Southside gave me a complete run around for 2 weeks about my vehicle. Never got around to my car, when I called the receptionist (numerous times), she keep telling me that they will look at my car the next day. I would not recommend anyone to use this business. Everything was an inconvenience. If there was an option of negative stars I would definitely had used them. I hope this helps. If you want your vehicle to sit for weeks at a time, then I would advise you to do business with them.

I drove in and they took care of me immediately. I didnt wait but 5 minutes and the job was done before I was able to check my email. The service was friendly, no nonsense and professional.

They were very rude and disrespectful. Made me wait until they were done creating a schedule to help me. To me, when the customer arrives wanting service, you stop what you’re doing and help them. Then treated me very rudely

Took my car for an alignment now my car drives horrible, wont go past 3 rpm and 65. Was driving fine before I took it there. The repair bill is going to cost several times more than the alignment. Ladies you on your own.

If I could go lower than a 1 star I would. Originally said it would only take 3-4 days for them to fix what was wrong with my Jeep, ended up taking over a week. Called to check up on it multiple times and every time they had a new reason it couldn’t be done that day. But they never thought it would’ve been a good idea to call the customer, who is giving them over $1k, to give them a heads up on the delay of the vehicle. Also, when I went to pick up my Jeep, it wouldn’t start because the negative battery terminal was bent almost in half and it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off. Did my brothers Jeep the same way. Won’t ever be getting another penny from me.

Went in asked about getting a oil dipstick tube put on. Was to call us back cause one that needed to answer if could or would do it just went to lunch. Never called back I tried calling them back no answer.

I explained to the older lady working the counter that I needed a brake light wiring harness as the plastic had melted off the bulb preventing the brake light from working (I even showed her the bulb). If she had listened to me instead gossiping with the two pregnant women behind the counter with her she would have had been able to focus on her customers. She was very rude and said it was my misunderstanding... Save your money, time and sanity and go elsewhere!

When my company car had trouble cranking, and smoke started coming from the engine bay, I took it to Southside Service Center. They were already closed, so I left it in the parking lot. My assistant called their office the next morning around 7:30 a.m. and explained the situation. After diagnosing the problems and giving us an estimate to replace the starter and power steering line, we left the car another day, as the parts were due to arrive early the next morning. By noon the next day, we picked up the car, paid the exact amount of the estimate, and drove away. The car was repaired perfectly. Everyone at Southside was professional, friendly, polite, and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do for a fair price. I highly recommend Southside Service Center.

Quick easy fix. Affordable too! Love using Southside. In my opinion, theres no better place in the Boro to take care of your automotive needs.

My son is a Senior at Georgia Southern this year. We have always been able to rely on Southside Service Center for dependable, professional, and cost effective work. They treat our children the way they would treat their own and it is appreciated.

If I could give them a zero I would! Where do I start they over charge you for the labor and your car won’t even work for 7 days after they “ repair it” they are totally unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing . So if you would like to waste your money and cause futher damage to your vehicle this is the place to take it Other wise I would highly recommend paying a few more to have real professionals take a look at it at D& R down the street. Please save yourself the trouble and go else where I plan on contacting the BBB and taking them to small claims court.

I had to get my alternator fixed on my parents dodge minivan so that I could I drive to the airport that evening. They fixed it in a couple hours and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a fast and easy experience.

Excellent service and price-I have a 2006 Ford Expedition. They came to the house and picked up the truck withh a wrecker and had it fixed the next day. The price was very fair and the were very professional .Will definitely use them again.

Great service, they replaced my emergency brake assembly two hours earlier than they said it might take. Came in there a couple days earlier for a quote expecting the old diagnostic fee examination fee breathing our air fee but there was none of that, no nickel and dimeing, just checked my car out real quick and gave me a fair estimate. Would recommend.

Went in for oil change. Maybe 20 minites if that. The ladies in the feont are nice, all the mexhanics seemed friendly.

When you have a low to the ground car you hit the ground a lot. Well that was what I did and thought I had an oil leak. Im a college student and this was my first time having an issue with my car without my parents. They were very nice. Looked at my car within 30 minutes of being there. Determined that there was nothing wrong with my car, but could see where I had scraped it. Didnt even charge me for looking at it, even though I would happily pay. Would go back there next time something happens!

I went to get new brakes for my car on advice from nevil tire staff. They provided me with an estimate which I felt was a little spendy. So I stopped in at Southside and got an estimate way Less expensive. I was told that the front brakes were ok and the rear brakes had at least 6 more months of wear left. I had rear brakes changed and am still in awe of the honesty and service at southside. Ive lived here for 11 years now and have been looking for an honest courteous mechanic shop. Now that Ive found one in Southside service all my future problems or Service requirements will be there. Thank you Kay Williams and staff.

Stay away from this place for one the lady in the office is very rude our tire blowed out and we barely made it to this place and the lady told us that they didnt have any tires and would not help us at all your a tire place that dont have tires well lady one day your gone break down and I hope no one helps you
