But when the President approves a grant for GOVERNMENT RENTAL ASSISTANCE, to help those whom are unable to pay, so they wont be victims of eviction. But theyll tell you that you can get help and money from the local church instead of community affairs its seeming a little bit wrong and fraudulent

Very helpful and nice

I have been living in complexes for 3 years under Eagle Realty. Eagle Court is good when you have a roommate and Eagle Villa is also nice for just me. Stadium View is also a good place and has a bigger variety of rooms. I love the location because its close to campus and everything I need is within walking distance. The staff has been very nice and understanding these past years and the neighborhood is a nice place as well. Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in town and for a good price.

I honestly was comfortable where I was. The environment and the people have always seemed nice and any issues normally would be fixed in a timely fashion. But today is a different story. I have always been respectful and professional to whom ever I spoke with at any time. But today not only was I underminded and talked at instead of to, I also ended up being hung up on and left with no option but to leave voicemail, which rarely gets responded to depending on the person. The customer service I received today was unacceptable, unprofessional and rude people never prosper. I can only hope who ever they have in the office simply gets better because tenants deserve better.

I called and got nothing but a runaround I could not get one office to transfer me to the main office although the number I called was for the main office. Instead the person that did answer the phone would only take a message. And 3 days later still no reply.

Mrs Bond is the most nicest caring person .you would have the pleadure of doing business with. Everything handle quickly and correctly. Love her...

This lady took my money for an apartment and then said she could not rent to me a 4 bed room because there would be 6 people in the home said she didnt realize it till she got money order . If I could rate this as 0 I would. Dont go to eagle realty.
