Worst experience ever. I have been to Pink Nails a few times and have always been happy. Today was another story. The man that did my pedicure scrubbed the tips of my toes so much (there was no reason to) that he made the tips raw and they were even bleeding. When he was painting my toenails I asked if he could make a design. He said he didnt know how to. There were 3 other people working and none of them knew how to make a design. Shouldnt that be part of their job? There is also polish all over my toes. He didnt even take the time to clean the skin around my toes. When he did my manicure he cut my cuticle and made me bleed. He said it was my fault because I moved my hand. I moved my hand because I felt that he cut me. Thats not my fault. It was clearly his. This is the worst experience I have ever had there. I will not be going back.

Love their pizza! It has always be great and the atmosphere is good too.

Did not sanitize utensils very dirty and unsanitary practices.... They do not clean the tools and spread disease.... Look at the white stripe on the file... I have watched them shove utensils in the drawer not clean them and use them on the next customer... It is the same idea as getting a tattoo with a dirty needle
