wal mart.

Horrible nails khiet rushed and they over charging

Im happy to say i will be coming back for all my fills and more! they were able to get the shape of the nails to all match and to the length i want without telling me it doesnt go with my shape. Thank you! The prices is about average to any other salon. High recommend. but probably best to have an appointment since they are busy. if they offer them. i was lucky enough to walk in at the right time.

I wasnt sure what I want, but Technician explained to me how gel/powder/acrylic are all different. I went yesterday!! I waited 20 minutes to get in and watched every chair be in use for the whole two hours I was there. They have a great system and got everyone in, but there were some manicures in pedicure chairs happening.I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure. Im from out of town, and this seemed really affordable to me. Really affordable for the time she spent with me. My only complaint is that she was a bit weak on the massage, otherwise, I received top notch treatment. A long pedicure and very careful manicure. She wasnt rushing me even though there was a constant line at the door. I cant believe she was so focused with all those potential tips waiting, but I think they may be used to the crowds at this place. It seems to be a local go-to.So I have found a new place to frequent when Im in town. Ill definitely be stopping in for some pampering.

Ive been to this salon 3 times and experienced the best service each time. The technicians are detailed-oriented and are willing to make adjustments with ease.For our pedicure services, we requested to have feet massages by hand instead of hot stones and they were more than willing to be accommodating. For my pedicure, I tried dip nails for the first time. The process is the same time-length as the gel nail process, but results in stronger, long-lasting beautiful nails at the same price! We cant stop staring at our nails!The space is clean, calming, and HUGE. Their relaxing open setting allows customers with their partners to comfortably sit next to them during their appointments.Love this place!

I just wanted a polish change. They took off the gel but the regular polish that he put on looked terrible. He didn’t wait for it to dry a little before he put the top coat on. I went to the store immediately after to get polish remover

This place is nest nail salon I have ever been to in all honesty, they provide multiple choices for you while they treat you like a queen.Never had better service everyone here treats you like a friend not just a customer, my nail tech is fantastic, she will go head over heals to give you exactly what you want. Ive moved and havent found an equal to Sunrise Nail Spa. Clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. They do beautiful gel manicures. My friend who used to do nails said he could tell they did a good job because the polish went all the way to the edge of my nail. I felt like my nails actually got stronger because they werent too rough in removing the polish. Seems like they never chipped. I miss Sunrise Nail Spa especially.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

HORRIBLE!!! Pedicure was horrible. Had to get it repainted and they made me pay. Then got dipping powder and it was done horrible! Within 3 days was chipping. Called and went back in to let them fix it. They just filed down around. The chips, put one coat on top of the chipping one and said it would be fine. When I stated I wanted it redone, they refused. Stay away. Overpriced for the service. Just horrible. Now I have to go elsewhere, pay again, to get it fixed.

I finally found my go-to place for pedicures! Ive been here twice so far on weekends. Its usually busy but they have plenty of chairs so I havent had any need to book an appointment in advance.They use plastic coverings for the foot baths, which I prefer for sanitary conditions. The ladies are nice and never pressure me for additional services.I feel like I definitely get my moneys worth here. It might not appear as fancy as some other places but Id rather go here because the service is reliable.

This place is amazing - you get your time back from not waiting to be seen like at most salons. You get up and go when youre done because payment is done beforehand. Being able to book online is life changing. Quality is always high. Highly recommend!

My friend came in for mani/pedi on Monday. Tuesday her nails started chipping .. instead on being respectful and refunding her money.. she was argued with and told that her service was finished, what kind of place doesn’t do customer satisfaction .. they decided to take over the old stuff and Get a refund .. ridiculous !! I really love my pedicures here. The chairs are so comfortable, the scrubs are nice, and my feet and toes turn out beautifully. Highly recommend for a relaxing pedicure! The salon is extremely clean and organized, and the decor is unique and adorable.

This place was great, although it was a little far from my area it was worth it. I got exactly what I wanted, the staff were nice, and it was clean. I got a new set of acrylics done and eyebrow wax,They are absolutely beautiful, and I will definetly be coming back. Bottom Line Upfront: This was my WORST nail salon experience in all my years of getting this service! There was nothing special about the Deluxe Pedicure. I wouldn’t recommend it. My friend and I were seated for our pedicures at 6PM. They close at 7PM; however, we told them before taking our seats we wanted SNS (“dip”) on our nails and pedicures. We were told, “yes”, “good”, “come take a seat”...never that we did not have enough time for both services. I told Henry, the nail specialist, that I was unfamiliar with dip but would give it a try instead of gel polish if he told me more about it. I’ll just say that he told me what he knew [probably from Youtube]. ONE. He never said it took 1.5 - 2 hours to do. Please keep in mind, we have 1 hour minus the time he spends on my pedicure. TWO. He never said it cost $50. Their 15% discount does not apply to SNS which they also failed to mention. THREE. He did not have “much experience doing SNS” according to the manager. REALLY...WHYYYY does this manager let him do services he’s not qualified to do yet???? FOUR. The manager, I didn’t get her name, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and walked off from my friend while she was explaining her situation to her. I truly fault her for not telling us upfront that we did not have enough time to get both services before getting services AND that she didn’t have a nail specialist there qualified to even do the SNS at the time. If she had said that in the beginning, we could have just gotten pedicures and enjoyed a sip of wine, which they never offered. Granted, I should have asked more questions, like time, cost, and his experience actually doing it himself; however, any professional nail tech that I’ve been to in the past for FIRST TIME customers would give them the full run down UPFRONT. I asked him several questions about it but clearly I didn’t ask him enough smh. I’m highly disappointed that after the 1.5 hours on my nails, the finished product was HORRIBLE! The white powder was visibly mixed in with the blue powder and created a cloudy finish. It was lumpy and extremely thick from the 6 layers of powder he put on. Ultimately, he states that he “messed it up but does not have time to fix it and that we are holding everyone up”. WOW. I did not receive an apology but instead a verbal nudge out the door, because they’re closing. They gave me the SNS service for “free” which I didn’t ask for; however, seeing that it looks awful, it’s the least they could do I assume.This was the biggest waste of 2 hours. Well, 3 hours because now I need to go to another salon today to have someone familiar with the product take off this crap! Thought I was headed to have a relaxing time with my friend but instead we left unsatisfied, disrespected, and received horrible nail services. My friend actually couldn’t even get her nails done, because the manager said there was no time and she could come back tomorrow! SMH. If you go to this location for ANY nail service, please ask specific questions before being seated (e.g. do you have enough time for these services? Have you ever done this before? How long is it going to take you to do it?)!!! FYI. If you want SNS, it does not take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. This salon just doesn’t have the skills to do it (yet).

This place clean comfortable and fast. I usually get a pedicure and dip mani and no complaints. My daughter gets a pedicure and acrylic full set. Beautiful work and fair prices.

**** I needed a pedicure on a today afternoon. Have to say pretty pleased. I got the deluxe pedicure and it took about an hour. It was quiet and I ended up pretty relaxed. Pedicure seems pretty good. The massage and hot towels was very nice. The girl didnt speak at all but I wasnt really chatty. I enjoyed just still and drinking hot tea from the Starbucks across the way. Place is clean. The sanitize right after a guest leaves even the chair seat and head rest. I will definitely come back.

Horrible!!!!! And the only reason why they got a one is because theres nothing lower. Customer service is a thing of the past. How in the world are you charged TWICE for a mess up they did. They messed up my eyebrows and then charged me to fix them!! Like really lady...where do they do that at!!! She told me that MY eyebrows (MY EYEBROWS) wasnt messed up so I had to pay. Mind you i never had a problem before so its not like i was trying to hustle them for a free service. And i WAS a loyal customer.....EVERY 2 weeks they saw me like clock work. Just went in to get French tips painted on my toes. They were not filed smooth so chipping occured . Then charged $20. Yes they charged extra for cut down,then filed. Will not return. Can get a better job for $15 at regular salon, but they were to busy at the time

Store is clean and pretty, people are nice. Depends on who you get to do your nails. She took about 5 minutes to paint them, and they do not look good at all. However my mother had a different lady who took her time and her nails look great.

First time going in, needed to get old nails removed and was going to get a full set. He starts to soak my nails, someone else comes in, so he moves me down. I sit and soak my nails, they are completely off, no one has checked on me or anything. He is almost done with the person who came in after me, two techs are available and no one says a thing. I dried my hands and got up and left. Don’t go here - it’s awful.

The lack of care and concern was worse than these butt ugly nails. I was sent to an American technician which defeats the purpose of going in an oriental business. I went into this salon on 3 separate occasions(no people waiting, shouldve made me realize something isnt right) The 1st time was to watch someone get their eyelashes applied and the lady wasnt there. The 2nd time I went to get my nails and eyelashes. I spent $100 and wasnt satisfied with my nails or eyelashes. The 3rd time I went to get my eyelash fixed because one covered my eyelid and the other eyelid was done 3/4. This was all in the same week. Even if you have time and money to waste, go waste it somewhere else

I followed my favorite nail salon.When i get gel done here, they literally NEVER chip. They just grow out and start to look ugly but no chipping!! At one point i just let them grow for 6 weeks, cut my nails, and still the gel didnt chip - amazing!The new place is clean and nicely kept. Call for an appointment :)

Service was friendly however the 150.00 I spent was a waste of money I got gel on my toes and apparently a top coat was not applied because they were tacky to touch even after I got my nails done. The dip powder on my nails was a nice color however the specks of black in a bright pink color looks awful after I mentioned it he tried to sand it off but it would not come off instead of redipping the nails he applied top coat which sealed the black specks in my pink nails. This is the first time I’ve gone back to sunrise in years and I will not go back. Very disappointed in my nails

They know their nails. The facility was clean and nice. Some of the chairs showed wear but not overly so. I hadnt had my nails done in a while and the lady suggested that I try their new dip powder nails instead of the regular acrylic or solar gell. I was hesitant at first but decided to try it. She was right. The dip technique felt so much better and lighter than acrylic. She said that it is healthier for your nails and will last a lot longer. As far as hygienic - they dip your nails into a base powder that EVERYONE uses! So, if the customer before you had something on their hands it can transfer to you. That seriously bothered me.Cost was a little high for me personally. To get the dip treatment done and then gell polish for a kid the cost was $75 - thats not including the tip either. This is a service I couldnt afford to maintain. However, it would be nice for a wedding or special event.The cool thing is that the dip nails dont burn like solar gell nails and they arent heavy like acrylic. She offered me a small bottle of water and opened it for me while my nails were drying which was a nice touch. There were two customer service points that were negative. (1) She handed me off to another technician to finish my nails when someone else came in. He went too hard with the dremel tool in a couple places and cut the skin. It felt like being burned and getting a paper cut at the same time - it still hurt the next day. (2) There was a kid, maybe 10 to 11 years old, that belonged to another owner/worker. The kid kept asking my technician questions over and over and over again. I dont have a problem with bringing a kid to work, its life and kids will be kids. However, I could tell that it was seriously distracting and uncomfortable for the technician as well as me. It seemed like she wanted to tell the kid to bug off but wasnt allowed to.Other than the dremel thing I am very happy with my nails! They looked really good! The staff was very nice and I love the way my nails turned out.Thank you for suggesting the dip technique and doing an awesome job!

I went here on January 23, 2017. The atmosphere was beyond awesome, and clean. I headed over to the eyebrow station, telling the lady I wanted my eyebrows thin. She kept telling me something about my arch, it made no sense. Why should I pay $12 for something that I dont like. Long story short, that lady screwed my right brow up tremendously. I asked her to fix it & she didnt. I left. I will never go back to get my eyebrows done here.

I almost never get a full mani-pedi( I ruin them in minutes). I wish I was able to remember the womans name who took care of me, because this regular manicure is now five days old without a chip in sight. The place was calm, relaxing and the deluxe pedi and very appropriately priced. I will definitely be returning.I would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

Ive never experienced this level of disrespect. The manager, I wasnt able to get her name, tried to assist a white customer (who waited about 25 minutes) before myself and another African American customer (we waited about 45 minutes to an hour). We advised the manager that there were customers before the white customer. She didnt apologize but instead ushered us to the service chairs and we were told, Well help you right now. I waited another 10 minutes for a nail tech - only to have the next available nail tech skip myself and the other African American customer to assist the white customer. This was my sixth visit and after the experience I had today I will never return or refer this salon. They showed their true colors and their actions are unforgivable.

Horrible experience! I took my 9 year old daughter to get a manicure he nicked her which I know that happens. What came next is why I am giving them a one star. After he nicked her he tore off napkin what was under soaking bowl with other nail and skin clippings on it to stop the bleeding. It countuied to bleed as he put base coat on other hand. He went to hand that he nicked and brushed the nail that is bleeding with the base coat which now that brush has my daughters blood all over it he returns that brush back into the base coat polish bottle and continued to finish her nails. The tool he used that nicked my daughter wasnt put in a sterilized container to be cleaned.. nope instead he puts plastic tip over sharp part and put back with his tools for next customer.

He did acrylic nails and made sure they were all the same length & shape. He was perfect!!i couldnt have been happier w/ my experience. My pedi was awesome too.(Gel pedi) she got all the cuticles with out making me bleed. She also gave a great massage. Whenever Im here in Summerville, this will be my spot.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

I have been going there since moving to the area two years ago and I loved it until my last experience. I always selected the same nail tech, B, and she has done a great job. One day I encouraged my daughter to come and she did. She asked for a pedicure. We are sitting down getting our pedi and the guy doing my daughter’s toes asks another nail tech to come fix one of her toenails that had broken. The nail tech comes over and in their native language four nail techs begin talking while she is fixing my daughter’s toenail, which made both me and daughter feel like they were talking aboutu daughter’s toenail. I asked about and my nail tech said they were talking about about her customer who walked in the salon and said she did not like the way her nails were done. She proceeds to say that she spent over an hour on the customers nails and charged her less than the price was and that’s what they were talking about. I was pissed at this time because I could not verify that they were not talking about my daughter but that they were talking about the other customer because they spoke in their native language and besides they should not be talking about customers in front of other customers. I was upset because of their lack of professionalism and because when people speak different languages in front of customers, we don’t know if they are talking about us. I will not patronize a busy that talks about customers and is so rude to talk in their native language around other customers.PS..not to mention a few weeks before this incident, I asked my nail tech how business was going and she said “it will be picking up soon because everyone is getting income tax”. So they feel like the only reason some people can get their nails done is because they get income tax money back 😡😤😫

Weve been coming for 2 years. Never had a bad experience! My 8 yr old loves coming in for her mani-pedis. Always friendly, always a beautiful job. I think you get what you give. Come in with a good attitude and patience, you will likely have a great experience. Come in nasty and holier than thou, youre probably not going to have a good time.

My nails took 2.5 hours for a take off, full set, and toe polish. I only got gel polish btw so nothing fancy. Way too pricey and the work is sloppy. Not to mention I have thick acrylic UNDER my nails. He tried to remove it but kept nicking my fingers throughout my service. My gel polish looks like a child did it. The tech named We is the only one who can really do nails. I was so blowed. My nails are lifting. Smh.

I work as a nurse and am on my feet a lot so my feet are very beat up. Technician pampered my feet so amazingly I didnt want to get up.

Went with my friend a few nights ago ( her first time). We had to wait 45 minutes and they were not busy. The chairs didnt work properly so I had no jet and the massage chair didnt work. Hot a rush job pedicure and my toes look aweful. Wont be returning.

Worst pedicure experience Ive ever had! First of all, shortly after I sat down, the receptionist walked over to tell the lady who was doing my pedicure that her appointment was here. She told the receptionist to tell her appointment shed be with her in 15 mins so my pedicure felt completely rushed. I understand I did not have an appointment, but I would rather wait for someone who had time if I am going to pay $35 for a deluxe pedicure. My water was cold, she cut to deep on the side of my toe & made it bleed, she only rubbed one of my feet with lotion & my design was awful. She even dropped nail polish on my flip flops. They were not cleaning their tools & pedicure chairs properly. On top of that, when I went to check out, I stood up front waiting for a few minutes watching the receptionist play on her phone instead of assisting me to pay. I will not be back.

It was terrible. I paid $40.00 for my pedicure for extra things and it was 14 mins. The massage lasted a mere 1-2 mins. Almost every other place Ive been to they take there time and I feel relaxed and happy upon leaving. After today I will never come back ever. They are rude and rush everything. My eyebrows I got done hurt so bad at how fast she did it. Wax way to hot! Ive been doing this every two weeks for the past 8 years never been so unhappy in my life!

I went to list location to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done. I am sorry to say that I did not enjoy my visit. First one of the employees messed up my eyebrows and said that they are thinning (which they are not ) to cover up for her mistake. Then when i got my nails done, they looked great. i went home and two hours later the thumb and the index finger nails slid off. I drove straight home and did not touch anything. I was very disappointing because that has never happened to me before. I just know that i will never go back again.

I wanted my nails to be matte and for the nails to have a jewels on one nail eaxh hand. It didnt come out professional at all. Dont go there if you want trendy nails.

My nail polish look purple before i left, little to say they charge me an extra $15 to fix the problem..the owner was present and did Not offer to do it without charge. The nail tech was nice the first time but when you go ask them to fix the problem they dont believe in fixing it!! Watch Out they are all about the money Not the customer!!

Nina at diva nails is very rude and does a horrible job.She has a very negative attitude and a frown on her face all the time.They dont clean their tools between clients andSpend too much time talking to co workers instead of concentrating on the client.Please look at going elsewhere to get nails done.Please be aware they own princess nails as well same horrible service at both nail spas.If you want a fungus just continue to use them.I will never return to either nail spa,disgusting and not clean and have bad attitudes.

I am so SICK of these nail places that RIP YOU OFF!! I should have known better. Its rumored that Princess Nail and this place are owned by the same person. $69 for a polish change and a fill? R u FU$$ING KIDDING ME!?!? And theres no point in arguing, they either claim to not understand you or, with this place, the computer does everything and they cant change it.. Whatever, I wont be back.

Heather and Sandy have done a great job for my pedicures and manicures. I’ve been to other salons that have been rushed, filed my skin instead of my nails, and were rude. Not at Sunrise!

Me and a friend went to get her prepped for her new job. Nails eyelashes pedi...I cant understand how I paid for the best pedi optional and she got a basic, she sat down before me and I was finished before she was. The lady charged me for the whole thing but didnt do it all it said it included. My friend got great service but I will never be back.

Pricing is not listed. I only wanted my nails painted with gel. I had them at a nice length, but they were filed down and look awlful. Sandy kept telling me to put my hands to far under the light, and they touched them. Messing up the polish, so she buffed it and touched it up. Horrible expensive, looks like a child did my nails.

The first and second I went I was very satisfied but the third time is what put a sour taste in my mouth. She charged me full price on a job she done half ass

The staff was friendly but DO NOT follow the website. It is very misleading. I thought my service was gonna be $50 it was actually $65!!!

Oh please dont pay for a gel manicure 28.95. because all youll get is your nails polished. And not a good polish. Paint on my cuitcules because he didnt push them back what so ever. As for filing and shaping my nails. There wasnt any he just went through the motions. They soaked my hand in COLD fricken water. That was it ! He applied lotion on one arm and half assed lotion on my hands. Thats right no massage just lotion applied. Well sorta he put to much on my left arm and instead on rubbing it in. He took a towel with acrylic dried on it and whipped most of it off. Scraching my arm with dried acrylic. So I did tip the man. Because my Mom raised me right. Just dont go you wont be happy.
