Purchased two cars from Kevin and he was terrific in working our deals and showing us how everything in the cars worked. Everyone who had a part in the sale was friendly and helpful. Lost my pink slip and another was emailed to me in minutes. The only issue was getting to the sales manager initially but once I was able to talk to him, we were able to work out both deals with Kevin leading the way.Love both cars and would recommend Hyundai as something you should consider when looking for a new car.

First, the mechanics do solid work and deserve every penny Ive paid. Huge thanks to those guys.Second, I see you like to answer negative reviews with we dont have record of you being here. Im using a pseudonym. My car was the 10:00am appointment on 8/18/2021 at the West College location. If you call the associated phone number, you will get me.Its front end that has the issue. When I called to make my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I asked for new front brake pads and a miscellaneous repair on a wiper blade pivot. At that time, they could have said we recommend new rotors when we change brake pads, but they didnt. When I dropped off my car and reminded Doug about new brake pads, he could have said at that time, we recommend new rotors when we change brake pads, but he didnt. When Doug called me to ask if I was ok with aftermarket brake pads, he could have said at that time we recommend new rotors when we change brake pads, but he didnt. When I looked over the invoice at pickup time, I was NOT surprised to find a $314 charge for replacing the right front brake rotor. This is over half of my total. I asked the person checking me out why I wasnt told about rotors, Doug overheard and loudly answered from across the room in front of customers, we always recommend new rotors when we change brake pads as if I was supposed to just know that. He said we talked about it. I reminded him we talked about brake pads, never rotors.Additionally, the wiper repair request was ignored, and never added to the order.Ive been with this dealership since it was Rider. Since it became Blaise Alexander, this has been my experience every time I request service and repair. Major expenses are added to the job in a sneaky manner, and other requests are ignored. In spite of my feedback, it never changes. Im going to scrape the Blaise Alexander name off my trunk, and go where the clerks communicate with me before approving additional repairs, instead of spinning them afterward as common knowledge, maam.

I had a noise in which I knew what the problem was and it was a 12$ part. As dealerships do they usually over price the part. But this was completely wrong I had just done a whole new exhaust and they said it was in horrible condition and needed replaced. After that I was told it would cost 3000$ to fix it and the guy said “I only rung up half of it about” what I’m trying to get at is that all dealers especially this one are just trying to take your money. It’s worth the tune to ask around at smaller local shops and see. I’ve already got an estimate from one right down the road and they want 450$ for parts and labor combined. A much better deal to be honest

I needed body work on my 2018 Mazda6 and they went above and beyond. Excellent work and quick turnaround. They even detailed it. My first thought was it looks like it was dipped in diamonds. My neighbors thought I brought home a new Mazda. The next time I purchase a Mazda I am going there. Very impressed all around.

Very happy with our car buying experience at Blaise Alexander. Our salesman Ed Brown was the best salesman we have ever had, and we have bought over 50 new vehicles over 40 years. I was impressed that he actually got in the car with us and spent almost a hour going our all the options and set up our phones with the car. This has never happened to us before. Went to get an oil change and tire rotation in which they offered to give me new wiper blades. They ended up charging me $80 just for the new blades without telling me until I got the bill. I had to call three times over two days just to speak to someone about it in which they didnt help. I guess thats what I get for trusting them and not questioning their motives. Ive had decent service here before but lately not so much. Look somewhere else before coming to this dealership. I wont be going here anymore

My 2016 Genesis (which I bought used at BAH) had a recall and a check engine light, and needed inspections (safety and emissions). The appointment was set for a monday, but I called and asked if I could drop it off on the previous thursday as it was more convenient for me. They said sure. Was not expecting to get it back until monday afternoon at the earliest, but then I got a text the next day (friday) saying the car was already done. The recall was addressed, the check engine light turned out to be a gas cap sealing issue, and the inspections were done. Since I bought it there, the safety inspection was complimentary, so all I had to pay for was the emissions inspection. This is the second vehicle Ive bought there (worked with Austin B. -- great guy) and I have absolutely no regrets.

Just bought my 2nd car from Hyundai, a new 2019 Tucson. Luke and Elliott were amazing and helped me navigate through the whole process and gave me the best deal they could find. Luke works through any financial parameters you give him, to finance your vehicle with the lowest rate. Elliott was very knowledgeable about my new vehicle and easily explained all the features of the new car. My only issue is that I can only have one car, because If I could afford more I’d have a fleet of Hyundai vehicles from these guys!! Also the dogs there are very friendly and the owner even made me a burger. 10/10 customer service.

Amazing experience with the body shop at Blaise Alexander. The insurance company I was working with after my car was hit made a false claim about having a rental car for me while my car was in the shop. The team at the body shop made it right and dropped off a rental vehicle at my home to make up for the insurance companys mistake. Highly recommend this body shop to anyone!

Great buying experience. I saw a vehicle online the sales manager called me directly and answered all my questions immediately almost guaranteed me to be in the vehicle with my realistic payment request. Next day got ahold of me at 930am with an approval. I live 2hrs away and they were willing to bring vehicle to my house the following day on a Saturday at that. I actually drove the 2hrs and talked to Seth the salesman associated to my purchase. He was pretty laid back, answered all my questions gave me keys to test drive and made the buying experience even better than anticipated. We were out the door in about an hour. Great job Blaise Mazda! Will HIGHLY recommend.

I had a vehicle towed to Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda after hitting a deer, and the service that I received and the end result were both excellent. My insurance company elected to only pay for non-OEM aftermarket parts, which resulted in an unsatisfactory repair. The workmanship was great, but the parts the insurance company paid for were not. The body shop manager, JR, and Blaise Alexander worked on my behalf with the parts vendor and my insurance company to have the repair completed a second time, with OEM parts, at no cost to me. The end result is like new. Hitting a deer was a hassle, but the service received from the body shop at Blaise Alexander was outstanding.

I tried to sell my old car on the kbb website and was directed to this dealership as a kbb participating dealer for the offer review. Initially they proposed $100 for my car but when I came to close the deal they actually offered me $0 (nothing!) but free car disposal. Of course I declined the offer and sold my car later to a local junkyard for almost $200. I will not buy or sell anything in this place in the future!

Had been searching to replace my 2002 Chevy suburban that had been totalled and Bill Reilly searched thier other lots and found a beautiful 2012 for me. I went in looking for one maybe a couple yrs newer than what I had and didnt think I could get a payment within my limitation for anything newer. They brought this up from another lot and held it until we could get there to check it out. They fixed a few minor things and went out of thier way to make it as perfect as a used car can be. We were treated very well, offered snacks n drinks from not only our salesman but others as well, worked after hours to get us the financing that helped me into a vehicle not just a couple yrs newer but one 10 years newer and helped us find the sollution to keep my payment where I needed it to be. Took my 06 sonata for an airbag light. The infamous B1448 code which is supposed to be taken care of under the recall at no cost. All they did was scan the code(which took less than a minute) and gave me a quote of $1700 to fix it. It is a faulty airbag sensor for which there is a recall from hyundai. Instead they said it cant be fixed and charged me $55 for just doing an OBD scan. Which is done for free at auto shops. Extremely disappointed. Would never visit them again or buy a hyundai ever.

Sales dude Seth and Sales manager Jack just made the process super smooth with ZERO headache at all 10/10. Financial dude Dan (? First of all, before we get into the bad details, let me start by saying Zach, the sales rep I had was excellent. He went out of his way to do what he could, but alas, the team behind the scenes let him down.Now for the bad. I made an appointment to view a truck in the evening. I show up. The truck is nowhere to be found, they had Zach searching for something that wasn’t there. It was stuck at the detail shop. Not sure how that slips thru the cracks, but ok. Sit down talk numbers anyway. I had the same experience as Nish, up above. They bring me the car fax, show me there was damage, but same deal, no accident. Mind you the vehicle is in excellent condition mechanically, and visually. We went back and forth on the price for a bit, and I was assured we were close enough, we could work something out. So I schedule another appointment for Black Friday. To hopefully, actually see the truck!Friday comes, and I’m literally around the corner from the dealership, I get a text from Zach. Someone showed up to see the truck, minutes before my appointment. I get, it first come first served. But, this is the second time I showed up, and the vehicle I made an appointment to see is unavailable. Finally get to see the truck and take it for a drive. Then we get back to talk numbers. They offer me $2k less than 3 days prior. I say something, even thought I’m not sure that it is my responsibility? They come back closer, but not enough. I basically wasted 2 days of my time, and then was insulted by the trade offer. The offer was $3k less than their own estimate, on their own website!I would say if you’re not trading a vehicle you may be ok going to this dealership. But In my experience, they are being very deceitful. How does the offer go up $2k in minutes, regardless of our prior conversation???I would stay away, but if you do go here, ask for Zach. He’s a great guy, and will work hard to earn your business. Just don’t rely on the management to back him up.

This place will low-ball you all the way out the door, and still be slow even after you *agree* to the low offer and give them a practically free car. Not even a thank you or goodbye from the manager. :(However I have gotten service here once and those guys were incredibly helpful and fast. Just steer clear of the sales team.Highly recommend Delaney Nissan. Ask for Steve. They still have the quirks of a dealership, but they wont make you miserable in the process.

Bought a Jeep from there, it had a 30 day warranty and 3 days after buying it I found that the front axle seals and oil pan leaked. When I took it back, I had to fight with them to fix it because I didn’t feel I should have to pay for them to fix it seeing how they sold me it that way. Then 2 weeks later, I had exhaust problems causing it to misfire and wouldn’t run. I had to fight with them for hours over it and got a pretty bad attitude from the store manager. They agreed to pay for the part but told me “after this part, your warranty has ended, I don’t want no more phone calls about anymore issues”. So, I highly DON’T recommend Going here.

He is pretty much the reason I didnt walk out the door after an unbelievable amount of time waiting for their finance dept to get to us. (reason for 4 stars). Hopefully this will be resolved, as they were training someone. So far the Escape I purchased is great. But its been less than a week since I bought it, time will tell. Tommy was great to work with! After buying a lemon of a car from another dealership he was so comforting and really took the time to walk through the entire process with us before buying. Have gotten my Mazda serviced here multiple times, every time the service department suggests a more expensive solution than at the other dealership I have brought my car to. Always dont complete service within the day- I brought my car in yesterday, and today I was told my car would be done by 5pm so I could get the shuttle ride back to the dealership, but waited all day and it was finally finished after two days at almost 6pm, so now I am without my car for another day as the shuttle stopped running. The people there could be more friendly as well.

Recently my wife and I bought a car from Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda and had an overall terrible experience. We were at the dealership for close to 5 hours with no air conditioning and the temperature outside was over 80 degrees. We were treated as if we had never bought a car before and were told the vehicle we were looking at buying was out of our price range until our credit scores were run.In addition, I called the General Manager to discuss with him the service we received. After a week, I still have not heard back from him. Its clear they care about the profit rather than keeping customers.We have bought 4 cars from the Blaise Alexander Dealership within the last 6 years and this was by far the worst experience we have had.UPDATE: Since calling and writing this review I was able to talk with the General Manager. Overall, I have moved my review up slightly has I was dealing with a new sales rep during our first visit. The General Manager seems to really care about the customer, and as we all know sometimes things happen. I would recommend still going to Blaise as I have done a lot of business with them and still believe they have great dealerships. If you find that your service isnt up to par I would recommend asking for the GM on the spot.

The service advisers are always friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the possible solutions. The shuttle service is also great! In fact, we have never been treated as well at any other dealership to date.We had a problem with our older Hyundai. The service manager Shawn was very thoughtful and honest with us. Very long process. After making a deal and setting up financing, it still took 3+ hours to finish everything.Dont get scammed with the $399 Etch Code scam they try to sneak in. Tell them you dont want it.My car only came with one key fob, the salesman said hed take care of it, only to go back on his word. They finally did take care of it, but it took more of my time emailing the manager to make it happen.My car sat on their lot for months with an open recall. I had to take care of it myself after buying it.Finally, another salesman called my trade-in Gay, and said he wanted to kick my car because of the personalized license plate. I have dash cam video of that. I shared it with the manager and never received a response.Very unprofessional. Ive purchased 30+ vehicles over the years, and at least 6 of them from different Blaise dealerships, this was my worst experience by far.

Dealership gave us a more than fair value for our trade ($2K above the book value). Ed Brown was our salesman, he had extensive knowledge on all of the vehicles we had questions about. We dropped a car off for repairs in the morning, spoke to Ed about a new car and returned later that day. Ed made himself available throughout the day, and once we decided on the car we wanted, he completed the sale in a reasonable amount of time - we didnt need to spend all day at the dealership. The financing paperwork was a breeze also. Because of the exceptional trade value coupled with the various incentives and rebates, we walked out with a very good deal.

Make sure you do your homework before you go there, check prices for the car you would like to buy online to make sure its not over-priced. They will show you invoices and say that this is what they paid, we unfortunately got to talk to a person who the salesperson introduced him as her manager. We were very disappointed of the way he treated us and when asked to talk to the general manager he said that he is a manager an owner and finally said that he is a partner. Amazingly, he did not care about us putting a bad review for what he did. What would a review would do to you he said. Ready to contact the Hyundai USA!

Fiancé and I bought a vehicle here and we were very satisfied. Our salesman was new to the job so he still had his training wheels on but we loved Johnny. He was very into our needs and helping us in anyway he could. I am very sorry to hear he isn’t working there any longer. They also worked with us when we didn’t have all of the money for the down payment that we wanted. Highly recommend!!

I was in Blaise Alexander in State College today for an oil change. I felt very dissapointed in the way ninety percent of the employees walked around with no mask or not wearing it correctly. With 134 new cases reported Yesterday in Centre County you would think they would take this pandemic seriously. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Horrible dealership. Bought a vehicle that was way overpriced and the financing was outrageous! Within 3 months the vehicle was in the shop 6 times for different issues! Manager is disrespectful. I was told 2 people you don’t insult are car salesman and lawyers.....haha yeah because they are the biggest paid liars! Will never deal with Blaise Alexander again! The only star I am leaving is for the service manager who was very helpful. Don’t make the mistake of dealing with these people you will regret it!

I cant believe they have only 4.2 stars. It should be 5! The service here is AMAZING! Heather and Sami did their absolute best in getting us into a car! They didnt for a second slack off and worked there ABSOLUTE hardest! We got to walk away with a brand new 2018 Hyundai, something we never believed was possible! They cared about our family and not JUST money like most places do. This place is hands down the best! They do everything they can to meet your needs, literally EVERYTHING they can! Best customer service ever!

Not going to visit this place until something is done about employees not wearing masks. I wasn’t there but my friend went into get their car serviced and they informed me that the techs getting into cars weren’t wearing masks nor was the other employees inside the building. This is outrageous and something needs to be done about this issue ASAP

This dealership employs unprofessional and rude salesmen. My husband contacted the dealership about a used vehicle on their lot. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, he had to communicate with them via text message/phone. The employee that contacted us was, in my opinion, the most unprofessional and rude “salesman” I have ever dealt with. First, he indicated that he was unwilling to negotiate on price. Unless the dealership is a no-haggle dealership like Carmax, we’ve never heard of a dealership that is not willing to negotiate. We also found this comical considering the slogan on their website is “takin’ deals the other guys won’t!” After thanking him for his time, he then asked us what we were looking to pay. Now, anyone who has any skill in negotiating knows that you don’t put all your cards on the table. So of course we didn’t tell him the max we were willing to pay. We responded with a number that we knew was low (but not appallingly low) and his response was, “yea not a chance” and basically ended the conversation. My husband was very interested in the vehicle, so despite his response, we responded with the number we were willing to pay and the basis for that number (i.e. it was the suggested retail price for that specific car based on its vehicle history from Carfax). His response was, “CarFax doesn’t sell cars.” Well, apparently, neither do you. There were much more professional and polite responses that he could have chosen. Also, if you are not willing to negotiate, don’t ask a customer what they are looking to pay. In sum, I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership when looking for a new car.

My husband and I were recently used car shopping, and although we ended up purchasing at another location due to inventory, we definitely had a five-star experience at BA Mazda. We worked with Alex H, who spent as much time as we needed going over the options available there. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed.We definitely would recommend this location to anyone in the market for new wheels!

I have bought two cars from Blaise Hyundai Mazda and I use their service center. I have had good experiences in both areas. When you buy cars from them, they really work with you in the financing area and really helped me out when I was upside down in a previous car loan for a car. I recently just bought a new car there and I really love it and they made the financing work for me. I will continue to use them in the service department, I get coupons regularly and they are flexible in scheduling, plus they have a shuttle bus to help you get back and forth to work. I also think they have fair pricing for most parts and services.

We just bought a 2016 Sante Fe Sport at Blaise. We worked with Luke C, and he was awesome. He was very laid back and didnt apply the typical car salesman pressure. He got us a great deal on the new car and trade in that we just couldnt pass up (we didnt have any intention of buying that day... we were just looking/test driving). He made our car buying experience easy and fun. I would definitely recommend buying your next car from Luke at Blaise Alexander!

Jon was very helpful in listening to what I wanted in a new Santa Fe, working through the numbers, and lastly finding the exact color combination with desired features of the vehicle we wanted in the Hyundai system.Even though I had did a lot of the prep work--because of a visit to another Hyundai dealer--I was impressed how quickly this all occurred. AND the pricing was significantly less than the BEST deal from this other dealer.Very good car shopping experience!!

I got a scratch off flyer, like everyone else, and won the $2000 cash according to the flyer. Knowing it was just a way to get me into the store in went anyway. They had me and my husband rushing around to sign paper work and grabbing vehicles so they could look at them. After wasting hours of time they told my husband they had a deal with our bank and will call us soon. Next thing I know we both have 8 New inquiries with different banks and want 2000 down. Lies, lies and more lies. How about you use the 2000 you had in your flyer for the 2000 down?! For the 2000 they said you win is literally bs! They have you come spin a wheel and which does not have the 2000 on it just 1 dollar lottery tickets and some TVs. You can tell the wheel is weighted and will always land on the lottery tickets. For the 2000 dollars you have to match the window promo code as on the flyer and here is the kicker! The salesman never brought up the code or did even check it he just took the flyer and threw it in the trash and never brought it up again! I will be contacting the attorney general office Monday morning for there misleading advertising and rigged system. Also I will be contacting the owners for there misleading event, lying about there credit checks and waste of time this has caused there customers
