I received prompt attention as soon as I alighted from my car.Josh was professional, answered all of my questions, sought answers when he needed to consult with managers, and made the transaction a swift one. When I needed to install an aftermarket back cover and though the service department was very busy, he and sales manager assisted me with the installation.

I brought in my Xterra & Frontier for regular maintenance and inspection. I was checked in in about a minute. I waited for my vehicles and the waiting area was comfortable.
Do to some work constraints, I had to communicate with the dealer by email regarding my car purchase and trade-in. Absolutely fantastic customer service. By the time I got to the dealer, it was short and sweet, test-drive, signed the paperwork and left with my new car.
Woah. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. My partner took our vehicle to get serviced, usual oil change, they suggested tire rotation to which my partner said yes, sure. Got the car back, lock nuts on two tires were missing. According to them they never took the lock nuts off, because get this…they didn’t rotate the tires. So, they charged my partner and I for a service we did not receive, and had the audacity to tell us ONLY because we noticed the lock nuts missing. Imagine what other services they are charging people for and actually not completing. So the case of the missing lock nuts ended in white male mediocrity (as usual), we received a refund for the tire rotation, but NO apology whats so ever only a “I am sorry you feel that way” from Joe, the service manager. Not only did they not offer a sincere apology but they failed to incentivize us to continue using them as a service provider. In short, DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Kurtis was kind, and he listened to what I wanted. I contacted him to inform him of my arrival to look at 2 specifically 2018/2018 USED cars. Now this was going to be my first used car and I was being picky and I honestly was very hesitant. When I arrived he immediately informed me that the 2 cars I wanted her gone but had 2 other recommendations sitting waiting for me - I hated them both and told Kurtis what I wanted, rough cost, and he consulted with another worker (I think it was the manager, but I forget his name). They set me up to test drive a 2020 NEW sentra. I love it, I got a beautiful service plan and an AMAZING interest rate of 0.9%. This was an amazing experience and I am a proud to own a Nissan!

Today my daughter purchased her first car from Tylor. She went in looking at a Versa because the price was very affordable. Tylor managed to get her a better car for her money and a better warranty than if she bought new. The team there kept her in her budget that she stated in the beginning and allowed her all the time she needed to decide what she wanted to do. After several phone calls to me and over coming some excitement we decided the deal was to good to let go. Never imagined Id leave a car dealer a 5 star review but these guys deserve it. Purchased a used Rav4 from them and dealt with Tylor who was great. I was buying the car from out of state site unseen and having not driven it. Tylor went out of his way to send me extra pics and and answer any questions I had. He also arranged shipping for a competitive price. I was only spending 7K on this car but with the prompt and courteous attention I received youd think I was buying a fleet of cars. They even provided a local shuttle to allow me to return to work while the job was being completed. Without their help our plans would have been ruined for the weekend. Customer service in the parts department was great. They fixed my problem quickly, efficiently, and without unnecessary expense. The facility was clean and inviting.
Let me preface this that the Service Department is great and very fair. Sales department is not bad either. However, I bought an EV from Nissan at this dealer and it appears I wasn’t given a customer disclosure about EVs. I ended up getting rid of the Leaf two months later because of this. Leaf’s Chademo fast charging protocol is obsolete and hard to find rendering this car’s usefulness on the highway untenable. More knowledge about this would’ve swayed my decision. Hopefully Nissan and it’s dealer networks are better able to educate drivers in the future.
I had the Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions test done and requested the installation of a new rear view mirror that had not been installed when purchased. I also asked about a indication of a problem with my tire pressure by constant trouble light even after I had added air to the tires. The problem was solved and I was advised of what it was and what I may need to do in the future.
The staff was knowledgeable and communicated very well throughout the entire process.
Staff was friendly and courteous. With their text and email system they kept me informed every step of the way. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was done by noon. They even washed it!

Joe and Tammy were awesome! I took my 2010 Murano in for Service and it was in there over a week due to some kinda major stuff. They treated me like I was a valued customer and attempted to connect with me on a human level...it wasnt just business to them. People have warned me about going to dealerships for service due to how high they charge...but, the pricing was more than fair and the customer service was sincere. I would highly recommend this place.

Tammy in particular was wildly helpful and communicative as my car had its transmission replaced. But everyone I dealt with was just as great! Will definitely be back for any future maintenance.

I thought my car sounded like a dune buggy turned out it was the exhaust manifold. I was prepared to pay a MAJOR bill because I have about 77,000 miles, to my surprise it was still covered under warranty! Didnt even have to pay for my rental!

Bought a used car in March when it was cold and the AC was broken. They offered a 50% discount to get it fixed 3 months later. I was pretty mad at first but they really came through on making it right. I appreciate the good people working there even in a bad situation for everyone.
It was a very nice time. I was comfortable in the lounge and they kept me up to date on the progress of the car. They were very nice to talk to and we even did some joking around which was fun. I will be back in a few months for inspection.

I bought my Nissan frontier and was treated quite fairly by Jared my salesman and Terri my sales person they did a very good job no pressure excellent service quick accommodated my needs got me in and out in a hurry . They explained everything on my vehicle how it worked expedited my financing very quickly we’re very pleasant and I was very pleased with their service. My understanding is they are now under new management and I’ve talked to a number of people are also pleasantly pleased with the new people running this organization
I made an appointment to have the oil in my car changed. I was in and out by 8:30 a.m. so I didnt have to use the shuttle to get to work and then again to pick up my car. Tammy in the service department is always extremely helpful and friendly.

I send my car for service and maintenance check here all the time. Customer service and prices are good. Had my brakes and wipers changed and tires aligned and rotated here too. Highly recommend. Ooh, and you can get free coffee, snacks and popcorn too while you wait for your car at the service center :)
