I’ve been coming to the salon since it opened, and I’ve LOVED each service I’ve gotten, which feels like it should be impossible, yet here I am!Sara has provided me with amazing hair again and again, Candy has made me a believer that permanent brows can look good over blonde hairs, and Madison has a genuine knack for nail artistry. Chanda (the owner) has truly chosen people who are all amazing at their jobs!

I have gone to Candy for years- but recently my daughter came to see her. As with everything, this last year has been chaotic. So when we found out (a week out)- that Senior graduation pictures were being scheduled, I prayed that Candy would be able to fit daughter my daughter in. That being said, I know she schedules around a month out, so I did not expect it would happen.Not only did Candy make it work, but when my daughter was not 100% happy with the results (they were pretty close to the picture she showed) Candy bent over backwards to fit her back in (the day of the pictures) to make it work. Between her and Megan, my daughter has been non stop smiling all day. If you want a talented, professional and personalized style, I would recommend you give Candy a chance. You will not be disappointed

So, I LOVED the environment and staff members.. However, I got my nails done this past Thursday evening and by Friday morning 2 of them were already chipped. As the days went on almost all of them were chipped. I got them for prom; so, this was rather disappointing. I had to cover them up with my own polish. Really hoping for a refund. I also was not able to go back because of my crazy work schedule.

Salon on Pointe is a great salon. It is clean and the prices are great for all their services. Lacey came to me highly recommended and she is fantastic. My color and cut were just what I wanted. You wont be disappointed if you visit Salon on Pointe!

The salon itself is beautiful and it is set in a beautiful new development. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I cant say enough great things about my stylist, Nick. He had such a bubbly, kind, and fun personality and he did such an amazing job with my cut and hairstyle. I highly, highly recommend this salon. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The shop is amazing and my stylist (Lacey) worked with me in stages to help me achieve the level of blonde i wanted while still maintaining the health and integrity of my hair! I now use all of the Truss products and treatments and my hair feels amazing. It was nice that someone took the extra time instead of rushing through the processes it took to achieve my goal!

I visited the salon after I had a few bad haircuts. My stylist Hope made me feel comfortable and cut my hair perfect. I was able to style my hair the next day just the way she styled it. I dont think I ever had a better hair cut. Everyone in the salon is very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back again.

I went to this salon because of the reviews. Now that I have been I believe they must be deleting negative reviews. I cant be the only one. I went in for a simple hair cut. First the girl didnt even have proper hair tools. She asked about three people for clippers. Who works in a salon for months and doesnt have the tools needed. She acted totally lost in my hair cut. My hair is short there is not a essay that needed to cut it. It looked and felt like nothing was even done. Then I pay almost 70 bucks! Never again.

Nick is an amazing stylist. I will not go anywhere else because of him.

I can’t say enough about this salon ! First off staff is super inviting. Salon decor is on point, I’d say the most beautiful salon in the area! Every service myself or any member of my little family receives here is always perfection. You won’t be disappointed!!!

LIFE. CHANGING!!!!I just moved to Va and was extremely worried about finding a new salon. My hair is extremely thick, extremely heavy, and a lot of it.Lacey was recommended to me, so I took a chance. I was almost in tears I was so happy!!! Between the cut, style, and product, the frizz and bulk are gone!!! I went back to the person that recommended her, and gave them a hug and thanked them.

Not a fan. Saw good reviews on line so decided to try. I have brown hair and went in asking for some highlights for the summer. My stylist was Candy. She did give me highlights, but when I washed my hair later that week, I noticed my hair was extremely overprocessed. My hair looked like straw. I called Candy to let her know. My expectations were simply for her to suggest I come in so she could take a look. I was very nice and hoping maybe she could just put a glaze or something on especially the pieces that were fried white. She told me that anytime you lighten your hair you can expect for your hair to be damaged. I understand that but not to the point it changes the whole tezture of your hair. She advised me to put coconut oil treatments on every week and over time it would help. I have been getting my hair done for many years and have never had a hairdresser quite like that. Now I have to go to someone else to fix what she did. Just expect people to do the right thing. Will not be going back. Sure, the shop is nice but it only takes one person there to give it a bad name.
