My family and I had the luxury of renting one of the newly built townhouses. Everything was clean and brand new. The landlord was super friendly and swift to address any problems. Neighbors were friendly as well.

Our experience here was ok until HPI management took over.Literally have not been able to get the rent payment correct for 4 months straight. We are moving out and they messed it up again. The office rarely returns calls or follows up on issues.Ladies there are nice but simply unprofessional. Either that or their company policies need a massive review. I cannot wait to get out of here.Also. The “fitness center” is a joke. The pool is decent but unremarkable. Apartments were put together as cheap as possible. It’s no wonder they can’t fill their property.

Would really like for someone to let me know why my application was denied. Its been two weeks no letter no phone call. Nothing. I had to log into the site where you do your application to even knowthat my application was denied.

I resided at the Village of Mill Creek for almost 3 years and I loved everything about it. The staff was amazing and always there for whatever I may have needed. I was definitely sad to leave but duty calls. If your looking for a safe, family oriented place to stay, I would highly recommend the Village of Mill Creek.

Everything from application process to move in day was 10/10 service.

HPI management clueless. They wont work with you. Going to keep your security deposit, shouldnt have cleaned place, but do the right thing, they wont. Poor communication and follow through. They need the money obviously as they have a lot of empty units.

The maintenance request was handled in a timely manner!

I do not recommend The Village At Mill Creek. Seems to be a lot of shady stuff going on with the family running the office. Very rude environment. I can only assume that’s why it looks vacant. Hopefully soon someone will open there eyes and realize they have a problem with the management. You can’t always cut corners. Make the property look nice. Always look for improvements. Dead grass is unacceptable. The tour I went on was awful. Makes Mill Creek look terrible.

The photo is of the Cypress side where they are adding more streets and houses.This is a beautiful neighbrhood with a 3 story fitness tower. There is a massive pool with a lazy river with an awesome playground right at the pool.I highly recommend considering this place if youre looking for a new home.

Been here for more than a year. Place is well maintained, but living downstairs, and you have a neighbor with a dog upstairs its not good. You will always hear the dog running around and barking. You can hear their steps too.

Enjoyed living here for nearly 2 years, the staff and management had always been friendly and helpful. The low rating comes from when there was a management change that I had no idea about with the new property manager Karol. Once I completed everything for move out I got an email from her where she had gone through my lease trying to find gaps so that she could impose ridiculous move out charges suggesting that I did not meet the criteria of the Preferred Employer Program. I called her to ask what this was about and she was very condescending and disrespectful. I continued email communication with her and after numerous emails and having to provide written and verbal verification from my employer she finally stopped with the trying to charge me. I asked to speak the owner on several occasions throughout this ordeal and she would never provide contact information so that my compliant would be heard which is why I am left to use this platform. My suggestion is to know your lease and stay abreast of management changes.

I was told that the new policy is that each household member has to pay 6x the rent ( 3x for each person). Theres no way that a married couple who makes 6x the rent would lower their standards to an apartment. Thats enough income to buy a house! management needs to rethink their policies and criteria it makes them look like they are targeting an upper class which isnt right.
