I tried about 4 different salons before I found this one. They do an amazing job, and they listen to what I want and dont try and get me to do something else or change what I ask for, which was an issue at other salons. Michelle is amazing! This was my 7th time here, and its always a great time.

Great place to go. They are kind and do a great job every time. I drive an extra 30 minutes just to go there.

Any time you receive beauty services expect there could be a delay even if you have an appointment. Coming in and being in a rush really isn’t realistic.Just relax and be kind.A lady came in today just talking loudly on her phone and after she was on the phone for awhile she complained to her caller no one acknowledged her and she had an appointment.In all fairness, get off the phone and be respectful.The employees were being courteous by not interrupting your phone call, you should have had the same courtesy instead of feeling entitled. Besides not everyone wants to hear your conversation.The staff were very nice, professional and the facility was clean.I will definitely be back.

Clean, Friendly, Relaxing. A true spa experience that is safe and accommodating. With a full menu of services and treatments that can be requested on a walk in basis. Requesting personal protection through the eating of a face covering in a constantly disinfectant spa areas.

They obviously don’t know how to do nails. not to mention they were extremely rude. don’t go here. i wish i could give less than one star 🤷🏼‍♀️

Y’all... don’t go to Cane Bay Nails.Paid $72 for nails that look awful. My cuticles were covered in glue. Horrible service. They were completely rude. Made a huge scene in front of the other customers. I politely asked them to take them off and refund me and they refused. They won’t even take them off me. They continued to talk badly about me with each other and the other costumers. SUPER unprofessional! Point blank - don’t waste your time here.

I have been using this place for several years now and the only complaint I could ever think of is just how long the services take. HOWEVER it is very much worth the wait, they always do an amazing job. I have tried other places that have been a little faster BUT I haven’t been happy with the finished product so I will continue sticking to Cane Bay nails and Spa

Horrible service. The husband and wife who both do nails are disrespectful and rude to customers. After sending my significant other to this place and being displeased with the quality of the nails. They refused to remove them and complained that nothing was wrong with them. Then proceeded to talk negatively about her in another language. Very unprofessional. Sad excuse of a business.

My daughter walks in at 4:10pm on a Sunday. They tell her we close at 5:00 so we cannot accommodate you. She just wanted a gel manicure. The management was rude and totally in accommodating. There was 45 minutes left to close which was enough time to do her nails. She nor I will never go there again!

Nails were uneven, bumpy and incredibly sore after being put on. Spent $50 for a full set with gel, priced $45 for a fill, which I didnt think was right but it was a great pedicure. Pricey...

I went in for refill she looks at me and ask if I had been there before and I said no I just moved here and she became rude and wanted to charge me a outrageous price telling g me my nails may not take her product. Never in my life have I been told that. I am totally applauded by their customer service

I am generally not one that is difficult to please but my experience at this salon was one of the worst that I’ve had. I was totally overcharged for a basic pedicure with gel polish- $70 to be exact. Keep in mind, the only “add-on” I had was gel polish. The customer service was decent until their pricing was discussed at the end. I had called earlier to ask about the pricing for my service and was told one thing only to receive my service and be told something totally different. As someone before me said, they charge what they want- disregarding the pricing that is clearly written on their service menu - completely unethical.

A nice place to stop in and get a pedicure. The nail technicians I have had the pleasure of getting service from here Ive always been nice, enjoyable, and provide exactly what Ive asked for.

Wife got nails done and eyebrow wax 2nd time going there she went for a fill in and they cost more then when she got her nails done with full set, her eyebrows are really thin and the shape of the nails are completely uneven save your money and go to summerville not to mention she lost 2 nails in a week last time she went

Always get compliment on my nails from there. They are the only place around this area that does Diamond Nail Dips.

Its a nice salon, customer service isnt always great. The owners are nice. Youll basically get what you needed done.

For the second time I made an appointment for a pedicure and for the second time it was not honored. Their attitude was very unprofessional. I will never go back! There are numerous salons in the Summerville area that have been recommended to me. Just because they are convenient to Cane Bay residents is no reason to go there.

I’ve been looking for a place that does ombré nails and this place was excellent!! They are very nice and they pay attention to every detail! I showed them an example from google and it’s almost identical! I love my ombré nails and can’t wait to go back and try something new!!

Got their “premium” mani-pedi and didn’t get everything that was supposed to come with it.After using the toe separator on our feet, they put it back UNWASHED into the drawer to use again... they didn’t even clip our cuticles which is standard in mani or pedi, let alone both. $110 wasted. Will not ever go back. Very disappointed and grossed out

The staff was nice & professional. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back! I went because I was given a gift card for them. First time I went I had the Diamond nails done. He did a wonderful job on them. I went back and wanted just Acrylic overlay with a gel polish... I didnt want to have to either always have the same color on or get a new set every time. The lady said that they could do the Acrylic with the gel polish. They took off the Diamond nails & the guy then started putting on just the polish... I stopped him and asked if he was going to do the acrylic. The lady (who I first talked to) then told me that acrylic was bad for your nails and asked how often I would get them filled. I told her I like to try to get a fill every 2 weeks. She told me that would be $40 each fill and doing just the gel polish would last 4 weeks and only be $35 each visit & that the guy doing my nails does a good job and doesnt need to use acrylic. I explained the her how I wear gloves all day at work & am constantly washing my hands and when Ive done gel before they peeled off within a week. she assured me that the gel polish would last. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, seeing as how they do this everyday. Now here we are exactly ONE WEEK later and the polish is chipping off of 6 nails & 1 nail is now cracked. Extremely disappointing!! I do NOT recommend them.

Visited this morning - read the reviews on the business prior to walking in a few minutes right afterwards; Overlook the negative comments and attempted to have the experience myself.Me and a guest I was with - no acknowledgement when walking into the business and all the employees looked up and seen us enter. Waited a few minutes and another customer walked in and was immediately greeted. Still would of not been acknowledgment if I didn’t bring it to the nail tech’s attention. Left the business without any service performed.Customer service from all aspects is expected, whether the work performed is rated good or given other positive aspects of the business.

Now I will start out by saying, I have had my nails done here several times. Today was the worst experience I have ever had!!! I picked out the color I wanted and the nail tech proceeded to apply. After the first nail I stated that is not the color that I wanted. The owner Michelle and the tech started arguing with me that it was. Its a very long story but there were two other ladies there as well getting nails done, a mother and daughter. The daughter had picked out a color and then was advised by Michelle that she knew a better color for the daughter and showed her and the lady did not want that color. In so many words Michelle proceeded to tell the lady I know what is best for you. All in all Michelle and the male tech proceeded to argue with the mother and daughter about nail color and Michelle made the daughter so upset with her nasty comments that the daughter started to cry. Worst customer service I have ever had the experience to have or witness. If you want your nails done your way I suggest you go somewhere else, if you want someone telling you they know best for then this is the place for you, because your opinion doesnt matter and the owner Michelle will argue quite nastily with you about she knows best in front of other customers. Needless to say she lost at least 5 customers today. I know I will not be returning ever. The place has also become very dirty in appearance there is dirt and dust on everything like it never gets cleaned.plus the products they are using look like they are very very old with a lot stuff running down the sides of the bottle and the brushes are bad as well. Good luck if you decide to go here. Oh and I still got charged full price for something I didnt want. I normally tip 10 dollars and today was a big 0.

Will never go here again. My mom made an apt for us for my birthday, and we got there a few minutes early. We said we had an apt and then put us up in the chairs and ran the water. My mom sat there in the water that was cold at that post for over an hour while I got my toes and nails done. A guy said he would be right over to do her soon and then a couple came in and the lady doing my pedicure told him to start on them instead. Then told me oh sorry they had an appointment, I told her um we did too and called yesterday for it. So by the time my mom was even started on I was done. I felt so bad that she sat there for an hour and half in cold water, but I was trying to make the best of it since she wanted to take me for a pedi and mani for my birthday. I will never go back no matter how close it is. I seriously don’t know how they are still open. They change the prices when they feel like it, don’t take appointments seriously, and from I have read basically don’t accept their own gift cards after they sell them. The pedicure was nothing special for the price. Horrible customer service!

As someone who was never into getting my nails done I am now addicted...my husband got me a gift certificate for Valentines Day and after going in once I now look so forward to it...Michelle is so personable...the shop is so comfy...and being a Publix employee I love feeling like Im giving back to my business community...as a self proclaimed hard working woman I am begging the rest of us...TREAT YOURSELF...ITS WORTH IT!!!!!

My mom got a $90 gift certificate for my sister. My sister used $10 of it to get her brows done. Then they crossed out and initialed the gift certificate and wrote $80. My sister then let my mom use the gift certificate to get her nails done. When paying, the owner told her they couldnt accept her gift certificate. When she asked why, she was told anyone couldve crossed the amount off and asked if she wanted them to keep the gift certificate. My mom was so mad. She ended up having to pay $88. Then the owner then said, okay Ill see you next time. Not good business practices. Too crowded and overpriced as well. My wife has already started going to Envy nails in Moncks Corner.

Rude and very unprofessional!!! Expect to wait. I went on a Friday to get a pedicure. I was waiting 30 minutes before they started on me.Not to mention the water got cold and I told them to make it hot again. I gave them another try on Sunday for a manicure. I had an appointment at 12 and they didnt get to me until 12:45. The lady Michelle the owner was very rude because they started doing a service that I didnt ask for. She had the nerve to tell me what I said which I didnt say she just doesnt understand the English Language. I WILL NEVER go back.

I have been to this nail salon twice now and the customer service is fantastic. They are very nice and the place is extremely clean. It is one of the nicest salons in the area. I just moved to the area so I needed a new salon and I have found it. Every time I get a pedicure I make sure to explain to the person that I am a diabetic, no cutting please its very important. I always make sure the the person understands that they have to be very careful and they understand not to cut. I have been doing this for several years now and have never had an issue. It is recommended to get your feet taken care of frequently. Today I had a gentleman that was very good and his customer service was excellent; however he cut my toe. It wasnt a little cut it was pretty big and it bleed for a while. He seemed to be embarrassed and put something to stop the bleeding right away, but didnt say thing. I understand mistakes can happen, but when it comes to my health I cannot take any chances. I wont be able to return to this place again. Please dont be so careless to cut a big chung out of someones toe, whether or not they have a medical condition that they told you to not cut. No one should be getting cut regardless. I am so disappointed because the people were nice in the past and the place is very well kept.

I have been getting my nails done for quite some time. I have had 2 issues with this nail salon but some friends talked me into trying it one last time. The first time I was overcharged significantly. I paid $90 for toe nail polish (reg/no gel no pedicure) and acrylic nails with black tops painted with black polish and a single silver line of silver polish that separated the black....I was appalled but paid it. I went back a second time and was once again overcharged. I went back the 3rd time and had the gel polish done with no manicure and paid $25, the price was not too bad, however the person did not apply a base coat. My nails started to peel after 4 days. I have had gel nails done for years, and the fabulous thing about them is that they last for 2-3 weeks. Never have I ever had them peel like this...here I am telling my husband I will never go back there...and he reminds me that I should give them the opportunity to fix it. So I call and they advise me to come up. I walk in and the owner, the woman who did them, was there. I told her the problem and she said they would fix it. I waited for AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES and received no assistance I was there until 530...mind you they close at 5 on sunday...and walked out without my nailed getting fixed. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY

Absolutely awful experiences there. They have no set price, they charge whatever they feel like charging. The wait is always long, they don’t acknowledge appointments and they can be extremely rude if they don’t like a person. Three times I made an appointment for a special occasion or because I had a time restraint. The first time, I got there and the shop wasn’t open. People kept coming, but the shop never opened! Two other times I made an apt for a pedi, one time there were 4 of us all scheduled for the same time and the other and another time, again 4 of us were scheduled for pedis at the same time and Michele ( the owner), didn’t show up and only her husband was there. He looked like a deer in the headlights! I walked out and I’ll never go back!

Worst experience ever!!!!! I was told what color to get on my nails after I already told them what I wanted. I was cut on my fingers and the quality of my fill-in was very poor to my liking...... I was so upset at the finishing product that I just paid and made no argument because it wasnt even worth it. I will never come back to this salon! Never!!!

I came in for a pedicure 2 days ago and they took over an hour for just a simple pedicure. I called today and made an appointment and Im still told to wait and the people are so rude here!! I will never come here again, Im in a rush today and have to deal with it.

The price for the same services constantly change and you never know what youre going to pay. If you have an appointment they may get to you in another half hour to two hours. Got nail fungus from a pedicure.

I went in there on Sunday at 415 . There was a young girl and myself walked in seconds apart . I understand they close at 500 but if you could not have taken both you should have not taken either . So I was asked to leave !!! I will never be back . Very very rude people !!!!I was so embarrassed. I will tell everyone I know not to go there . These are the rudest people ever

The gentleman doing my pedicure was very rough with my cuticles. When I asked him to stop he wouldnt. I got the gel pedicure and it chipped in a week. It wasnt a relaxing experience and I will.bot go back.

Poor poor customer service. No one speaks to you they just place you in a chair and leave you there. Went in for a pedicure. Put me in a chair. Water was so hot I had to turn it down. Then I waited so long that tbe water got cold. I was the only one in there to get a pedicure. Sat there for over 30 minutes while three of them were in the back talking. I just got up and left. This was their last chance for me to use them. Last time I was in there the guy doing my manicure cut my finger. Ridiculous. Never going back there again

After they took the things that Separate your toes he put it back under the basket underneath the drying table to be used again over charged non set prices I called for regular polish Medicare and pedicure they told me on the phone for $45 when I was all set and Done The owner Michelle told me 75 but we just had a conversation on the phone about it being 45 for both their dusty the chairs are dirty and the wait is long
