I made an appointment her for a pedicure and a manicure. I just wanted regular nail polish and nothing special but the tech who did my manicure seemed unprofessional. She was nice but the nail polish she put on didn’t turn out smooth, it was so streaky and then another person re did it but with same results. I’m so disappointed as I did them for my vacation. The girl who did my pedicure was fine and my toes look okay but my hands look like a 2 year old put nail color on or I could just do it at home. The second photo is from 2 days later.

First time trying this salon & I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly & the pedicurist did a good job with instructions. She had a pleasant attitude & was willing to assist with all my needs.

Today was my first time here and it will DEFINITELY not be my last time!!! They were wonderful especially Nam and Ms. Vana!!! Glad I could find a new nail shop so that I can stop waiting to go home(Mississippi) for a visit to get my nails done.

I was a pedicure walk in and they were still able to take me in quick. My nail lady was extremely sweet and professional I wish I would have caught her name. I got the deluxe pedicure for $56 (comes with massage and oils). Personally, a bit overpriced since the massage was okay, but the service and atmosphere made up for it. I enjoyed my visit very much.

I am not from Texas, but here visiting my godparents. They set up an appointment for me. One, super hygienic. Where I get my nails done, they use the same dip powder for everyone. Here? You get your own custom base and color each time. They take their time BUT I was still in and out in under 1.5 hours. They are incredibly kind, super friendly. Also, maybe TN charges way too much but with a 30% tip I still spent less than I ever do in TN. Great experience and I’d fly back to have my nails done if flights were cheap enough!

Just moved to Houston and needed a nail tech searched this place and loved their work. I came with some ideas and one of the techs NAILED IT. I’m super sad I didn’t get her name but I won’t forget her face she took the time to maid the powders to make sure I got the pink I wanted and was very pleasant. There was no TV in the salon so the techs were really engaging with the clients. LOVED IT !! Def will be back in 2 weeks ‘

I came in with month old vacation nails, couldn’t even tell her what technique they used prior. Kim investigated to find out what it was, then went through colors to help me find mine. I have been very happy with Candy at Simply Divine Nail Spa for over a year now. She is professional and does a wonderful job. I recently called to make an app. And the Salon is still requiring masks, I would really appreciate them following the science, it’s time to fully open up and keep up with customer service. If a customer chooses to wear a mask fine, that is their choice, but to still require it of everyone is not right, it’s time to move on with our lives. I have had COVID, got the 2 shot vaccine, I will not be giving it to anyone. Please consider keeping up with the science. Not sure when I will be going back there to get nails done.

I just moved into the area at the beginning of this year and ever since stumbling on this place by a recommendation on the NextDoor app, I’ve had the best experience (and nails) that I’ve ever had.I’ve been getting acrylic powder nails every month since Feb from Nam. It’s never hard getting an appointment, they always pick up the phone, the front desk is always very nice and organized, people are friendly, and the place is beautiful and clean. I love that they still practice social distancing with their work stations.Great nail technicians and service. Happy to have found a nail shop that I can trust. 😊

People were very nice and profesional. I’ve been there twice, once for a manicure, pedicure and brow waxing and once just for a manicure. I do recommend making an appointment a few days before just in case because they do get pretty busy. Definitely my favorite salon in sugar land.

A friend of mine and I visited Simply Divine based on their amazing reviews for a full set/pedicure & shellac manicure/pedicure on January 30, 2021. I made the appointment for 10am. I received a text confirmation prior to the appointment. We arrived and were taken to our pedicure chairs right at 10am. The shop was super clean, everyone had on proper masks, and there was one gentleman cleaning behind everyone almost the entire time we were there.My friend and I both enjoyed the super fun atmosphere the technician ladies have cultured. We had great conversations and laughed a lot! We both had our nails and toes done simultaneously, which was great because we werent there forever! The color choices were vast, including shellac sets so that you can get matching hands and feet, if thats your thing. The quality and attention to detail is amazing! Both of our nails looks amazing! This will definitely be my new regular nail shop!

I went with a friend. I was going to get a manicure and she was going to get shellac. I had originally called and booked Hannah, however my friend had booked Caitlin and Caitlin had JUST begun doing another customer’s pedicure. We were told Caitlin would be available in 5-10 mins so I let my friend begin with Hannah. Hannah is super sweet and great (hence the 2 stars at least..). Caitlin never came to do my nails. I waited 30+ minutes, finally another lady started doing my nails but she kept jumping between me and another customer. She trimmed my cuticle too far back at one point causing me to bleed. All this while, Caitlin finishes her pedicure and then gets up and leaves for her lunch without saying a word. Very rude and unprofessional on her part. I ended up being late back to work and very unhappy with my nails. Not coming back again

Nice ladies and there is a young man that did a fabulous job on my daughters nails!!! Her nails are the only one that are still on strong!!! My other daughter and myself got our nails done too, but mine didnt last as long nor did hers. Id give him five stars, but Im giving 4 because all my nails popped off or lifted in less than 3 days! I visited today no appointment. I was greeted very welcoming, kindly. As I was signed in they made sure I had sanitized my hands before I proceeded to choose my preferred colors, and immediately taken in to the service area. The whole place is spotless. The technicians wearing their protective gear and the tools are sterile/ the packaging opened in front of me. I had dipping power and pedicure. Excellent service! I’m happy with the results and definitely recommend it. And certainly will come back. I love my techs Aileen and Nam ❤️ Everyone is awesome!

I went yesterday to get my nails done. I was not happy with the previous shop at all. I walked in and very friendly staff, even though i had no appt, they took me. NAM, the tech or should i say Nail Artist, he attended my nails. He was aweasome. He has been doing nails for 16years and honestly it shows, his passion towards his work and professionalism. If I could give this place more stars, I would. Im literally here right now getting a pedicure and WOW. Kim is gentle, her massages are incredible, and shes respectful about the fact Im not a talker. Ive found my new salon and I cant wait to bring my mom here post-pandemic.

Went here for a shellac mani and pedi. I was handed a menu and asked which pedicure I wanted and I selected the classic one the woman then asked if I wanted the next one up and I said no the classic is fine with me and she insisted that the classic was not sufficient so I eventually agreed. At the end of my polish application she smudged my toe nails with the slipper and after failed attempts at fixing it removed it all and haphazardly applied a single coat of the polish. The manicurist who did my hands asked if I wanted a polish change or full manicure I asked for a full manicure but cuticles were not trimmed and there was no massage or exfoliation. Shellac began cracking after a few days as well as the toe nail polish which I’ve never experienced before. The matching set of polish were 3 shades off from each other. Paid $80. Would not recommend and would not return if this was the last nail place in town which it thankfully is not.

My favorite nail salon! Nam is the best!Update oct 2020: I presented this idea of Halloween themed ombre dip nails and of course Nam already had some exp with the technique. He did such an amazing job! Im so proud of my nails and have gotten SO MANY compliments on them!!!

This place is perfect. From cleanliness to atmosphere. I am really big on cleanliness and from day 1 have been very impressed with their sterilization. Instruments are always bagged and even initialed by the manager and my nail technician showed me this on the first visit without me having said a word. I have been returning to see Andrew ever since. Nancy is wonderful and Lucky is great especially if you want a classy French manicure. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calm and the music as well. I never feel rushed or stressed and the staff take good care of you. The owners are often there and make sure everything runs smoothly and you can tell they take care of their business and value their customers. I couldn’t imagine a better experience than what I’ve received at Simply Divine.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. When my daughter decided to start getting her nails done, I took her here. One day when she went on her own the lady that was to do her nails commented on her shoes and hair in a negative way....in Chinese. Thinking my daughter didnt understand her. Well she did. My daughter just said excuse me, and got out of her chair and walked out. We have never been back since.

Honestly, probably one of the best manicures I have ever had in my life. My nail tech was quick, knowledgeable, didnt hurt me once, and listened to my preferences. Two weeks later and not a single nick, scratch, or bubble (and Im famously rough on my hands). Im impressed and wish I lived closer so I could go there more often!
