I was in need of emergency dental work and walked in without an appointment and they took care of me in a very personal and professional way. Thank you for your expert attention.

I was told its my responsibility to make sure Im in network with their provider and I did my part by doing so my first visit. Tricare prime covered my bill entirely and I made sure to ask at my second appt with them because Im doing MY part. The lady on the phone just told me that their office told me they were no longer in network with Tricare Prime and its not their responsibility. Im paying my bill to avoid collections, but its very shady that I asked twice at this appt and I was flat out lied to. I will not be coming back.

I cant even begin to tell you how much anxiety I had for my appointment today. I am so very glad that Dr. Andrew Keulbs just joined this practice. I had the pleasure of meeting him today for the 1st time. I just got an email about the new employees here and saw his face before my appointment and read his bio. It says he prioritizes patient comfort and let me tell you, that is an understatement. He was so attentive and accommodating from the moment I sat in the chair. He addressed every last one of my concerns and explained everything fully. This was probably the only time i have ever laughed at a dentist appointment. I went from being terrified today and literally trembling. To booking a follow up appointment tomorrow morning and legitimately being excited to go. Everyone here is amazing and I am so glad I chose them !!!

Before todays appointment, I called ahead to tell them that I have severe anxiety and that neither my boyfriend nor myself can wear masks. I was told this would not be a problem, that they would come out to get me for the appointment and then come get him when it was time to discuss treatment, as he is paying for it out of pocket (about $12,000 in total). I waited 15 minutes past my appt time to be called in, no big deal, but then waited in the chair for another half hour and had to have the XRay done TWICE ( oh something went wrong with the machine). About an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment the Dr came in, did a quick exam and agreed that dentures were in order. He started to talk about options and I said I needed to get my BF so he could be included in the discussion. At this point the Dr asked if He had a mask and I said NO, Dr Andrews then asked WHY NOT and I told him he shouldnt ask that, but bf has an Exemption - His comment was Well, I;ve never heard of that before. Masks are about safety and I dont feel comfortable with him in here up in my face I took off the paper napkin, and told them then this visit is over and LEFT. Since they told me BEFOREHAND that this would NOT be an issue, it should NOT have been an issue. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

The most professional and nicest people youll ever meet. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews and his staff.

Went yesterday for teeth cleaning which was done by Leanne. She said she had only been there about 6 weeks as she had moved from another office. She is very good and everyone will love her.

I knew the pain I was having was a root canal issue having experienced it before, so when I called I was surprised but pleased that even though I was a new patient I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Dr. Andrews and all the staff were courteous, friendly and caring and ensured I understood what was going on regarding the diagnosis, the treatment and the cost. Preliminary care was performed that first visit with follow up appointment scheduled. The root canal treatment/ procedure was completed at the next visit and it was great that they were able to make the crown onsite and fit it at that same appointment. I was very pleased with the care and, frankly, taken aback when I received a call the next morning from Dr. Andrews himself following up on my post treatment status!

Im a new patient and was impressed by the reviews and then more so upon my first visit this morning. Extremely professional staff and welcoming. The appointment was a bit longer than usual but that is because Im a new patient. They do a VERY thorough job and explain everything. Definitely a good vibe in that office. Im sorry it has taken me this long to find his practice.

My experience at Dr. Andrews office was positive. The staff is friendly, especially Cheyenne. She is always willing to help with all of my needs, ensuring I am satisfied from beginning to end. It was my first time and she made sure I was comfortable. Will definitely come again.

I highly recommend Dr. Andrews. I had a terrible experience with my pediatric dentist growing up and have always feared the dentist. Dr. Andrews made me feel comfortable and told me everything that was going on throughout the process. I had a timely procedure done and he made sure to ask several times how I was doing. I am now confident in my smile and will continue to go back to his office for all of my dental needs. His staff is wonderful as well. All of the ladies were very nice and helpful.

Dr. Andrews has what this old guy refers to as good bed side manner. He listens to any concerns you have and puts you at ease by explaining what and why he needs to do to solve them. That is why he gets my five star rating.

Unbelievable the best dentist Ive gone to! Always takes care of problems without asking for anything! Files with my insurance and I dont have to worry! Best cleanings and actually look forward to going every 6 months! At my age (62) that says a lot!

I just moved to Charleston with work and asked some friends who to see as my new dentist. At the recommendation of my friends and a couple of guys at work, I went to see Dr James Andrews. The staff was great, and the overall experience was awesome. I will definitely be recommending Dr Andrews to anyone I know who needs a great dentist!

Best dentist ever! Ive had several in my years, and I have to say Dr Andrews has been the best. Of course theres the basic things like friendly staff and not having to wait past my appointment time, but theres definitely more than that. I think I really like is that he makes his crowns on site, so if you need one, it can be done in one appt instead of having to get a temp crown and coming back later after it has been made in a lab and shipped. He has even, twice, squeezed me in for an emergency crown replacement when I broke it and didnt charge me a penny. As long as I live in the Low Country, hell be my dentist!

Hands down, the best dental office Ive ever been to! And you know the dentist is beyond great when the same staff have been with him for so long. Ive had nothing but good experiences here and my smile shows it, which many tell me is my best feature!

Was about to take a hammer to my face. Tried pulling this tooth for days because I no longer had insurance. After finally going through random duck duck goose on google to no avail, I came across Dr. Andrews office. They were able to see me first thing the next morning and took great care of that nasty tooth. They even let me say a few nasty words to the tooth once it was out lol They were very affordable. They worked with me along with care and professionalism. I will see them again and I totaly recommend them.
