Great service. Quick and personable. Great HUGE display of nail colors was what got my attention. Their store is decorated in an grecian spa style.

I got an ombre French tip from Kevin and he literally got it EXACTLY like the picture. Kevin was highly professional and friendly. I cant wait to come here for my bridal nails because I KNOW they will make sure they are perfect.

All the techs are professional, friendly and nice. It gets busy—recommend you make an appointment on weekends & before holidays. Leila, Mae & Cheryl have all done my nails—consistently high quality.Salon doesn’t have that strong odor ! Some of the employees bring their young children, which I find endearing !

I’ve been coming here for many years & have never had my nails done better anywhere! Strangers & friends alike ask me where I get them done, so I’m frequently referring business to them! In fact all 3 of my sisters started traveling from further in Hampton Roads to get their nails done here. Vivian & Kathy, twin sisters, are the best & so very sweet! I would highly recommmend them!

Great experience ! I had a pedicure done by Mai and an eyebrow wax by someone else. Their prices were higher than I was used to, but the services I received were professional and I added a 20% tip to my tab. I would go there again 😂

Went here a few weeks ago with some friends and it was the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. They rushed on my toes and they made my friends toe bleed. Not to mention they tried to charge $26 for tip on my card (the pedicure was $26). Its safe to say I will never go back to this place and I was very disappointed with the poor customer service and experience.

My first visit was full of warmth a of friendliness and love. My nail tech is Leila and she does a fantastic job designing your nails. Leila, puts her heart and time into pleasing her customer. I usually go here every two or even three weeks depending on plans and how well my nails have survived (I have a job that has real potential for loss of nails or just obliteration of them) I always enjoy the experience here. Sherryl (I am bad with name spelling, forgive) is amazing. Always smiling, friendly, and I leave there quite happy with the results. The wait is worth the results on their busier days I must say because of all the compliments I receive on them. The pricing I believe to be fair for the service rendered. For those reviewers who gave negative feedback I would caution that many nail salons refuse lengthy services up to one hour before closing. A standard Gel nail is from thirty minutes to an hour service. So if it is 8:30 you should understand that it may not be realistic to do your Mani pedi wax event and close their store at the LISTED IN PLAIN SIGHT time. They have the right to say no. They have familys too. If you wouldnt want someone to tether you to your job longer than your actual shift dont do it to someone else.

This is my first time and they did a good job with my nails! I will come back very soon. 👍

Ive been a customer here for about 3 years and the service is getting worst as the days go by! Theyve gotten rid of all the good employees. The quality of service is getting below average. The owner Vivian is the only one who knows what shes doing but shes only there on the weekends! Very dissatisfied!

The place in general is very nice and clean, and the staff is extremely polite, which is why I gave them 3 stars. However, their nail polishes are cheap. I’ve gotten “gel mani” and by the 3rd day my nails are chipping:/ I’ve been to other nail shops and my gel mani last 2+weeks, but decided to come here cause is was a couple bucks cheaper from the other places around the area. I guess you get what you pay for. Really wished it would of worked out here!

Ive lived in the area for almost 2 years and upset that I just recently found this place! The staff are very courteous and nice. My visits have always been prompt and thorough! My go-to nail place from now on!

Literally JUST had these done Friday. 4/15. Today is Sunday 4/17. My nails look terrible. Gel always lasts me 2 weeks. These are peeling off already. Ill be going back in tomorrow to either have them refund me or re do them. This is unacceptable.Went back 4/18 and had them redone JUST for them to be peeling off again 4/20. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for about three years. And as the years go by it seems as though the nail quality gets worse and worse. I have had one Bad experience where I was not satisfied, so I asked the man to fix a couple nails and he got frustrated and was going to make me pay extra. When the owner Vivian so what was going on she brought me to her chair, and let me pay the original price. I recently got my nails done yesterday and I am so not satisfied, I am going back today to see if they can fix them. I went to A&E nail studio when I got my nails applied and they were perfect but they were very pricey, and I did not have the kind of money to keep spending $85 on gel nails. So when I went to nail spa to get them cut down just a little bit the man changed the whole shape of my nail, and he cut them too low when I told him to only cut a little bit. From now on the only person I will let do my nails is Vivian. And yes it was close to closing, but that does not mean that you should change the quality of how you are doing the customers nails.

I waited and waited to be served. They kept saying youre next, but next never came. I left after about an hour.

I have been here probably 6 times 2 times for a pedi, and all 6 times gotten a brow wax. All times have been mediocre. The young girl with glasses cannot wax even eyebrows, she has done them twice and both times I have had to grow them out to even them up myself. THIS time was so bad and frustrating. They have a new banner saying free wax with a $35 purchase. IT is untrue. My mother and I spent $80 on pedis and my mom treated me to the day. I had my Brows waxed thinking I got a free wax. Wrong! THEY charged me, for it, saying that my pedi was only $25, so I couldnt get them done free. NOT to mention my Brows are jacked up. Done with this place.

Mom and I had manicure and pedicure on May 6th and they look like they were done today. Staff was very polite, curtious and very friendly. We will continue to get our manicure and pedicure here.

I went in here just to meet my friend because she was getting a manicure and we had plans to meet up after she was finished. I was never greeted. After I had been there about 15 minutes I decided to get my nails done. The guy who was doing my friends nails perked up after I mentioned I wanted a mani. The nail tech that did my nails never said hi and didnt even speak to me. He pointed his finger when he wanted me to do something (he spoke english). Even after my friend and I paid and were heading to the door no one even said have a good day. I can admit it was slow but just about everyone was looking at their phone or computer. This visit was my first and will be my last. I am all about customer service. O, and the nails... they were so so. I got regular polish. I usually get gel but I wasnt going to pay more money with service like that.My friend was trying Nail Spa for the first time. She also agreed that she would not be coming back.They were, how you say, rude. If you like poor customer service and people who only look at you when its time to pay go here. If you dont I recommend you go elsewhere cause its nothing like a spa.

Horrible! Asked for a certain design and it looks like nothing close to what I wanted. Did the same for my sister in law. Also the nail polish slid right off my other sister in law nail.

Every time I come here Im greeted treated like family and have friendly conversations. I bring my mother and my little sisters and they enjoy themselves I never have had a bad experience.

I like my nails but a little disappointed that they didnt even offer water or anything to drink.
