Lisa is great. Wish more of the folks who used to go there would come back. The new owner, Hannah, is nice, professional, and has really spruced up the place.

Under new management thank heavens. Have gone to Lovely Nails for 15+ years until a new owner bought and she ran everyone off including the workers. About 3 months ago I saw on Next Door it was under new management. Hana and Cathy have done my nails and Kyle has done pedicure. They are very nice and accommodating as well as a clean and soothing atmosphere. If you have missed Lovely Nails for the last year...please stop in and meet the new owners. You will be glad you did.

Horrible horrible service ! The lady kept pulling and twisting my fingers. Didn’t sanitize the tools after it literally was used on someone else’s foot . No type of cleaning or sanitation between usage of equipment.

I like to support my neighborhood businesses. This is a. O-frills nail salon but Lisa is friendly and it is not crowded.

Had my nails done at this salon for many years. Very reasonable price for manicures and pedicures. Attendants also do brow and body waxing plus facials. Salon is clean and equipment is sanitized . Liners used in spa pedicure chairs. Massage with pedicure is an exceptional luxury. Environment is friendly and customer oriented. Many repeat customers. Would and have recommended this salon to friends.

Had a 7pm appointment set over the phone after telling the woman I had solar nails on and wanted a fill or other service. She could not/would not discuss services over the phone, did I want the 7pm appointment we discussed. Yes.I showed up at 6:58 and she tells me she cant do it, it will take too long. I asked why she didnt just say that over the phone and she said the phone cut out, can I come tomorrow?NO!The salon has old equipment and does so-so nails, but the service is what has run me away.

I really like how Ken does my nail. I went some place else with my daughter only to end up with 3 broken dipped nail. I went back to Ken. Great service!!

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. For the first time ever I walked out in the middle of my manicure. The new owners are awful. The owners wife did my manicure and cut me twice and soaked my shellac in a liquid that made my hands burn. All of the ladies have quit except Lisa. Lisa is amazing and I wish her well. So hard for me to say this but I’ll never go back.

This place did a horrible job doing pedicure and manicure. They rushed it and when I complained about it they didn’t say anything. I highly do not recommend this place. I got cut on my leg too due to the rushing!

Lovely Nails has new management under Hannah the new nail shop is clean and the staff are all pleasant they have state of the art nail services I am very pleased with the lovely nail salon and will be coming back for sure

My girlfriend was in here earlier today, Diane was very rude and her service was tainted with Bad attitude, she was not accommodating when her spa seat was pushed too forward causing her feet to be pressed against the basin wall. She cut corners on both the pedicure and manicure,as if she only cared about the money. The smell from the chemicals was overwhelming and she asked if they could open the door to get fresh air, they said no. She had to ask for a mask. Terrible service. Management needs to change same with the workers or this location will lose business. Cannot recommend this location to anyone!

I went to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. They did the worse job i have ever seen. First they get wax all over my lips. Then while doing my eyebrows. They got my actual hair in it pulling it out. They went to far on my eye lids, poping the blood vesles. Which has never happened to me before. They missed spots. Leaving hair. One was also extremely thicker than the othe other. When i asked to fix it. She proceeded to thin out the wrong eyebrow. They look terrible and i even went to someone else. She said it couldnt be fixed. Thats how awful they look. I will never go back.

Ive been getting my nails done since 1985 and using the same lady the whole time. Unfortunately. she is far away from my house/job. I have an every other saturday morning standing appt and I just get sick of getting up early and driving to her so i started using Lovely Nails since its close to work. Needless to say, i have been using them more and more over the years. Lynn does a great job. They can always fit me in when i ask and know im on my lunch so try to get me out as soon as they can without rushing. my old nail tech hand filed and did not use a drill so i mentioned that to Lynn and she is very careful when using the drill. ive never had any problems. i would recommend them.
