Very expensive. Charged $245 to hem a $99 dress. Also, had some sleeves shortened on a pantsuit and a dress hemmed, and I was charged $225. Not to mention, she messed the sleeves on the pantsuit up, and now I can’t even wear it. Definitely will not ever use this alterations shop again.

Wonderful experience with Alterations and More! They are very talented seamstresses! I recently had a bridesmaid dress altered because it didn’t fit me in the bust, waist, or length (😑), and they had all the alterations done in two weeks! Highly recommend them!

I cant tell you how fabulous Kim and her team are! I needed my gown altered within six days in the middle of wedding/prom season, and she jumped right in! She was creative in helping figure out how to extend the length of the gown by adding lace to the bottom. I highly recommend her quality work! Photo of the gown attached.

Charge you a certain amount then say oh we cant do that when you come pick it up but still charge the same price

I went in on a Thursday needing my wedding dress on Sunday and omg more than i expected she had it for me on Saturday and again omg. The price was awesome. I expected to spend $200 or more but no $105. I had the most amazing wedding night. Thank u so very much. Tamara Murphy

I have been desperately looking for a reliable tailor shop to occasionally hem pants. I wear a shirt and tie daily for work and being of short stature and big belly, off the rack pants don’t fit me. I am very happy with the work and the prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be back.

I ordered a gown online that came in late and didnt fit. I had one day to get it altered. Ms. Kim was able to add lace to the back of the dress. She exceeded my expectations! Very fast quality alterations! Highly recommend her!!!

Ms. Kim is the best! I came in the day before my prom to have my dress hemmed and it was a lot of work, my dress was a wedding sized ballgown, with so many layers, it was such short notice since shipping was took longer then paid for. She willingly took the challenge, she gives fair prices, I couldnt afford to drop another $250 on a $650 dress but she made a fair price and promised I would have a dress to wear the next day. Im so thankful for her and the kindness she expresses. I highly recommend this business as you will be greeted and tended to by an amazing person!!

There is no flat rate for specific items of clothing, you must bring it in for them to evaluate the piece and give you a price- no surprise there as that is typical. But while I was getting it evaluated the woman quoted me much more than I expected to pay. She also told me that if I didnt want to pay that price, and take my garment elsewhere she would charge me $40 for her time. Completely strong arming me into keeping my business with her as I was not about to flush $40 down the drain. Note: there are no signs that explicitly state this policy, nor did she tell me about this policy before looking at the dress. I gave in, payed the obnoxious price UP FRONT BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE ON IT. Very frustrated with this shady business she just pulled on me, I called the next day anonymously asking about such policy and was told that they had no such policy and that if I chose to take my business elsewhere it would be no problem. I wouldnt recommend them for their prices, and I certainly wouldnt recommend them as a fair business.

I took a kilt to her, sadly in need of repair, at mid-morning today, asking if she could finish the work by closing time, as I needed it early tomorrow morning.After a couple of exclamations of amazement, she said it would be ready.Half an hour before her closing time, I phoned her to say I was stuck in traffic, several miles away, and couldnt say when I might be able to return to her shop. She replied that she would wait for my arrival.Over an hour later, I arrived to find the kilt in much better condition than I had asked; she had volunteered some repairs I hadnt mentioned.I can think of no finer recommendation than to invite you to take her your tailoring & alteration needs.

I brought my wedding dress to Mrs. Kim on the recommendation of my Mom, we were on a very tight time frame it was August when I brought my dress in and I am getting married in October. She is a very detailed seamstress, while she was measuring me for the first time I must have moved or looked down at some point. She called and asked me to come in so she could see what happened and to make sure the measurements were right, she made the adjustments both times staying after hours. When I went to my final fitting the dress was fantastic! Perfect fit, she is such a sweet person and I highly recommend her to anyone for any alteration needs! We also ordered my bridemaids dresses online, and they needed to be altered and she had the dresses fixed in less than a week! Not enough stars on here in my opinion for the quality of work she did :)

Kim altered my dress beautifully and even made a bow tie from the cloth hemmed off of the bottom of the dress! Great and friendly service!
