Paige is truly a miracle worker. I know that I went in there with one of the worst cases of blackhead acne that shes ever seen. Ive had it for years and needed help to be rid of it. When I saw and felt the results, it brought tears to my eyes. Now I cant stop touching my face and it keeps getting better even three days later. Thank you so much Paige and I will be seeing you again.

I had a spa package where I received a fun facial from paige, a magical massage from Michael, and last but not least a wonderful mani/pedi from Annie.I must say all 3 were AMAZING!!Paige was very thorough and so gentle it was so relaxing. First facial, was definitely a fun experience thanks to her.Michael is really a master at his art of massage, came out feeling...pure bliss. My body definitely approved. He not only has great ability but care deeply about the body, you can tell.Annie was GREAT. So accommodating, and she did such a nice job on both my hands and toes. She was fun to talk to and was so gentle, relaxing and did a great job.Overall was a nice experience.

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst hair experience of my life. I went in for a blonde balayage and came out with raccoon streaks & string cheese like hair. At my consultation the stylist said she could do what I wanted (I had black hair and was wanting a blonde balayage) but at my actual appointment she told me (in a rude way) theres no way she can lighten my hair and the pictures I showed her are of models with money .. as if Im not pretty or rich enough to have good hair. After minutes of going back and forth, I trusted her opinion and settled for a honey balayage. My appointment was at 3pm and I was there until after they closed. I knew something bad had happened when she removed the foil from my hair and didnt let me see when I asked. My hair was all behind my shoulders, every time I asked her how it looked or if I could see she said Im still working on it or hold on something happened3 other stylists came over with Oh no faces and asked her if she needed help. She denied help. She finally told me my hair had a chemical reaction she had never seen before and blamed me for not telling her I had something in my hair (I HAD VIRGIN HAIR!!) she couldnt brush my hair because balls of hair would fall off every time it was touched so she sent me home with wet and un brushed hair. I still had to pay full price and she told me to go home and put vinegar in my hair & it will look better. She did not apologize once for ruining my hair which she and the others still in the salon after it closed knew was damaged. Turns out, vinegar only dried it and made it worse. I went back the next day, my hair was still so ugly, the stylist was not there but the manager over heard me telling the receptionist what happened and came over. She remembered me from the night before, the manager saw what her stylist did to my hair and allowed a client leave her salon with wet unbrushed hair. Showing no empathy, she immediately offered a refund - but couldnt refund me the tip I left. I didnt care about the money, I just wanted to look normal. After me practically begging if they could fix my hair, she sent me to another stylist that was the best however, he asked rudely what am I supposed to do with this? This is all damaged. I cant work with this Of course I started to cry because they ruined my hair and could not fix it. They showed no empathy at all and somehow blamed me for my hair being damaged. I cried for two weeks straight. I couldnt brush or style my hair for weeks and was scared to even wash it because it kept falling out. A total of about 7 inches of my hair is what ended up falling out because of this. Good thing is, I went to another salon and they were able to fix what this salon said was un-workable. Here is a picture of what I asked and what I got. Embarrassing. Oh! Apparently, I was with the best balayage stylist here LOL

I started coming here for massages almost a year ago and still love it! I have fibromyalgia resulting in parts of my body becoming tight or getting knots easily. I see Jessica or Michael and always leave with my body feeling so much better and relaxed. Jessica and Michael do an amazing job helping fix all my more painful joint areas.

Joe is the best! Although he has only cut my hair, he colors many of my friends hair and they all look great. He knows what he is doing and is very efficient. He will advise you on what will look best and than execute it amazingly. Highly recommend!

Been going to Grace for my brows since my freshman year of high school. Im in college now and dont live nearby, and Ive been trying to find someone as a good as her but cant! She is amazing and I always try to visit when Im in town. The spa itself is really nice and clean also. I got my makeup and hair done there for prom and I loved it!

Ive been a customer since 2007 but found a new place recently. The reason is because Beauty Indulgence recently made the decision to no longer allow tips on credit/debit cards. Every time I had a haircut, I would have to leave, go to a bank, pay an ATM fee and come back to tip. This is the 21st century and I dont use cash often nor do I ever need to go to a physical bank. Great place but their new policy to save a buck on not allowing tips put the inconvenience on me. I can find an expensive haircut else where with no inconvenience.

I’ve been a customer for several years, mainly for nail services. Julie is absolutely wonderful, polite, meticulous about cleanliness and offers great customer service. One of the other staff involved in manicure/pedicure services has a habit of regaling customers with obviously made up “tragic circumstances” in her personal life, I’m sure to elicit sympathy and a generous tip. I’ve learned to stick with Julie for my appointments! Front desk staff have been inconsistent in the past sometimes, but definitely improved lately.

The place is really nice, the staff was professional and very pleasant, but if you dont know your stylist be careful, as a walk in, one of the guys seemed really anxious to do my hair cut. But he gave me a bum rush and finished just as his next appt came in and my hair ended up nothing like the pictures I showed him. 🤨

I have been going to Beauty Indulgence from Day 1. The front staff are so welcoming when you come in the door. They greet you with a smile on their face. Coffee and water is always available. The professional staff continue the great service whether you are getting a cut with Sholeh or hi-lights with Hanan. They are both awesome! You will not be disappointed.

Loved this place. Takes a bit longer than planned as my person took a break a bit longer than she said while my hair was being done, but over all I loved it. A little pricey.

Terrible experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional . Overcharged me as well for giving me something I didn’t want.

Ive been seeing Loreal at Beauty Indulgence for a long time. She always does a great job. My color is especially great - just what I asked for. I very seldom have to wait more than a few minutes, the front desk is always polite, and I consistently feel well-cared for. My other family members go here too, and everyone is happy with their treatment.

I went for eyelash tinting and a pedicure. I was very happy with both services. Wanda did my toes. They were able to fit me in with a last minute appointment.

I have been going to this salon off and on for the past 10 years. I recently went back for color correction and am in LOVE with my new color. They truly have the best customer service. Cant wait to go back for my cut this Saturday!

Horrible experience at this salon. It started with getting my hair highlighted. I brought in a sample picture which featured blues and purples. I explained I wanted highlights like this in red, yellow, and orange. The colorist colored my hair my natural color.Things got worse when I went for a manicure. I asked for shellac. The tech pointed to a selection of nail colors that were different than the usual shellac polish Ive had done. I asked if they were shellac like the others, and she said yes, the same in broken English. Well, my nails were messed up before I got home because it wasnt shellac.The haircut was okay and the esthetician was wonderful, but I will not go back to this salon.

Awful. I went in for hair and makeup in preparation for an executive photo. For my hair, I requested soft loose waves with volume I left with tight crimped mermaid waves with a bump on top. For my makeup, I requested a light natural look with NO smokey eyes. Guess what the make up artist gave me, you guessed it, smokey eyes. Over all, I ended up looking like a cast member of the Jersey Shore. Very disappointing. So much so that I will have to retake the photos.

I do all my hair needs here with Sholeh, sjhes efficient, creative and wonderfully accommodating. I trust her with my look completely. Have had success with eyelashes there with Sara but truly love Tamara and Claudia foe professional makeup exactly as you want it natural, long lasting and gorgeous

Went in today with a hair emergency! I trusted family and went to another salon to get my dream hair. I wanted a rose quartz pink and when I left the first place it was a HOT PINK MESS and thats being polite. I went to Beauty Indulgence think they were going to turn me away broken hearted, but Haliey saved the day! She got me right in the chair and it only took her an hour and a half to fix my disaster! She was kind and reassuring, the entire staff here so sweet considering I looked liked the heat miser when I walked in. I would recommend this place in a second! Thank you Haliey!!

I absolutely love Hanan (color specialist) from Beauty Indulgence! When I first came to see her, my hair was several different colors and in pretty poor condition! She corrected years of poor highlighting in almost one session! I couldnt believe what an amazing job she had done, and that I had waitied so long to finally come in and see her! I can honestly say, that I finally feel confident about my hair color and condition! I always get compliments now and its all because Hanan knows what she is doing! I couldnt have asked for anything better! She is great at what she does and she always makes my visits to Beauty Indulgence so rewarding! She loves her clients and what she does, and you can really that same love in the qualtiy of her work! AMAZING!!

I have been going to Shaida, as well as recommending her Spa to friends and family, for over 20 years. Her service and excellence expands through her customer base a I was a referral myself. Overtime she has crafted several inspiring looks over the years that always brought great comments. Beauty Indulgence spa and treatments options have received praise from my wife and friends.Ten years ago I moved 2 1/2 hours away and visit Houston every month or so to catch-up and Shaida is always on the list.

My mom and I have been getting our mani/pedis from Wanda for over a year now. She is always so delightful and does an amazing job! She goes out of her way to take care of us. I highly recommend her.

I had my hair cut more than 8 weeks ago with Sheida and still get compliments on it. I am so used to needing touch up trims every few weeks with others. With Sheidas cut, I dont even fix my hair after the wash anymore. It air drys BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!!I AM SOOOOO HAPPY.Jasmine

Well, I cant even say I got to go in. I called two weeks ago to make an appointment for a mani-pedi for my mom and myself and they said just to call a few days ahead. I called today to make an appointment for Thursday and they didnt have anything available (thats a few days ahead). The girl didnt even say she apologized for the inconvenience or anything. Bad customer service. I will go to the place I normally go - the only reason I was going to go here was because they support a local non-profit that I care about.
