I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. Everyone at Solomons is super friendly and makes me feel at ease. Jason Solomon is the best! He really cares about his patients and that makes all the difference. The atmosphere and decor are also nice. I am so glad I chose to start coming there. I have been a patient for years now and definitely not going anywhere else. I highly recommend Solomons.

Everyone here has been awesome, but Dr. Riley is amazing and makes going to the dentist a lot easier. She talks in a way that is clear that she cares and doesn’t make you feel like she’s just trying to move to the next room. She is kind, compassionate and pretty funny too. Planning on moving my kids to her as well.

Ive gone to Solomon dentistry twice now, once for a repair of a chipped tooth and now once again for a regular cleaning. Prior to today I had not been to a dentist regularly for 8 years so I was nervous and knew I would likely need a lot of work to get back on track. I had Kellie as a dental hygienist and she was fantastic. extremely polite, nonjudgmental and great at her job. then I saw Dr. Fischer who got a treatment plan together for me to get back on track going forward. he was very nice and professional. he was also the dentist that fixed my chipped tooth. he did a fantastic job and no one has been able to tell that it was basically broken in half. I am very impressed by the staff and the quality of work.

I was in so much pain for YEARS because of my wisdom tooth. My tooth became infected I felt sharp pain on my neck my face became swelling. Sunday I couldn’t take anymore, I was seen at their office where Dr.Fisher ensured me that they will take care of me. I’m a mother of four kids so not being able to talk and being in pain was the worst. I must admit when someone in pain they’re not easy to get along with but the doctor and staff member comfort me every step of the way. For example, while I was in pain they told me each step and made sure I understood what was going on. Even though I was numb I felt the relief from the tooth. Getting remove WAS not bad at all it’s nothing compared to the pain I was dealing with. Four people recommended me to go to Solomon because they told me how good they were not knowing that I’m a patient here as well. Even my kids love them and they don’t like the dentist. They make it fun for kids and comforting for adults. I would highly recommend anyone to their office because you can honestly tell they love what they do along with making sure your ok while getting the job done. I’m truly THANKFUL for SOLOMON DENTISTRY!

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 12 years. The standard of care has always been excellent. Tara is a great hygienist and takes the time to know her clients. This visit I was crunched for time due to another appointment and Tara made sure to get me in and out to meet that. This is why I drive all the way from Walterboro to get my dental care at Solomon.

Just had my first cleaning, and have nothing but great things to say. First off, I had to bring my 6 month old daughter with me (right after getting off work & picking up from daycare). Of course, my daughter was practicing her high pitch “singing”, and I was so nervous I’d have to leave and reschedule.My hygienist, Kayla, was so patient, caring, and understanding with my care, along with my daughter’s lungs.Miranda, one of the receptionists came to talk to, play, rock, and feed my daughter her bottle while I finished with my appointment.Everyone was so kind, professional, and accommodating. They’re great!

Nice people they were not able to help me. They were supposed to call in something for the pain but didnt. I left a message the next day but never got a call. They had to refer me to solomon oral surgery. They were supposed to call havent heard a word so I tried to call them and was put on a brief hold but it turned into over 15 minutes. With the pain I lost my patients. Thanks again for nothing.

Had my teeth cleaned today, and for once it actually was Pleasant. My dental hygienist was Stephanie. She was very kind, friendly, and thorough. She seems knowledgeable about her job. She didn’t stab me as she cleaned my teeth, as others have before. I will be requesting her to clean my teeth next time i come. And as always Dr Riley is awesome, the only Doctor i have seen, and will see! Thank you Stephanie and Dr Riley for a Pleasant experience today!

I have been going to Solomon Family Dentistry for probably 40 years .I highly recommend this practice.The staff are very nice and accommodating. They must be doing something right because they have other offices in the area.

It was awesome. I went in with emergency tooth pain and they hooked me right up. 24 hours later and I dont even hurt. Such a great place if you need any mouth work done. 10 stars from me!!!!

Lost a crown, told come back in 3 weeks to fit for a new partial. 3 weeks later walk in and told they need to verify my insurance will pay for a replacement within a particular time frame which will take 2 weeks. Im thinking, its been 3 weeks already, couldnt that have been done already?? Now I lose a day of pay and completely waist my time.

I called Solomon Family Dentistry this afternoon after a molar broke and my regular dentist’s office was closed as it is a Friday. They were able to fit me in within a couple of hours. Filled out the paperwork and only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. The dental hygienist talked with me then took a couple of x-rays of the affected tooth. The dentist, Dr. Allen, came in a short time later. We discussed several options, including what I requested, an extraction. He numbed my jaw and quickly and easily extracted my molar. The hygienist explained after care and I paid. About 3 hours later, Lindsey from the office called stating they had charged me for a more intense extraction than a simple extraction and refunded me about 30% of the charge. WOW!!! I would have never known they charged me the wrong amount by accident. AWESOME!! Whenever my current dentist retires, I know who I’ll be going to. Thanks for a great visit!!

I cannot say enough good things about Solomon Family Dentistry. This is not a business. This is a service oriented entity. These folks are people folks who truly care for each and every individual patient. I never feel like a stranger, but feel as if each person is there to make sure I am taken care of, and that I feel assured from the moment I walk in, to the minute I leave. Right now, all is on hold except for emergencies, but they are prepared and take all the necessary precautions to keep you as safe as possible, as protected as possible. I will miss my time with my hygienist which I always enjoy, but as soon as this pandemic is past, I will reschedule with her. Thank you very much!

I wish it was about healthcare and patient support and not all about the money, but when you call in, after spending 800 a year ago and need an appointment asap because of tooth PAIN, they wont accommodate you? They want you to stay with the same doctor even though he doesnt have appointments for a week. Then they tell you that because its been 12 and a half months (not 12) he can be seen but not treated on the spot. Customer service has gone way done in my opinion.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Jason Soloman and all of his staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about me, my health, and my happiness. Working with Dr. Jason and his staff is always a pleasant experience! They are great about working with my crazy schedule and they always follow up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after any type of procedure me or my family may have. I have never been one who does well at the dentist so it has always been something that I dreaded doing. The staff was very professional and helpful. They had me checked in and ready to go in a short time. They explained everything that was going on and what I will need. Upon check out they explained what my next steps were in order for me to get the necessary things completed. They definitely treated me with the upmost respect. Incredible staff, incredible efficiency, incredible Dentists! I saw Dr. Riley for a severe issue regarding a wisdom tooth extraction. She was extremely knowledgeable, acted very quickly to provide help/service to me, and showed immense levels of empathy. I highly recommend this establishment! My 78 year old Father always used to say/joke “I can’t stand going to the dentist”, after his couple visits to Solomon Dentistry, he told me “I never thought I’d actually say that I like a Dentist, but I do”! That’s a big statement coming from a man who has had plenty of dental work in his life. He also had Dr. Riley. All the other staff we encountered, exuded the same level of consideration, care, and efficiency, even at it’s busiest! Thank you greatly for what you all do there.

Update: Back a year later for dental impressions. Nora was professional and efficient. I had a 9 am appointment and was finished and back at home by 10 am. Greatly appreciate Solomon Dentistry.Last Year: Hands down, the best service and expertise! Professional and knowledgeable. This was the third dentist I had been to for an evaluation. As your teeth and health are important, you want to get the best and most competent person evaluating your issues. Dr. Fisher restored my confidence in dentistry and I highly recommend!

As my son is autistic Dr. Solomon has the right touch to be patient with him and even jokes around with him, which usually gets a smile or a growl. I would recommend Dr. Solomon to anyone wanting a dentist to be honest, caring, compassionate and who explains what is going on through the procedure if you want. This was the most amazing dental experience I have ever had. And I am 61 years old. There was no pain with injections. I barely felt the tooth being extracted. Dr. Solomon meant what he said that he didnt want anyone being in pain. I will go back for my routine care and tell all my friends.

Our 2 year old had her appointment today. The process was simple and easy. The staff was warm and understood how to handle the little ones. They were gentle with the little teeth.My husband and I also go here for cleanings and other dental procedures. They are the best in the area.

Every time the attention to detail is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond. I had a tooth break with no appointment and was in and out repaired in less than one hour.

Love the people but Check ur statements. Had a Credit outstanding on my account and three months later get a notice that I owed. Had to call to get that cleared up. Also charge for PPE (personally protective equipment) wow.. charges for them using mask and etc. it’s this a dental office and mask as well as other safety equipment should have also been used before COVID. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I went in to have my tooth extracted. The dentist and his assistant were very calming and explained everything to me before the did anything. That made be feel very comfortable and trusting. I would definately recommend this office for any dental needs.

My son chipped his front tooth(His 3Rd time to be exact) on Christmas Day. So I didnt want to take him back the same dentist and called around the next day. They were able to fit me in the same day. They dont normally see kids(their kids location was closed) but they worked him and fixed him up in no time. I love these results better than our normal dentist office. They staff was kind and professional. Job well done!!!

From start to finish everyone here is professional. Even with the craziness in the world they are still open and taking you in if you are in pain like i was. Of course there were protocols to follow but once i was in they took care of me so quick I was blown away. I was lucky to get one of the top dogs there and he was a perfect gem. Made me feel right at home. They really show they care. I felt no pain getting a tooth pulled and that is their goal. I will be coming for as long as i live.

Today’s visit was phenomenal and that’s saying a lot from a person with dental anxiety. I was scheduled at 10am for my 6 month check-up. The front desk staff was very courteous. My wait time was minimal and I was happily greeted by Shari (pronounced Shaw-Ree). Shari was so kind and professional and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Pepper finished the exam and discussed a plan of care with me. Again, very professional with a great bedside manner. I highly recommended Shari and Dr Pepper for your dental care.

Treat you like family. From the front desk check in to the cleaners and doctors. I went in on a Wednesday at 4pm, very busy, but that didnt matter. They have a full staff. Every staff member that I saw were always smiling and happy what they were doing. Amanda was awesome. Very knowledgeable, a great asset to the team. Dr. Rupp was awesome to, I want both of them taking care of me when I go in. It was actually fun!! Who ever says that going to the dentist.

My first new patient visit was great. The front desk checked me in quickly and all of the expected paperwork was done via a computer kiosk instead of several handwritten pages, something I wish all doctors offices would switch to. The hygienist was super friendly and my dentist answered all my questions, offering different options to treat my issues.I was the last of my family of five to visit the office. My three children had a very pleasant experience with their childrens office. I really like the multiple office locations around town.

I cant say enough good things about the Solomon team. Ive been having some TMJ issues and was able to be seen the same day as a walk in on two occasions and due to using their savings plan had no out of pockets costs for the visits. They have a customer for life in me. If youre new to the area or unhappy with your dentist, do yourself a favor and give the team at Solomon a try.

I had an appointment today 5/13/2020. First thing I had to do is full out paperwork which I did in my car not in the waiting room due to dealing with the virus. The dental office is protecting the patients and the doctors and technicians. Dr. Fisher was great. I came in with a broken tooth and we discussed what was best for me and my tooth. Dr. Fisher took care of my tooth as I requested.

Everyone on staff here is so polite. It’s the best dentist office my family has had in over a decade. Additionally, Kellie H. has been my dental hygienist several times and always does excellent work! I am so thankful for such a good cleaning and she is always careful not to hurt my gums as many hygienists have done at other offices. This dentistry hires wisely. All staff members are so friendly, and the hygienists always do great work. My last hygienist, Shanny, did an excellent job. My teeth feel so clean and I feel no rough surfaces from plaque. She was careful not to hurt my gums and was so courteous to ask me if there were any areas on my teeth that needed further cleaning. I really appreciated that. Good quality people and good quality work. The office is also flexible with scheduling around my work hours that recently changed. This is why I continue to return every 6 months. Great place all around!

There isnt a place that cares more about your teeth than this place. Open every day of the week these Dentists enjoy their job and explain in detail what your choices are. Just yesterday got a consultation and a permanent crown all in the same day. The office has technology to make the crowns on location and installed the same day. There isnt a pain factor you will feel no pain. Doctor Jason Solomon will treat you as his own family. The staff is also professionals. Only the best work here.

I dread going to a dentist, due to horrible experiences...lack of customer service or a dentist that wants to nickle/dime you for everything. This business was a positive experience. The DH, Sarah, was very calm, very reassuring and made me feel at ease during the cleaning process. The Dr completed a thorough exam of my mouth and explained each step of her process. I will definitely be back in 6 months, for the next cleaning with Sarah.

Staff was very friendly and helpful as a walk in emergency patient they made sure to keep me updated on getting me in while still managing their appointments and the COVID-19 processes. I will proudly use them as my regular dentist and I wish I could remember my dentist name because she is definitely top notch and one of the best in the business.

It is hard enough to get a young adult to go to a dentist appointment. My son went and was told that his insurance did not cover the exam, cleaning and xrays and that he would have a large bill if he proceeded. So, he left with just the cleaning. Insurance DID cover it for a preferred provider with just the co-pay. After calling several times, billing only answered with there will be charges...it is not fully covered...they could not give a correct estimate for the services that were being provided. Looking for a new family dentist now.Update: We have been patients here for over 10 years and ‘volume’ seems more important than customer relations...sad. They told my son that if he left to check why the bill was going to be so much and reschedule, he would be charged his co-pay anyway.

My kids and I go there for cleaning every 6months and love it there. Doctor and staff are professional and courteous and make our check up pleasant! This is the best dentist I’ve been to in the area!

I could not be more pleased with Solomon dentistry especially during covid19. My crown came off. I called them. I was advised how they are operating under covid19 and told me it was first come first serve. Due to this incident happening late afternoon, I may not be seen. I understood, showed up and was seen! The staff was very welcoming, professional, and very kind! Dr. Solomon was great too! Very quick and professional! I was very pleased and will return.

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely, positively hate going to the dentist. I had to have one of my teeth extracted, and I was afraid to get it pulled. I was afraid because I have had nothing but bad experiences at the dentists office...until now. I didnt have an appointment and I had never been there before, but they still took care of me the same day! Dr. Solomon and his team of AMAZING professionals made me feel as comfortable as possible. Nicky (I hope I didnt spell your name wrong. If I did spell it wrong then shame on me.) and Ryan were fantastic, and couldnt have been more helpful. I even signed up for the Savers program and look forward to scheduling my cleaning when Im all healed. It was the best experience at the dentists office that I have ever had, and I think I have found my forever dentist. Thank you all so very much.

With appointments it’s in and out, without appointments the wait is long but the service and kindness is so worth it. They always make sure to answer any questions I have. I’ve generally had horrible pain and they take great care with gentleness to help me get through the procedures. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Had a dental issue with a temporary crown on a Saturday and my family dentist was closed and their computers were down from the recent storm. I decided to go to Soloman and see what they could do for me. Even not being a patient there they were able to see me quickly and were very helpful. I am able to get by until I see my family dentist next time. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Dr Mueller and her assistant was outstanding!!! I had an extraction done on my wisdom teeth on September 30 2019 Dr.Mueller explained everything from start to finish. I didnt feel anything at all. I will definitely be making all of my appointments with Dr Mueller!!!

They have several locations from which you can choose. The doctors and hygienists are really nice, and I appreciate that there is a discount program (Solomon Savers) for those of us who do not have dental insurance. They also have hours that work with my work schedule, and they do their best to fit you in for a dental emergency.

This place is great! My parents started taking me here as a child. I now have my own children and have tried other dentist due to insurance changes but I always come back.Their availability is AWESOME and they take the time to get to know their customers.I am impressed that any small business makes it 30+ years and I am even more impress they stay current with technology and customer needs (availability, they are open late and weekends!) and seem to always improve. Absolutely fantastic, Victoria did an excellent job cleaning and Dr. Fisher was great. Advised me a tooth I was told was going to need crown for $1600 was only going to need a filling saving me a lot. Great to find excellent service and honesty!

I’m a new patient at Solomon’s Family Dentistry. My first appointment was today and I was very impressed. My dental hygienist Jordan was very professional, funny, and conversational. She was very gentle cleaning my teeth and I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. The office was very clean and presentable. I’m glad I made the decision to choose them as my new dental care office.

Such nice people. Made my 7 year old feel so at ease. He liked everyone so much he actually cant wait to go back to the dentist!!!

In these trying times and under extraordinary circumstances. I watched on a busy Friday, people that were in pain and discomfort. A Father and Son serve so many people in a time of need.Besides the amazing work they do, that I could go on for days about. My first visit to Solomon Family Dentistry I give an A+. I was running a little late but all personnel pushed me through and got me to where I needed to go. The hygienist was prompt and thorough. The doctor came in right on schedule and provided me with detailed information as to my check-up. I am so glad I changed practices.

This place has been my dentist of choice for many years and I love Dr. Jason and the many ladies who have cleaned my teeth over the years. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

I have absolutely found the best hygienist in The state of South Carolina. Jordan Lawson is One of the kindest people you will ever meet. In addition to her kindness she is the most gentle and efficient hygienist I have ever encountered. Her work is outstanding. Jordan is so caring and listens to your concerns and always makes you feel at ease. She is so personable and so compassionate and not only does she care about me on a professional level but a personal level as well . I previously was her patient at the Main Street office, which is a lot closer to my home, but when she moved to their new location I had to follow her because she is just that wonderful!!! I couldn’t be more pleased with the new office in Knightsville!!!!!

I had the pleasure of sitting in Dr Fishers chair and he is by far the best dentist Ive had. He was quick, efficient, and showed that he cared and listened to all my questions and concerns. I have braces and he fixed an issue that Ive been having with a couple bands and he didnt have to do that. Definitely will be using him for all of my appointments. Worth the money and the 5 stars lol. 😊

I’ve had dental anxiety for YEARS and have always dreaded going. This is, hands down, the best office that I’ve ever been to. I’ve had great experiences from beginning to end here and I will recommend them to anyone.

I would give this practice 0 stars if possible. Soloman was one of the few dentists listed under emergency dentists with extended hours. My dad contacted the office, with an emergency with my mom. Dr Soloman was resistant in fitting her in 7. He closes at 8. He claimed his staff was leaving, despite his ad of being open til 8. After he accepted her for an appointment, they rushed over there. Dr. Soloman decided to go home and leave my parents to deal with his staff (who were still there in the parking lot despite him saying they left). My complaint is that if you dont want to do later hours, then advertise that you close at 4, like most dentists. You dont leave a patient in pain, in your parking lot, and decide you dont want to stick around to make their appointment. Word of mouth is a big deal and I have cautioned several people about this practice due to this experience.
