Gloria at the front desk was friendly, professional and caring. Gloria was able to accommodate me when the system didnt have my scheduled appointment updated. April the hygienist provided excellent care and service. April was friendly, professional and she has a way of putting you at ease during the visit.

I can’t even begin to tell everyone about how happy I am with the work the whole team at Solomon has done on my dental work. I had old bonded teeth and the fitted me with incredible looking crowns for my top eight teeth. I’m totally ecstatic to be quite honest. The work, attention to detail, and follow up appointments for final adjustments has been a great experience.

Love This dental practice! My doctor, Dr. Wishnow, is the absolute best! Very compassionate and understanding of your feelings. They have never pushed expensive treatment on me. Gives me options and I choose what works for me. The hygienists are thorough, the assistants are very nice and knowledgeable and the front office staff is kind and understanding of your financial situation.I would definitely recommend!

A very positive experience. I am a new patient and couldnt be happier with choosing Solomon Family Dentistry. It was such a time saver to be able to fill out all the forms online ahead of my appointment. The hygienist was friendly and professional, putting any anxiety I may have had to rest. The dentist listened to my concerns offering me more than one way to proceed with fixing my chipped front tooth. I know I have made an excellent choice in Solomon Family Dentistry.

Its just a joke here! Ive had a bacterial infection since July 5 Ive had 64+ antibiotics have been back up here 3 times! Go see one of their other oral surgeons who knew that this infection was horrible! And wanted my teeth out asap! At a different office! But as soon as they heard this at this location! They were demanding I come into this office today! I have to wait over 3 hours to get a spot! This place should have already done this weeks ago! They shouldnt have waited until it started getting in my throat which I told the lady the second time I was here! They waited until I started to have trouble swallowing and ear aches and migraines! Oh yeah and another oral surgeon to suggest I needed them out! I guarantee you this is all about money and I bet Im going to have to pay way more!!! Definitely will update this when I get done

Dr Wishnow showed great professionalism with the crown that I received today! His outstanding work and great team member Norma went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with every step! Highly highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good dentist in the Charleston area!! Norma and Dr Wishnow are truly among the best at there practice!!!! Also the staff at the front were very friendly and outgoing!!!! If I could I would give this place a 10 star!!!! Great job very happy!!!!!

Needed an extraction. Came as a walk in, was done in under an hour, no pain, healing beautifully. The only caveat I would have is that they can be a bit busy depending on the time of the day, but even with a line at open, they managed it beautifully.

Messed up my crown that creates problems later on, had to go to a specialist after dealing with these amateurs. Highly do not recommend!

Used to be the best dentist in town. Had two appts for last Friday. I received a call on the Wednesday before asking us to confirm. I called at 12:08pm that same day to confirm... No answer. I called the next day at about the same time....no answer. I did leave a voicemail. Our appts were canceled. Now I want to reschedule but cant get in til August. Not cool.

Pleasant people. Work with you on appts. They do very well with children next door as well.

Very unprofessional, we went for emergency and we wait about two hours, we arrive at 3:06 and we leave at 5:06 no body was able to see the emergency, they should tell me from the beginning, they just told me they have short staff, I do not recommend this office at all.

Ive been going to SFD for years and they are very reasonable with their prices with or without insurance. Ive been there in both situations. The doctors are very professional and only recommend what is best. They were very upfront with the pros and cons with various options presented.

So not too proud of what went on here today but $400 dollars later and minus a tooth, Im back to being right again...lol No really these guys are awesome! I walked in at there North main location which was packed as heck, so they sent me down to the Carnes location and it was less busy and they did absolutely perfect. Was checking everyones temp and everyone had there mask on. Everyone was so nice and it was very pleasing. Not going anywhere else in the future.Thanks dentist people 👍👍👍

Not my personal experience but my daughters. Trying to get other dental work done for her...needed a cleaning and they broke her tooth stating it would cost $$. No xrays showed any thing wrong with tooth or any cavities. Now she has all these cavities and a broke tooth. Cavities ok but the tooth should be taken care of by the practice and she should never have been allowed leave without it being fixed that only causes more issues. Not pleased..broke her heart and mine.

I was beyond pleased with the service, patience, and care I received while having dental work done last week. The atmosphere is very calming and they play great music! 😊Highly recommend!! ⭐️

The scheduling office needs to make it very clear that if you are scheduling an emergency appointment that you will have to wait until all scheduled patients are seen before you can be seen. I was told something completely different. The receptionist should reiterate that to make sure all NEW patients are aware of that policy. Going to Solomon Family Dentistry was a was of my gas and time. I will be taking my family of 7 elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could.

Takes hours to get medication scripts sent in and have to chase it to make sure they sent it. ... had a tooth pulled and no meds for hours after...

I guess some business choose quantity over quality. I was with one dentistry at first. Couple friends referred me to Solomon so I wanted them to win me over. The worst decision of my life. I came in for them to fix a chip tooth I knew something was wrong after he filed my tooth down so thin i knew it was going to chip again not even a month later guess who tooth chip mine!. I spend good money for terrible service let’s not forget to mention my tooth was hurting a few days after. I never had pain after work being done at my first dentistry why now with Solomon you have to be careful who you choose to service you I would like a reimbursement of my money i spent .

I went for my first cleaning in February 2017 and they did more than just clean my teeth. They told me what was actually going on with my teeth and how I can take care of them better. They also either gave me or recommended the supplies to do so. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure that you are well taken care of. Customer service at the front is amazing as well! Would highly recommend Solomons for adults as well as children and they have amazing hours of operation!

We had a good experience. I gave it 4/5 stars due to one of the dental hygienists. She made my daughter feel uncomfortable when they went in the back room for x-rays. My daughter did not understand the bite down instructions she was given and the technician became frustrated with her. Front staff and other crew members were awesome.

I saw April yesterday evening and she was absolutely amazing!!! Really went above and beyond! She was super sweet, patient and very knowledgeable. She presented me with the most efficient way to get a procedure done that I needed, as I was previously apprehensive about getting it due to the cost. In the end, she asked me to send my friends and family. With service like the one I received from her, the front desk staff, the dentist and the services my kids received at pediatric dentistry, she didn’t even have to ask! Recommending them to everyone I know!

Such a great experience for my 3 year old. They were very kind and so sweet to my little man and made him feel very comfortable. If he’s happy, I’m happy. 5 stars!

Less than friendly and or professional. First tech was nice..subsequent tech not. Had nitrous but not given correctly for optimal outcome. Dr. Pepper did not live up to previous wom.

I received a warm welcome when I entered Solomon ! The ladies at the desk were so friendly ! My hygienist April Rivers took her time and went over everything before she did the work. She educated me a lot as well as took her time and made me feel so comfortable! My doctor Peper is such a nice person also! I will be returning back ! I believe I have found a new dental office !!

I came for an appointment Today and when I get there, the blonde girl who was at check in was not acknowledgeable at all. When I get there I was not greeted, she was on the phone I’m guessing with a patient and that’s fine but I didn’t even get a hello. She did not acknowledge my presence at all. Then after another front desk girl checked me in (can’t think of her name but she was so sweet! Thank you for your help!) the girl got off her phone and decided to pull out her cell phone! After today I’ll frequent knightsville location where two sweet front desk ladies greeted me and I had a wonderful visit.

This is a good dentist office, staff is very professional and efficient in customer service. I was 30 mins ahead of my scheduled time for a cleaning they checked me in and I went straight back. My dental hygienist was very informative about teeth and answered all of my questions. She did a great job cleaning my tooth and I really enjoyed our conversation. Solomon family dentistry is awesome and Im happy to call this my new dentist office.

Place is a joke took daughter for cavity. Was quoted 42 dollars after insurance . Got cavity filled . After waiting . Then they charged 47dollars .. gave them a fifty . Oh sorry we dont give change.. will give you a credit towards next visit. B.S. .. avoid this place!!!

Save yourself a visit. The staff is rude. Unfortunately I was unable to have a sitter for my short consultation appointment. The dental assitant of Dr. Steeley made it very clear that my daughter was a nuisance by mouthing words and making ugly faces to the dentist from across the room. The dentist isnt very friendly either, and the front told me it would be a long messy process to switch dentists within the practice
