As much as it pains some to admit it, you CAN love the dentist experience! Acuity is absolutely wonderful. It’s a great option for the whole family, and the whole office is so warm and kind. Dr. Keith and the team are enthusiastic and efficient. They’re easy to schedule with, accommodating to multiple kids and crazy schedules and I know they care about our kids’ smiles as much as they do!

Pam is the best hygienist I have ever had! My teeth have never been cleaner! I don’t think I will have to brush for weeks after her thorough cleaning! I absolutely love this organization!!!After moving here from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina I was in need of a new dentist and orthodontist. I found one and Im bringing my wife and my children so that we can all be patients at the same location.Today I had braces put on and the procedure was smooth. Every single one of the staff members made my experience pleasant. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted professionally and warmly. The kids had a game room for them to stay occupied until it was time for my appointment. (WOW! Who thought of that?) When I had my teeth cleaned the hygienist was the greatest! (Cheering!) once my braces were put on I was more than 100% sure that I had selected the correct dentist/ orthodontics office. Is it strange for me to say that I cant wait until my next appointment? Guess what, I cant wait!

Full confession: I have been too apprehensive to go to the dentist for a few (ok, really several)years. I have a lot of friends who have had great experiences at Acuity, so I decided to give it a go. From the moment I walked in the door as an apprehensive mess, each person I encountered was so wonderful and put me to ease. My son is a very nervy kid where his mouth is concerned, but the staff at Acuity made him feel very safe and relaxed at his evaluation visit. They fitted spacers on the spot and he felt nothing. He is going to get an expander on Monday and isnt even worried! The whole experience so far has been really nice and calming. The office is so thoughtfully done, subtle lighting and decor, the comfy dentist chairs, a games room for the kids, coffee and massage chairs for the parents! Everyone is super friendly and all project an air of confidence and more importantly competence. If I had an orthodontist like Dr Keith when I was a kid I would definately have had braces myself.

Met them at flower town fest. They asked if I had any concerns. I said yes I have severe anxiety. They said no problem we will make it very comfortable for you. I got to my appointment and they brought me into a big open room with multiple other patients getting worked on right next to each other. That made my anxiety very bad. I asked if they had a private room I could be in like every other dental office and they told me no. They said they could reschedule me at another office but I refused. I had already taken the day off of work for the appointment and they put me in a very uncomfortable situation. If you have any sort of anxiety DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Acuity is a great orthodontists. They have very nice employees and always great their customers with a smile. They have a great space and great tech. The waiting room is fully furnished and the wait isnt very long. The sign in is very easy and the scheduling is very low maintenance. Calin is the best!

Very clean and stunning facilities, top of the line technology from what I can see. For children I would imagine the nook with video game systems would be quite an attraction, especially for siblings required to wait. The front desk, dental assistants and Orthodontist were all quite pleasant, funny and kind to me. I was happy that they did not try to up sell me on more than I wanted to do (top only) and was amazed that I was able to do the consultation and the braces themselves on the same day. I would recommend them so far.

This is the best dental practice Ive ever been to! Ive had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist as long as I can remember, but not anymore, not sinceIve found Acuity. Every member of the staff is kind and friendly and I feel welcome every time I walk in. My four kids and I see Dr. Grace and I am so grateful to have him as our provider. Hes gentle, caring and understanding. In my opinion, he the best dentist ever! My 6year old has been seen by Dr. Keith in ortho on a few occasions, and hes been just great with her! My kids age ranges are between 6-17 and all four of them do so well at acuity. No need for a specialty childrens dentist because Acuity is fantastic with all ages!

I enjoy having both of my sons as patients at Acuity. The staff is professional and friendly. The environment is an example of what you would like any dental or medical office to be. My only disappointment is that three years ago when we first went to Acuity, one thing that caught our attention was their plan to provide transportation to and from school for appointments. This never materialized and as a client I have no idea why. This was a very attractive perk for us as we choose this practice over several that were closer to us. I have inquired about the status several times only to be told that they are still working on it.
