After learning my previous car was totaled I had days to find a car that would live up to what I wanted. I did a ton of research in a matter of 24 votes then ended up finding a CPO 2019 c300 almost exactly like one I had minus the color cause white is hard to find right now. I was so excited and spoke with Joe their finance guy and he ended up chatting with me for about 2 hours about my expectations for a car what I wanted to pay and keep my monthly budget and and everything… when it was all said and done I ended up getting a brand new 2021 c300 for almost the same payment I had before on a 2018!! I was just so excited and thought it was too good to be true. Well it wasn’t… it was perfect! And with the help of my sales guy Matthew Firth… I drove my new baby home this morning. Just want to send a huge shout out and thank you to the entire team I worked with at Mercedes of State College. This Experience and buying online was the easiest ever. You guys are awesome and made the process so smooth and enjoyable. I will refer anyone I know and definitely return to get all my future Mercedes here. Again thank you. She’s amazing. They call it happy valley for a reason!

This past week my wife and I shopped at car dealers in Pittsburgh, Erie and State College for a new car. Mercedes Benz of State College was our last stop and we absolutely saved the best for last. Phillip and Bryan were a pleasure to work with and we cant wait to pick up our new car. They actually took the time to understand what we were looking for rather that just pushing what they had on the lot the way that other dealers did. It was so refreshing that the manager actually came and spoke to us directly about our deal rather than hiding in a back office somewhere. They also were very reasonable on our trade in valuation. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a new GLE at the dealership yesterday and the service by Matthew (sales) and Joe (finance) was exceptional. Matthew provided a great overview of the vehicle before and after the test drive and even helped me compare to another available option. The top notch service carried over to Joe to finalize the numbers and deal. The entire dealership was friendly and went out of their way to welcome me and ensure I had all of my questions answered. I cannot say enough about my experience buying my GLA250 2021 from Matthew Firth. Starting with the great deal that Matthew managed to get me with this almost-new (under 1,200 miles) car to the super fast turnaround, I could not be happier. within a few hours from me calling him to inquire about the car, I received all the information I needed, approved by financing, sent a video of the car and guaranteed the car after paying a small deposit. I was an out-of-state buyer, but the experience was smooth. Matthew even stayed late on Saturday to help us understand everything about the car and get it ready for us. I would definitely be working with Matthew on my next Mercedes purchase.

Customer service was great. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would give 5 stars but it took longer than I was anticipating. Went in at 930 for a service, at my scheduled time, but didnt leave until after 1. Other than that one thing, it was not an unpleasant experience.

We are prior customers of Mercedes Benz of State College. We recently drove from Michigan to pick up a new car from them. Within 24hrs the car would not start. The sales person said that there is no technician to call after Friday at 5 but did finally get a hold of someone. In the meantime, we called the Mercedes assistance- got disconnected from them 3 times over almost 1 hour.We took the car to the local dealer who identified something wrong with the wiring. No-one from the dealership bothered to contact us to see if we were able to correct the problem or really bothered to ask how they could help. Why was this problem not picked up when the car was shipped and prior to us driving the car home? Perhaps, the have so many customers that they are not really concerned with one poor review- but I certainly expect better customer service then this from any car dealership.I have responded to the survey Mercedes sends new customers twice- telling them that I have received any phone call from my dealer with again no response. I will not be going back to this dealer and will look elsewhere for another brand when we are in the market for another car.Terrible customer service.

If you are looking for a GREAT car buying experience the Team at Mercedes Benz of State College is for you. I was looking for a specific color combo LS460 for my mother. I knew the search was most likely going to take me out of town. LUCKILY, my search led me to Mercedes of State College. Jon, Donnie and Cameron made the purchase from start to finish a wonderful one. I am located in Chicago, so before I would even entertain the idea of a 9 hour drive I wanted to do my due diligence. Jon, Donnie and Cameron answered any question/request I had. Donnie was very honest is his verbal description of car inside/out. Took numerous pictures/videos of any areas I had a question about. Donnie and Cameron answered any trade in/finance question I had. Feeling confident I made the trek to Pennsylvania! Pulled into dealership and was immediately greeted by Jon and Donnie. Shortly there after Cameron introduced himself. Great group of young men. I should have read these reviews prior to entering this dealership HOPEFULLY you do before purchasing through them. First thing was told one price to buy a car straight off the lot, finance manger tells me that was never said car ends up being a few thousand $ more. The car was not detailed or cleaned up well at all when purchased I don’t know how MERCEDES would even accept this kind of service to their customers. Wouldn’t even mess with getting a warrant or the Ciocca promise BS. They’ll tell you everything you want to hear for a sale until something happens to the vehicle then everything is invalid and irrelevant. BAD experience.

I can not express the thanks I have for the service staff. We were 900 miles from home and a wheel sensor failed on our car. This affected the ABS, cruise control, and blind spot notice. In addition every 50 are so miles the car would slow down to 12 mph, this entailed pulling to the side, turning the car and restarting it. Not wanting to do this all the way back to Florida I contacted there service Dept and explained the problem. I was given a time an early appointment for the next morning and on arrival was repaired on the road within 2 hours.

First, I enjoy searching for vehicles as well as finding deals. I don’t typically find myself buying local, as competition through the web is very aggressive. At almost 50, I have enjoyed more than two dozen vehicle purchases. It is important to explain that, so that you can place an appropriate value to what im about to say. Phillip Mark truly distinguished himself as a sales person during my first experience with Mercedes of State College. He showed great passion for Mercedes and was very attentive during the buying process, without being pushy. As I’m writing this several weeks after the purchase, it’s worth mentioning his continued attention. To be fair, this is my first Mercedes, but not my first European manufactured vehicle. The experience felt very much like a team/family effort. Cameron did a wonderful job with funding and John Sunner did what a great manager should do, make the customer feel at home and let his team do their job. Yes, my Mercedes is awesome, but the family environment is the reason that I will return for another.

Test drove a car I was interested in and I was welcomed even though I was not a past customer or even local. This was the closest dealer with the model I was looking for on the lot and it was worth the drive to test drive.The salesman, Colton Kepner, was attentive and helpful. He was willing to talk about a potential sale and reviewed the offer in a low pressure manner. He followed up a few days later and answered my questions and made another pass at trying to work out a deal that would be to my liking. Even though we did not arrive at a bottom line that worked for me on that particular car. I enjoyed the interaction and felt that Colton was fair and open in the discussion of the deal and understood my point of view and appreciated what I was trying to achieve in the discussion and visit.I would certainly ask to work with Colton again if there was a future opportunity of interest at State College Mercedes.

I don’t know what I appreciated the most out of my GLS 450 or the customer service experience I got from Donnie Fogleman. This young gentlemen is the most professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind person ever. I was already sold on his mannerism. I had other offers from dealerships closer home, but because Donnie made my experience such a great one I decided to drive over 8 hrs to do business with him. Ciocca was a great buying experience (specifically Brooke and John in sales). Other large conglomerate dealerships that I have tried to deal with spent our time politely trying to sell me on the high price of their vehicle and the low price of my trade. Ciocca was reasonable and willing to negotiate. And even after the deal was made, they went out of their way to track down the spare key (that I should have asked about in the first place) for the car.

Great place to work with. I actually found an amazing deal on a Lincoln here. Joshua Brown was a terrific salesman. He made sure a few minor issues were corrected with the car to keep me from walking out the door. From top to bottom the staff was great. Everyone was friendly, made sure we were taken care of, offered us drinks, etc. The car was freshly cleaned and to my surprise had a full tank of gas for my travels home. I would highly recommend this place and ask for Josh!
