Worst mistake I have ever made. The imagines online does not match the property at all. Definitely do yourself and favor and take a tour of your actual room.I came in to a dirty room with fruit flies and spiders in the tube with is also dirty. I know it is a roommate situation but the preferences do not match at all.I came into a place with panties on the floor, stuff all over and more . When I spoke with the office about the many discrepancies they basically told me that I lucked up and they could definitely show me some worse rooms ( as if that was a great ideal to fix the current issues) there is a lot of excuses being given about how they haven’t had the opportunity to hire termination people and pest control workers. Also how the cleaning should be done ( but it’s not ).Long story short don’t come here until you come see abs also don’t think you’ll get any help from the office .I say this as I spray for bugs and starch my hair from being bitten by bugs ... oh and my window wok open.Again think twice smh

Be aware of this property. The Vault was a bad experience for my child. I would not recommendAnybody living there. Be aware before you sign the lease that you will be held accountable for others actions. Example: roommate smokes, leaves trash, or etc… you will be charged after move out. They can basically charge you whatever they want. This is just one of our bad experiences. The list goes on. Please do not rent from this property.

I love my apartment at The Vault. They roommate matched me perfectly, I was acred of living with strangers and now my roommates are some of my best friends. And I love not having to worry about utility caps, since its all included in my rental price. Plus they have great events for residents and its always super fun. Plus management is so so nice! They work with you and help you with anything and everything you could need.

I had the pleasure to talk with Abbey, she’s a miracle worker, very cordial, very enthusiastic, quick on her feet, love her energy. I was having a hard time looking for apartments, and she saw I had an open application (I didn’t finish because of my doubts of being able to lease the apartment). She had this very open and insightful approach to helping me lease the apartment. So it got me to take inspired action and really just finish, was able to sign the lease and everything. Abbey saw that I overlooked a few things on the application, and messaged back so quick! The people who work here are dedicated, very positive! Thank you again Abbey!! Cant wait to move in!

We visited this property and it was well maintained. We thought the rooms were way bigger than the ones we had visited and more secure. The property looked kept up and the pool looked very inviting.

When we toured the property we were told that apartments were cleaned before he moved in. Imagine how grossed out I was to see a mildewy and worn outdoor lounge chair and trash on his balcony. He had to submit a work order to have it removed. I gave this place 2 stars because he has his on bathroom. These apartments need to be renovated. Do NOT believe what you see on the tour.

My brother and I stayed at The Vault for two years before graduating in May. The staff and maintenance team were always friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed how close the property is to everything in town.

I have lived at the Vault for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! The leasing team and management are always so on top of things which makes living here very peaceful and the apartments are so spacious. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else!

My granddaughter has really enjoyed her experience with The Vault! She always tells me how friendly the staff and maintenance men are! They always try to fix any issues she has if they arise.

The Vault at Statesboro is easily one of the nicest places that I’ve lived. As a student at Georgia Southern University, it’s a really convenient drive. The neighbors and employees were really nice and welcoming. As someone who’s been scared to live in a dorm their entire life with social anxiety, The Vault was a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed the few events that I’ve went to and I can tell that whoever comes up with them puts a lot of time and effort into them. Any problems I had with my apartment were fixed quickly. I recommend that anyone considers moving into the Vault. The service there is exemplary.

I really love the apartments. The leasing agent Auri, showed me and my son the model and she made such an impact on us. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is so nice. My son is excited to move here next year.

The staff here is horrible. They are rude and inconsiderate of the tenants. They don’t fix issues in a timely manner and when they do repairs if any of your property gets damaged it’s “not their problem.” With a 4 bedroom at 400 dollars a room, you’re paying for a 1600 dollar apartment. I expected much better service and amenities for that price.

I moved in to this apartment 9 months ago. I have 3 other roommates, a college student, Military personnel, and a full time worker. Due to Covid-19 the College student and Military Personnel have moved out and returned to their families. Leaving me to tend to Our other roommate myself. Please Note Prior to the other 2 leaving they put in formal complaints about our other roommate here. As you can see in the above attached pictures the living conditions are extremely unsanitary. 5 Months ago a Property Manager came in to do a quarterly review of our apartment and took photos of these conditions herself and assured me it will be resolved. As of today even though the management has addressed this situation I am still being forced to live in these unsanitary conditions. It saddens me that they have not just been able to move me to another apartment in this same complex because I enjoy living in this area. My next step will have to be Calling Georgia Department of Health and having to take legal action.

I am very happy with my stay at the Vault. I have been here since August 2020! The staff is very attentive to my packages and maintenance requests. I would highly recommend to friends about this affordable rent with great space.

I’ve only been here since August and I love it. The rooms are a great size, the kitchens are super spacious, and the furniture is lovely and comfortable. My favorite thing in the whole apartment is my bath room. Super nice size, much bigger than I was use to before living here. The office staff is super involved which is amazing. Even with COVID they have found ways to still host events that meet guidelines set by the CDC. They are very punctual if you need to file a work order. A lot of the times we’ve had same day visits from the maintenance crew. The resort style pool and lounge area are beautiful and relaxing. I spent my first few days moving in up there haha. All around, I have enjoyed my stay so far. It’s perfect for the active and social college student.

I really enjoy staying at the vault! The view that I get from my balcony when the sun is setting is really nice! My room is very spacious! There are always events going on at the vault as well!

Overall the Vault is not that bad . However, before I moved In they said my apartment was going to be newly renovated (which I had to pay a higher price) and it was not . There were spider webs all on the balcony, the room that I’m in did not look new . The toilet had spots on it. I wasn’t pleased at all . On top of that the internet never works. And our dryer was broke. Me personally, I don’t like paying for something when there’s multiple problems.

Very friendly staff, super nice property. I stayed here for two weeks with my cousin while she was recovering from a car accident, and the staff was very accommodating. They also had very nice shirts for “The Vault”.

The Vault is located conveniently close to campus and has all the amenities you could need as a student: a study area with computers, printers, and whiteboards; a full gym with machines and free weights; a large pool perfect for sunny days; and an exceptional office staff and maintenance team to help you with any issues in a timely manner! However, I highly recommend bringing your own wifi router because the internet connection can be very poor quite often.

I am moving into The Vault in August and every encounter Ive had with anyone from management or the office staff has been over the top amazing. Im so happy I decided to lease with The Vault. Cant wait until I move in!

I moved in with my sister last year and Ive had a great experience living here. Any maintenance request Ive had has been addressed that same day or the morning after. The office staff and management is SO NICE. We both love living here!

I pay to live here and the room and bathroom and apartment space in general is fine but the fact that I cannot and have not ever been able to connect to the internet is a huge turn off. I attempted to talk to the main office but they turned me away and said it wasnt their problem. I have gone 6 months using my hotspot on my phone because they wifi will not work and no one has answers. I have talked to the other residents here and they also cannot get the wifi to work. I feel like for all the money we pay, we should at least be able to access the wifi, espically with what everything going on (Zoom University).

I lived here for over two years. It has changed management several times but the current management is amazing. They always take care of any problems or questions i have and are truly great people. I chose to live here because of the low rent prices and don’t regret it at all. Hands down the best apartment for the money in all of Statesboro.

I ended up moving here with 2 of my buddies and Im glad they chose this place because for what you pay here, you get a really good deal. Highly recommend.

Don’t recommend staying. They’ll keep your $200 deposit and charge you for items that were broken since you moved in. Has bug issues. Wifi doesn’t work in certain buildings and they’ll tell you to call the company and theyll say they basically can’t fix it. 10/10 wasn’t a good time.

I’m a current student at GSU and I love the location of the vault. It’s away from game day traffic but the shuttle makes it super convenient to get back and to to classes. I love the events and the maintenance staff is always in and out quickly.

The whole office and management team is doing so great considering what they were given. People are being hard on this property because of what it used to be. Now with the new team up in the office, I haven’t had a single issue. And everything I had questions about was quickly responded too. Lauren in the front office is one of the best, she helped me through this whole process of moving and I can’t wait to see the rest of renovations and changes this new management team has brought with them.

Went to visit my son and had to stop by the office only to be met by the rudest leasing agents I have seen in my entire life. The lady would roll her eyes anytime I asked a question and seemed displeased to even be speaking to me. After dealing with that I went to my sons apartment just to see gow he has been only to see a drug transaction happen right in front of me in broad daylight. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT SAFETY!

Notice as you read through the reviews that if the review is less than desirable the person with the issue is not invited in to get their problem solved, they are told to email. It is like they have no desired to deal with anything that is not praise and sunshine. Also before you sign a lease read every little word carefully. You will see the tenant bears the majority of the responsibility with the complex having way less. They require renters insurance, which is a good thing, but only from certain companies apparently. It is the same renters insurance we had under the lease from last year. Also it specifically says if you are arrested you are evicted. What they dont tell you is after their legal process is completed. God only knows what can happen in your childs apartment when three are taken out in cuffs but the management will let them back in while they complete their process. Save yourself aggravation and dont let your child live there.

I signed a lease here for the Fall because the renovations they are doing look SO great! With the prices, you seriously cannot get any better because its a brand new apartment almost $100 less than others around campus. Never had a problem with management or the front office... and they always got back to me about my questions ready to help me out. So I definitely recommend because the new management and office up front seem to be doing everything they can to fix up the place .. and it’s working

Strongly suggest living elsewhere. For the rent you pay you have to deal with awful wifi, unhelpful management and workers, slow maintenance, etc. Everything appears good to the eye but beneath the surface there are many things that make your living experience less than desirable. With that being said the complex does host many fun events for residents.

I love the new renovations here! Looks like a completely different place. The staff is amazing! Junelle is always so sweet & welcoming and makes you feel at home.

Very good at communicating with their residents when they are going through issues concerning their leases. I am actually excited to live there, even though Ill be going in without roommates. Extremely accommodating to my summer plans due to Basic and AIT in Missouri. Highly recommend just because of their people skills.

My co-workers son lives at this complex. I have witnessed first hand the Vaults managements lack of professionalism on the phone to the point of being plain rude. The lack of concern for tenants complaints or safety is astonishing. It is obvious by their comments and tone they only care about the money and not keeping their customers happy and safe. I would definitely not recommend this complex to anyone. Especially young college students who have little experience dealing with dishonest people such as the management at the Vault.

A few days ago I came in to ask questions about my daughter and received a great experience from both of the young ladies at the desk! All of my questions were answered.This a GORGEOUS property.

Older building, but renovated. Huge Living room, kitchen area. The staff are so nice and helpful. Tons of resident events and fun stuff, free food and giveaways. The rent is the lowest for the best apartments. Love living here!
