I went to this nail salon and got a fill in with gel polish on Saturday not even a week later my right thumb and pointer finger is chipping.

All of these chairs have roaches the James got mad at me because o said I didn’t want to sit on the chairThere was roaches the last time I was here my gel nail polish fell off within two days he always has kids In the shop being loud and there is an infant that they keep in the back that just cries all the time so unorganized unprofessional and it’s just the roaches for me

The staff was friendly and relaxing enjoyed my pedicure will go again

I absolutely love this place my nails are always flawless and exactly how I want them. The staff are always friendly and patient. Just a great place.

Im well pleased with La Nails. They were quick and efficient.

My husband and niece had to leave my nails was rushed and my nails had bubbles in the dried paint james fixed one but at that point i was mad just paid and left the paint is lumpy and just look a mess my first and last time

I sent my cousin here and James was extremely rude to her and her 3yr old granddaughter . I will never send anyone here again. She walked into an empty salon only to be told no kids allowed, even though it’s a kid he has met several times before in that very same shop. Save your money and go to KV nails where they treat people with respect and dignity!

I went in to get my nails done and was refused service and told to come back by myself. I had my 13month old grandson with me and my mother came to help watch him while I got my nails done. It was not busy no one else was waiting but me and he said because my mom and grandson wasnt getting anything done they had to leave. I went to Nauti nails and got my nails done with no problems.

I’ve been going to LA Nails for years and I’ve never had a problem but today Jenny did my fill in and it was the most trashiest job ever and I was very unsatisfied now I did leave to pick my daughter up from school but I called back to the shop no more 15 minutes later and spoke with James he requested that I come back and show him and he tells me that the only thing wrong was the clear coat was on my skin when I literally seen everything she did or should I say did not do basically her fill ins are trash piss poor even she applies too much acrylic doesn’t buff or sand it down leaving your nails out of shape she didn’t pull my skin back after applying the powdered acrylic so that dried onto my skin then she didn’t use the electric sanding tool to smooth my nails so I’m just thinking ok maybe she does things differently then she applies the nail polish which made everything evident of what she did and did not do I tried my best to explain what she did and did not do and all he could say that it was the clear coat his fix was to use the emery board to try and clean it up which rubbed off my nail polish leaving me still unsatisfied bottom line there’s three people in that establishment and they need to stick to what they know Jenny is good at doing eyebrows and polishing nails that’s it no more no less she acts like she doesn’t even wanna do the job she’s tasked to do barely touching you and becoming complacent while caring for a customer the older lady is good at pedicures nothing else and James he needs to stick to full sets fill ins and polish after this experience and the way he rectified this situation by arguing with me and not listening just tryna get me outta his face I will not be going back there I’m sure my measly few dollars won’t phase them but the way you run a business and customer service should be a top priority and they was definitely NOT displayed today Poor management and poor customer service all across the board so people I’m not telling you not to go there just take heed to who you let perform services on you and who you give your money to if I could give ZERO stars I would but obviously you have to select something but they’re definitely at the bottom of the list

Th work is good unless they’re busy and you get a rush job. A rush job was done on my toes, they didn’t last 3 days and he wanted to do patch work to fix it. I won’t be returning, been a customer since I move to this area over 3 years ago!

Need help James the only one that do nails and he want you you to get a full set every time

I usally go here all the time but today there rude and disrespectful I set there two hours paitently waiting a girl walk in they say can I help you the Chinese looking young lady say have a seat and started on her nails like she didnt see me sitting there so I said youll rude been here two hours and left they dont Know how to treat there customer they need a sign in sheet you seen me sitting there my money spend like anybody else I spend $50 or better respect the ones that make sure your family eats it was rude and un fair period my time is valuable
