I was referred by a customer to come here and when I arrived I did not get a welcoming vibe from them. They was not friendly like I expected over the phone. I had a appointment set with them. I did not get a welcoming vibe they acted like they did not want to see me so I walked out. I would not come back.

Bro.... this place was fire. Michelle was the nicest lady I’ve met. Best facial I’ve ever gotten and my manicure was perfect. Definitely coming back for a message sometime. I’m bringing my friend Yair with me next time and we gonna be fabulous. 11/10. If i could give 6 stars i would. Highly recommend👌🏽

This is my favorite spot for nails! Since high school, I’ve come to see Michelle. Although it’s been 12 years, nothing has changed it terms of service and quality. ALL of the ladies are amazing and truly care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done, hands down, the best around!

Very disappointed in the service I received a week ago. I called to make an appointment for a refill and a pedicure. Got there on time and had to wait 10 minutes untill I was told to sit in a pedicure chair. (no big deal)Then waited an additional 10 minutes till I received service. A/C not turned on & it was so hot so I mentioned how hot it was so they finally turned on the A/C. My refill was being done but then her 3:00 appt came in for a service so she stopped my refill, excused herself to take care of her other client. She returned 25 minutes to finished my refill. She and other employees were engaging in their own conversation so she was not aware of how fast she was using the electric buffer and also the hand buffer and burned one of my fingers. A week later and that finger still hurts and is very slowly healing which is why I feel the need to comment. Ive gone there the past two month and it only took an hour but this time it took two hours for a refill and pedicure and my fingers hurt bad. Time to find another nail shop.
