I have been going here for a couple months now. Atmosphere is amazing. You have drinks and laughs. But I always feel leaving like I was rushed. Miss the personal attention to detail as you can see in my picture. Today is my last day for a while. I just left the shop today.Thanks for you response. I figure coming every 2 weeks and getting the hot stone pedicure with a paraffin wax for 55 minutes would not be enough.

I Normally do not right reviews but after my experience today, I felt I needed too. I havent gotten my nails done in over a year and I decided today to treat myself. Ive been here once before and it was a good experience so I came here again. I should have left when she put the nail tips on as they were way to big and wide for my small nail beds. My nails are so wide, thick, bulky uneven, not natural looking and so ugly. One nail is pointing up. When filing the sides, she filed into my finger and its cut and bleeding, still hurts. I literally left and sat in my car and cried for 10 minutes explaining to my husband how bad they are. I feel so bad for waisting the money. I cant soak them off because of the cut nor do I want to pay to have them fixed. So now I will have ugly nails until my finger no longer hurts and I can soak them off myself.

Look at them feet!!! Grade A service and a relaxed atmosphere. They also offer you beer and wine (and coke products, but who actually gets those loL). Beautiful establishment as well, and reasonably priced

On January 31, 2021 I went to E Nails and Spa and I must say I am completely appalled with the results. My husband and I both received Volcanic Ash Spa Pedicures and the service we received was amazing.We were offered different selections of drinks during our visit and the atmosphere was well decorated. I will be returning!

I cant stop staring at my nails! Theyre so pretty! What a wonderful experience! I definitely will return. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pedicure and nail job were top notch, I got the hot stone pedicure and a French manicure overlay with Dip powder on my nails. Complimentary drinks! Only a Karen would complain about this place. I loved the girl who did my nails, she was so sweet, and when she was doing them you could tell that she cared and that what she was doing was an art. Keep up the great work :)

Since Under new ownership very poor quality . My Gel manicure does not last even a week. Ive gave them 3 tries but will now go elsewhere. Over all cleanliness has also declined. I believe previous owners had more pride in their establishment.

Had a hot stone spa pedicure with Jessica. She did amazing and went above what she had to do ! Will go back and request her!

This nail spa is the best nail salon I have been to. Such a warm friendly relaxing place to be. They are just like family. Today I had the most amazing facial with Jessica I look like a new person. My daughter treated me to a stone pedicure and facial as a Mothers Day gift. Jessica did both and I must say her facial is beyond anything you can describe. My skin felt just lovely. Jessica was so kind, and told me everything she was doing and what I could expect. We talked, but not so much I couldnt just relax, enjoy the music and muted lighting. It was one of the best gifts Ive ever received and I will go back to Jessica again and again. Ill also treat my daughter to this wonderful treatment.

I was very pleased!!! I have not had a manicure or pedicure in 1 1/2 years (since covid hit). I have never been to this salon before. I was so pleased. Danny was amazing!!! He truly cared what I thought of his work. Everyone was nice and pleasant. I will definitely be a loyal client!!!

Id give it a 5 because the owners were nice enough to give complimentary drinks and let my baby come in with me....I got a pedicure here with me. The rep that took care of my feet was literally rushing the whole thing. I started before everybody else there and he was done before everybody else was done. He used the hot stones for maybe a minute if not 30seconds and massage the same thing. He would even tap my feet to tell me to hurry up. He was awful. Never going to him again. But Ill try another rep in 2 weeks.

Sean was amazing! I will definitely be back. He was very detailed and did everything I asked him to do in order to have the perfect pedi. I have looked for someone who was as detailed. I guess I will be driving 30 mins to visit him because I will definitely be back.

I had an awesome experience. I was greeted upon entering and although they were very busy, they were friendly and accommodating. I was offered a drink and the workers continued to check on me while i was waiting. The regular pedicure included a leg and foot scrub, hot stone massage and hot towel. The quality of the service was amazing for just $35

I tried E Nails when they first opened and they have been my salon of choice since then. Everyone is very kind. The experience is always relaxing. Ive not been disappointed with anyone there. Last week, I had Jessica for the first time and she was incredible. I was so impressed that I booked one of her 2 hour facials which I had last night. All I can say is Wow! Thank you, Jessica!

I had Jessica and my mom had Lisa, they did a FANTASTIC job and were so kind and funny. We had a great spa day and are so happy with or manicures and pedicures. Jessica fixed an ingrown toenail with zero pain and it looks so much better. We will definitely be coming back soon.

After a stressful day, this place provided all the relaxing treatment I needed. The pedicure was ah-mazing. And you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t get the hot stones. And the beverages offered once you are seated is the icing on the cake. This is my 3rd visit and I will continue to come back.

Friendly and courteous staff. However they dont really follow appointments and it was very crowded and unorganized. Im used to spas that allow you to make appointments and you actually are serviced by the technician that you book with not with whom is available.

Have been there twice, very gentle and thorough with nail and foot care. Nice touch to offer a cold beverage. Will return again! They prefer cash especially for tips, but provide no fee ATM for your use.

Relaxing atmosphere, however it was hot in the building and that why I didnt give a 5star review. My tech handed my a cute fan to cool down!!! I will definitely be a loyal customer!!! 🧡

I live directly behind the salon so they are convenient (I walk there). I normally do not post google reviews but for them I will. I highly recommend them and I suggest you ask for Ken!!! He’s my nail tech for life! I show him what I want and he brings my creation to life. Plus he carries on a conversation with you unlike most nail techs who just sit there boring. As soon as you walk in your greeted with the warmest hospitality until you exit. This is definitely the place to be.

After a long day at work my pedicure was everything! They were so professional, polite, and sweet! I even received a small discount I believe due to me working in healthcare! I will definitely be returning!!

I gave this salon 2 chances. I even tried emailing them after the first negative experience. They did not return the email. My first pedicure was supposed to be 50 minutes, barely lasted 30, wasn’t offered a drink, didn’t even include a massage. The second one was worse. I’m addition to the staff being rude, my pedicure looked awful. Certainly will never be back.And now you are claiming that I am a competitor. I assure you that I am not…. I wrote an email to you via your website on Mother’s Day. It was never responded to. If you check, you will have all of my contact information. I’ll happily provide proof that I have never worked for any nail salon, or similar service area. But on top of the bad experience, and now accusations, I will absolutely never be back.

OMG!! I had such a great first experience here. Im fairly new to Suffolk and never paid attention to this place, but the place I had been going to closed so I did a Google search and the complimentary wine was a great reason to try them out. Prices are reasonable for the service you receive. The atmosphere was relaxing even though it was extremely busy today. I was beyond satisfied with my experience. My feet feel amazing thanks to Kevin and Jessi did a beautiful job on my mani. I will definitely be back to see Kevin and Jessi!! 😊

Mai & Del were so friendly and gave THE best pedicures. This place is so calm & inviting. Didnt feel rushed or hurried or pressured like I have at other salons. Plus, the free wine & beer dont hurt either! Very clean as well as COVID friendly.

Love the work they produce and normally have very positive interactions with the staff, but this is it.PLEASE be aware don’t check your temp right away after exiting your car because it may be slightly elevated. In fact the forehead thermometer taped to the wall sounds an alarm if your temp is 99 or above. If you didn’t know 98-99 is within normal range.I measured at 99.6 and got looks from the entire store only for some Karen to get up in arms that I was still “allowed” to get my nails done. Because she said something (which I overheard and corrected) I was asked to recheck my temp (a third time) within 8 minutes of being in the shop. The third time low and behold it finally settled to 98.0 crazy right—it’s still 80+ degrees outside I’m not surprised and neither should you be. A range of 100.4 and above something is considered to be wrong and likely an infection of some sort.I appreciate the measures taken to keep ppl safe but did not appreciate this staff responding to this woman by “double checking” if I was safe or not to be in their shop. My actual nail technician had already confirmed my chair and what I needed done. I spend my money here like everyone else and this experience has only ensured I will not be back and there is obvious bias at this shop. I wish the business well but that should NEVER happen again. Do better.

I came here approximately 10 days ago. I did not like how my nails were done. Approx last week I started seeing where the acrylic had not been filed down properly. My nails look very shoddy. I came here today and showed them my nails and told them. They refused to compensate me and told me they could give me a whole new set for $50. I will never ever come here again.

I was walk in and was greeted by Lisa, who was also my Technician. She was very professional and had a great personality. It was my 1st time and I would definitely return. The atmosphere was inviting and and relaxing, which was just what I needed.

I went here to get an overlay on my natural nails. Not even three weeks after I got the overlay, I went to another salon to get a fill-in. As the lady was starting the fill-in, she noticed that the acrylic overlay was lifting. She then was able to pop off each acrylic as if the set was at least a month old. This caused me to get a whole new set when I shouldn’t have had to. The person who did my original overlay must not have prepped the nails or the acrylic was too thick because I’ve never had an overlay last only 2 weeks or so. I normally am able to get at least 2 fill-ins before getting a new set. I was very dissatisfied with this service and won’t be going back here for an overlay.

Very clean salon. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Happy with my stone pedicure and polish job. Very busy salon on a Sunday, can be overwhelming with the amount of people in the store.

My friend and I went here on a Friday afternoon and they were very busy. I don’t mind a wait when I can visibly see how busy they are, that wasn’t the problem. The pedicure was fine, It was relaxing and I was satisfied with the job (even though I though it was weird that they set timers as to not go over, but whatever). I was however unhappy with my gel manicure. The lady that did my nails was (I can only assume) the manager or supervisor, she was constantly distracted my customers walking in and answering the phone and assigning all of the other staff to which customer was next in line for services. The manicure and paint job itself was pretty shabby- not going down to the cuticle (at the base of the nail and the sides) on the paint on almost all of my fingers, the paint itself is uneven and thicker on each nail. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad day- but I won’t be back to waste another $70 for a mani and pedi.

For $80 I expected better. The dry spots on my feet are the same walking out as they were walking in. The massage wasn’t that relaxing, just fair.

We tried this place for the first time and we love it. Great pedicures and great service. Pricing is average and comparable to other nails spas.

I drove 40 minutes to this nail shop that came highly recommended. What a disappointment. I spent $292 for 3 pedicures and 2 fills. Acrylic Nails are sooooo thick, bumpy, and sloppy. It took him 14 minutes to do a full set. No hand washing, no base coat. I will NEVER go back!

I came here for the first time after not knowing where else to go and had a great experience, he did the design exactly like the picture and in a timely manner.

I chose a regular pedicure but it should have at least taken a 30 minutes pedicure but instead my grandma who had the same (regular option) pedicure who started before me went before I did. My tech started 5 to 10 minutes later and yet managed to still finish my pedicure first. So, whatever you say...it was rushed. Unfortunately, this was not my first time in a salon. That guy rushed my pedicure, period.

This business was recommended to be by a friend and it didnt disappoint. My experience was very pleasant. When I arrived, I checked in, had my temperature checked and was asked to wash my hands. I saw a gentleman cleaning each chair as customers got up. I was offered a beverage complimentary which was also a nice touch. I was seated with Tony. He was amazing, quick but he paid attention to detail. I will be back.

Jessie did my nails and I love them!! Danny also did my nails and he was amazing! They both are very friendly, funny and personable. Jessie is great at nail design and detail! I would recommend them both but be sure to go during the week if you want designs and dont want to be in the crowd rush on the weekends.

This is an outstanding nail salon. The entire staff is very professional, knowledgeable and so incredibly kind.I see a nail technician named Zel and she is incredible. But everyone there always have extremely happy clients.

I will not be back after they charged me for gel nails that I did not request on my daughter. My daughter noticed 2 of the ladies winking at each other knowing they had not taken off the price of the gel nails. After I advised that I only requested a full set with pedicure they only took off 5.00 and not the entire amount of gel nails. Make sure they are only doing what you requested. My daughter did not know what type of polish they were using because this was her first time going to a nail salon. We will not be back. Since your response is Thank you. I will not recommend anyone else come either. Now thank you. Very unprofessional response!!!

At this salon none of the women apparently know how to do nails. After the second week of getting my nails done they were already growing and the acrylic was coming apart. My mothers nails were worse and they did not want to accommodate her at all worst place ever.

I have been on a search for months for a nail salon who will do my nails and correctly. I have been coming here for a few months and they have never disappointed me and the complimentary wine helps me relax while getting my nails and feet done.

Im a licensed nail tech who takes sanitation very seriously. This being said, I recieved a great pedicure service. All equipment were clean, the chairs and basins were cleaned to regulations. I will definitely be coming back.

Every time I come I get treated so nicely! They really go out their way for their customers. They talk to you and make you feel valued. They have a nice heated toilet seat and give you complimentary drinks like wine, beer, water, tea or coffee.

I absolutely love this place. I came initially when I lived 5 min from here. I had to move and I’ll travel no matter the traffic. Also, did I mention you get wine? Only 2 glass maximum but that’s all I need. If you haven’t been here you’re truly missing out on an experience.
