I loveddddd living here! It’s super clean, friendly, and quiet. The rooms are pretty big and come with a huge closet too. Wish I could’ve stayed- only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t call to ask if I wanted to renew before leasing mine to someone else. Not sure if this is normal with student housing but it’s my first time in this type of housing so maybe it’s not unusual that that happens.

The Hamptons is by far the best place to live in Statesboro! The houses are all modern, up to date, and clean inside which makes living here so amazing! There are also a ton of amenities like the dog park, the amazing pool, the 24/7 gym, the tanning beds, and entertaining arcade/lounge space! The staff is extremely kind to their residents and a lot of the time they provide amazing free perks like subs for lunch, biscuits for breakfast, and so much more! I feel extremely safe here and really appreciate the safety measures taken here at the Hamptons! I 100% recommend students and future students to live at the Hamptons!

I love the Hamptons! This is my first year staying here and my first apartment ever. I can definitely say that I am having the best experience yet! I’ve heard about the Hamptons and their reputation through many friends saying how great their services are, how clean and friendly their environment is, and how beautiful their complexes are. I am staying in a 3bed/3bath apartment at the Hamptons. My roommates have lived there 2 years prior to my move in. When I first arrived, they greeted me with a welcoming basket full of candy, treats, and scented candles! I was overjoyed and grateful. I am so blessed to be able to say that I am staying at the best apartment in Statesboro, GA with the best roommates I’ve ever had. Thank you, Hamptons for this wonderful and life changing opportunity!

The Hamptons are a great place for your 1st time living off campus! You have the ability to meet many people at their more than grand pool. They appreciate their residents with weekly prizes or catering to show how much they love having us here. I personally love it here with the constant landscaping and how it is a gated community. I hope people see how great this place is and come join this community of ours!

Great place to live especially if you care about living luxury while living in college. The rooms are a great size,management’s always helps no matter what and Kelley(the manager) is there to talk anytime you need anything. They have a great clubhouse that is worth every penny. The Hamptons provides me with amazing housing and community. Located in a convenient location, The Hamptons offers me and my roommates the best living quarters and space we could have asked for. As a frugal college kid, I want to lay out the prices and be completely honest in this review. Once you sign a lease you are stuck for a year, so make sure you weight the good and bad of every apartment complex you live in. The Hamptons is quite honestly the best apartment complex to live in at GSU. They know this, so that is why prices are insane. The location is great & most things are kept very clean. The place is very nice, but becoming very, very pricey.I’ll start out with the Pros:- I do love the amenities. I use the gym all of the time! I haven’t used the pool yet, but it seems very nice & not overcrowded. The computer rooms and study rooms are useful. The ones near the apartments are ehh, but very functional. One of the seats smell like dog urine & the printer doesn’t work.- I feel safe, the people that live here aren’t sketchy for the most part. There are people that complain about others breaking into their vehicles. The police do patrol sometimes if there are reports made around the area.- Apartment is spacious! The kitchen is big & the patio is nice.- The maintenance crew are diligent & thorough.- The free food that they give out 1x per week or so is something to look forward to, but I wish they would just put that to the rent prices instead. They also do giveaways all the time, but it gets annoying after viewing your bill each month lol.Cons:- The prices of this place is outrageous. They value each 4-5 bedroom house at like $2400+, Statesboro rent for a house is around $1200ish. The unlimited utilities was a BIG deal to me when signing, but that’s now being taken away. My electricity bill was $61+ my first month and I wasn’t here 9-11 days out of that month. In 2022, we have to pay for wifi... $25/mo. So, you’ll pay for rent, electricity, and wifi. Also, if you have a pet it’ll be $25/mo & additional for renter insurance.- Parking at the apartments is horrendous after 10:30pm. Get ready to walk 6-7 minutes at night, I’ve had to park by the houses to get to my apartment complex. Not a big deal, but for these prices.. I expect better.- ROACHES. I have lived here 2 months and have had 20+ roaches. They have sprayed, but they keep coming. It’s gross. I am not being dramatic, I promise.- They say it’s gated, but rarely do they ever follow it. After 7pm, the front gate to exit will close, but the front gate to enter is never shut. The side gate is never closed either (someone did run into it, but it’s been 2 months... so idk when that will get fixed)In conclusion, it is a nice place to live. However, you will pay a lot more than what is advertised once you look into electricity caps, furniture, wifi, and pets. If you have the money, go for it. I have only lived here for 2 months, so this is my experience. It could definitely change as time goes on, but this is my very honest review and stuff I wish I knew beforehand.Just do yourself a favor and expect an extra $100 to your bill each month. $25/mo for furniture, $25/mo for pet, $25/mo for wifi and $25+ for electricity.

Great place to live. They maintain a beautiful landscape and make sure everything looks and is clean. Very efficient when it comes to maintenance. Pool is so much fun. Really cool that there’s a lazy river. Close to campus which is convenient for both walking and saving gas. Positive and intelligent people working hard at the front desk to partake in providing residents the best experience. Austin, especially, has helped me and my family out greatly accommodating us with the best experience as a resident. Communicates clearly with both me and my parents when it comes to them having to talk over the phone. Calls back as soon as he can if he can’t get to the phone. Knows how to communicate well when talking to residents along with talking to parents. I am sure everyone who works for the Hamptons is the same way. Price is worth the experience, you are getting everything you are paying for and more.

Some of the cons of living here are the cars being broken into, tires slashed, and random people walking around at night. It would probably help to change the front gate passcode since everyone knows it. Also, recently they have been checking the units back to back. It gets a little annoying to keep getting emails and urgent unit inspections. I have also emailed them and have not gotten a response.Some pros: Nice amenities (gym is a little small) the pool is nice when it’s open & not trashed, and they do nice things for the residents sometimes. However, sometimes the food will be gone quickly because not enough food was ordered. Maintance has also come to fix things in a decent amount of time.

The best place I have by far lived in, in Statesboro. They are super friendly and helped me sign my lease and take over another girls place she was trying to get out of with ease! Staff is very welcoming and I love that it is a gated community. The pool, gym and tanning bed are also an amazing touch! They even give back to us with special events such as Residents Appreciation Week (giving food and other things!) and even some mornings offering free coffee from a local cafe!

Maintenance is also super helpful if you have any issues with your cottage or apartment. 10/10 would recommend living here if you are wanting to live off campus.

This is my second year living in the Hamptons and I wouldn’t have it any other way! The staff and community have made this place my home away from home. My parents rest easy knowing that I’m safe and taken care of here. A few of my favorite things about the Hamptons are: having my own bedroom & bathroom, living in a gated, safe community, free food from the clubhouse, and the lively, college atmosphere. Love it here!

Just moved into the Hamptons this past August and I am absolutely in love with this place. It is such a nice little community — the workers are fantastic. You are always taken care of and they are so helpful. The houses are super cute and super nice. They are the perfect size to make it feel “homey”. I will be resigning for the next two years!

The office is super nice and helpful and Kelly has always helped with my issues, however, the older maintenance guy is SO RUDE ALL THE TIME. Because I’m a girl, he talks down to me about every issue and says I’m wrong when I’m fact I’m not. He told us our ac wasn’t broken when it was 87* in our house when we first moved in and now my toilet won’t flush (not clogged, the actually back is broken) and he said “I’ll get to it eventually. It’s just clogged”. Like I actually know what I’m talking about. He is the reason I’m ready to leave this place in the summer. I refuse to be degraded and talked down to.

The maintenance workers are always fast to complete a work order which can be anything from fixing blinds to the fridge. The workers at the front desk are excellent at their jobs as well. I am always able to get my packages from them very quickly which is important for me because I am a diabetic who get medicine and other medical supplies mailed from pharmacies. During this pandemic they have done well at addressing the needs and health of the community.

I love living at The Hamptons! The office staff is always here to help with anything you may need, are super friendly and if we need something fixed they come quickly to get it fixed! There are great amenities and beautiful grounds! They take great pride in keeping residents happy and provide us with food often! I highly recommend living here if you are moving to Statesboro!!

The Hamptons is very safe and friendly. The neighbors are all very kind and fun to be around. The staff is super friendly and always trying to help! Maintenance is always so quick and efficient! I love to live here because of the great amenities! There’s a gym, steam room, study room, Starbucks coffee, tanning bed, fire pits, volleyball nets, and pool (WITH A LAZY RIVER)! My friends always want to come visit the pool with me! This is definitely my home away from home and id recommend anyone I know to live here. It really is the best option in statesboro by far, you’d be missing out to live anywhere else!

I’ve lived here for 2 years. The place is aesthetically pleasing with nice houses, clubhouse, and several amenities. However, gym is small. The WiFi is also slow and often shuts down. Some of the highest rent in statesboro and definitely not getting my money’s worth.

Seriously the best place to live in Statesboro! They truly make each resident feel at home between the clubhouse meals to the maintenance service. The amenities are up to date and easy to access. BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING A LEASEMy daughter was talked into signing a lease back in March and due to the current situation of COVID-19 we thought she would not be able to attend the school on campus and have to go strictly virtual so she advised them a month later that she will not be moving in and so they sent her a document for an intent to terminate the lease and said she would have still pay $685 which is equal to one months rent even though she had not graduated high school at this point...Well the school then decided they will be opening up the campus so I talked to a young man at The Hamptons again named Austin and he advised that if we still moved in then he would not hold her responsible for the fee anymore because she would be signing another lease with them still....so I agreed and called back two days later to proceed with the lease only to find out they were completely booked up with no available apartments to rent...So I then asked about the fee again since they found someone to not only take over the lease but at this point had no available apartments either, Austin then says my daughter would still owe the fee anyway, which is to me a complete scam because they have rented all the apartments so they are not out any money so I can’t understand why they are still trying to collect a “re-let fee” when they have already rented the apartment to someone else! So needless to say I am currently seeking assistance with my local news media to open an investigation with this company because they are taking advantage of these kids and scamming them out of money they are getting for school. I tried resolving the matter peacefully but it seems Austin is the one in charge and he will not consider any other options. I will be also reporting them with the Better Business Bureau...

I love living here! Our clubhouse is so nice and the pool is always very clean. Whenever we have a problem maintenance fixes it immediately and are super friendly when doing so. All the staff is very helpful!

The hamptons was my first pick for an apartment in statesboro! ... and i am in no way disappointed! Moving here was the best decision i’ve made in a long time. The staff is so kind and generous, always making me feel welcomed and respected! The amenities are a huge added on bonus with tanning beds, a yoga studio, a resort style pool, as well as lounging areas to complete assignments in a calm collected space!

We get free dinners all the time and they even took the time to deliver cookies to each house! Highly recommend to any one who is looking to move off campus into a safe neighborhood that is close to campus !

Great place. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Amenities are great. They occasionally have food catered from different restaurants around Statesboro which is awesome. Also, the internet is really fast. Havent had any problems streaming 4k video. I believe this place is the best in Statesboro, both when considering price and when not. Over the course of a year this place runs about the same cost as a year of staying at the college dorms and this place is vastly superior. My only complaint is my group optioned for the furnished option and the quality of the furniture is pretty low. Couches are very uncomfortable. So I wouldnt recommend opting for the furnishings but other wise this place is awesome.

Whenever I had an issue in my apartment I contacted maintenance and they always came the following business day to fix my issue. They have great amenities and really care about their residents satisfaction. It is pricey, but I truly believe I get what I paid for.
