I highly recommend this business! Excellent customer service, very welcoming atmosphere, and they seem to know what they are doing unlike other repair shops I have been to in the past! My car looks new again! The moment I walked into the door, they immediately greeted me with smiling faces, asked how they could help me, and already started setting me up! I will remain a loyal customer to Franklin Chevrolet Collision center after such a wonderful experience!
The manager bill was extremely rude on several occasions never answered the phone whenever I tried to call him or when my insurance tried to call him it took a week to get a hold to him too personal visits to the facility and for phone calls and a whole week before I got a hold of him or my insurance company got a hold my insurance company had to make multiple phone calls and multiple emails then when he finally calls us after having a car for the week he gets frustrated calls me has a huge argument with me over the phone and then refuses to fix the vehicle which apparently he was told didnt even need to be fixed because it just need it was going to be totaled but chooses to instead of sending an email to the insurance company as requested to call me and get a huge argument with me then when I tell him I dont want to speak to him anymore and speak directly to the insurance company he harasses me with long huge paragraph text messages up until 9:30 10:00 at night at this point I have to threaten to call the police to get him to stop calling me and texting me Ive tried reaching out to the general manager of the facility and have yet to hear back from him I strongly advise anybody that values integrity and in customer service and values not to use this individual if he cant even admit to making a email late how can we trust him with the integrity of the safety of our families and our vehicles
My Elantra was fixed and redamaged and You know what makes me so angry is the manager was so very rude to my husband. Please dont use Franklin Collision in Statesboro Ga. They repair my car then while they were fixing my car, they dented it. Then wanted to argue, the manager was very mad, over it even said they was not going to fix the damage they did. Thank goodness for the pictures I took right after accident it proves no dent when we dropped it off. Plus they also took pictures... In the end, they finally said they would fix it. The manager never apologized.
Always helpful and they always do a great job repairing the vehicles. No B.S.
