People are very friendly and very mindful of COVID-19 precautions. They were masks, disinfect between customers and have shields on the nail tables. This was my second visit and I cant say anything negative about this business

I wanted to thank you for a job well done on my nails. You knew exactly what I wanted and it was on point. Thank you so much for fixing what was done by another place, who did a very poor job(as if a child had did my nails). Love my mermaid Nails and will most definitely be back!

I love going to this nail salon. I have been going for almost two years now and I love it they socialize with you and make you feel at home. Its clean and the technicians are amazing! I talk and socialize and they make you feel like you apart of the family. I would never recommend anyone to go anywhere else but here. They always do my nails correct and I never get cut or anything. DO NOT GO! I tried to give this place a chance several times because it has potential and is close to home. I received a pedicure and my big toe nail cracked straight across from the drill that was used. I was overcharged for a simple fill in but I let it slide. I went back for another fill and a nail broke the NEXT day, went back to get it fixed and ANOTHER nail broke. I went three times in one week. Needless to say I found another salon. However I went in to get a simple quick repair today and left with a bloody finger!! I did not and WILL NOT ever be receiving services here again! I’ll do my own nails first!

I highly recommend. Kelly is great! They provide superior customer service and high quality work! I love my nails and so does my 3 year old daughter(her first time nail painting). Kelly made her experience really nice, fun and comforting! I will be a regular from now on!

I decided to try this place because of all the amazing reviews they received! Do not get my wrong the nails I saw done looked great. However, I came in on a thursday at 5pm and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Not a problem I had to leave by 7pm. After an hour and a half of waiting and still had not even set in a chair was very frustrating. If you have all day to wait then this is the place to go!

Nu Skin pedicure and simple manicure by grandma was really good. She is so sweet and goes above and beyond.

I thought I had finally found a nail shop but I guess not. JT was very rude and charged me $40 yes $40 for a fill no designs just gel polish and also charged me an additional $10 for changing my polish from the day b4 on a poorly done pedicure. I have never paid this much for a fill his excuse my nail length. My nails were the same length last time and I was charged $30 which is still more than I normally pay but I was cool with it because my nails dont chip with them. Please read and listen to these reviews youve been warned!

The service was excellent. The pedicure and nail service was also amazing. They offer free eyebrow wax when you spend over 35.00 which is nice. They are reasonably priced and I would recommend anyone to give a them a try. I only gave 4 stars because my eyebrows werent sharp looking like I am use to.

I had a bad experience from another nail place and I came to them to fix it and I honestly couldnt be any happier. They know exactly what they are doing and they do it to perfection. I highly recommend A&E Nail Studio and I will be a customer for life. They are the nicest people I have ever met and while they are working they make you feel like nothing less than family. The facility is clean and very nice. I highly recommend.

The service is phenomenal. Paid for 2 regular pedicures but it felt like spa pedicures x2. Amazing staff and attitudes. Loved the service. Will definitely return. Keep up the great work guys.

I decided to come here after reading all of the great reviews. I am new to the area and needed a new nail shop. They did a great job here. Honestly the beat job ever. My only complaint is that it is kinda of costly. But you get what you pay for.I will be returning!

Nice technicians, even have 2 male technicians for nails and feet. Again very friendly and polite. My family loves them, BUT THE LADY HURT MY FOOT! I think she put too much chemicals on my foot, then left it on my foot too long. My foot was bleeding, raw spots, scraps and my foot was burning. I could hardly walk that day. It has been 6 days later and my foot still hasnt totally healed. I wont go back, but again real nice people

The work was good, but expensive! My main reason for this review is that they are crooks. An older lady did my fill, and a middle age man painted my nails. The one with a full sleeve tattoo. I saw him write $40 on her book but he charged me $45 at the counter. Very shady! I’m disappointed and feel like he took advantage of me because he kept commenting on how big and pretty my engagement ring is. Beware.

Im here visiting stopped in this spa because of the on line reviews. Not very welcoming initially when I entered the shop. However I stayed any way and Im glad I did. The tech did a great job and the staff became more friendly. Definitely will use them when Im here.

I accidentally came across this shop after being very disappointed with other shops in the area who never had up to date or a wide range of colors to choose from. To add insult to misery these shops werent pleasant to their customers at all! A&E definitely sits themselves apart from other nail shops. They are friendly, patient and provides flawless work. Out of the four different nail shops who assured me they could do chrome nails, A&E was the only shop who had the expertise to deliver. This is the shop to go to for beautiful nails. Im definitely going back!

I went in everything was nice, staff was nice but then the man started doing my nails and i payed $55 for a dip set with ALL one color and one nail glitter its ridiculous.

Came with my mom and sister based on recommendations. Had to repeatedly ask for hot water for my pedicure and still never got it. Was having a conversation with my mom when an employee serving someone else three chairs down called me a name. I’m not really a fan of paying money for a cold pedi and an insult. Won’t be coming back

After reading the reviews about this place I was very excited about going. I chose pictures of nails that I liked. I asked the tech for his opinion about which would look best. He frowned at all of them. But he eventually chose one. He did my pedicure first. He clipped my toenails dangerously close to the skin underneath and kinda cut his eye at me when I flinched. Also, as he was doing my pedicure he asked if it had been a whole year since I had one. He asked what color I wanted. I told him that i wanted them to match my nails. He painted them a pretty metallic green. But they definitely do not match my nails at all. Then when he did my nails he didnt do a good job of shaping them uniformly. Some are more narrow or rounded than others. When he was done shaping he looked at my picture again (the one he had chosen) and told me that he didnt know how to do the design. Its a couple of full glitter, a few ombre with the glitter and black, and a couple of nails that are fully matte black. One of the other guys told him to just paint the tip with black and then glitter over the whole thing. That is not the same thing as ombre. The place was clean. The techs were younger guys... jokesters that reminded me of my son... but not very good customer service. I spent over $100 and left disappointed. I dont think I will not be going back to this place. I also would not recommend it to others.

Customer service is a must! A customer shouldnt have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes without even being greeted and then have to initiate conversation to ask how long the wait is for a particular service.

I had two different men paint my toes and both did a bad painting job.
