This review is based on customer service only, I cannot speak to the quality of their work. I stopped in on Friday at 4pm and the waiting area was packed but I was told it would only be 15 min so I sat down. 15 min passed and they had not taken any of the 5-6 people who were waiting ahead of me, all of whom were told basically the same thing. They were clearly lying about the wait times to keep their queue full. I walked out.

I came on Thursday to get my nails done. That same night the polish came off my fingers. Not even a week later and my nail is lifting. I told him about a nail that was cracked and he ignored me. I called and made and appointment and when I got there no one wanted to help me fix my nails. I’m sooo done with this place.

That guy didn’t even try to do my nails rightIt was a messWill never go back again!

I had a bad experience here. Very dirty place. The woman who did my nails did not sanitize her hands before touching me and kept mumbling under her breath when asked to file my nails more evenly. My cuticles were not neat and I left with bubbles in my gel polish. Paid for something I couldve done a better job of myself. Avoid this place.

Would not recommend this place to anyone I care about. I paid for a manipedi and walked out with an infection on my finger. When I called in to notify them that their tools were unsanitized, the staff here blamed me for the infection. This business is very shady when it comes to hygiene and honesty.

Mama and I are always at home at the Everlasting Nails Salon. When you go there you are treated as a valued customer and your nails properly and carefully manicured/pedicured and painted. The nail polish last for weeks before eventually peeling.

I went and got a gel manicure and pedicure. Let me tell you . Nancy did my manicure when I said she took the time. She really did. I really appreciate her work its very neat.she never disappoint. Thank you

They did horrible on my nails and tools were definitely not clean since it gave me an infection.

I came across this nail salon while waiting for the one I normally go to. And Im glad I did Lisa who did my pedicure took her time with my feet. They definitely have a new customer...I highly recommend this place!

Came into town to get a pedi from what was once known as the best spot in town and was treated so poorly. I arrived at 12 PM and was told there was a 10 minute wait. 40 minutes later no one helped me and two other patrons that arrived after me were seen before me. (Both of which also didnt have an appointment) Sadly disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Ive had my first experience with everlasting nails at the age 13. Over the years the attitudes are nasty and they pick and chose who they give their good Services too which is CRAZY

My go to spot. Never have any complaints about their nails or waxing. Nails always finessed. However I don’t recommend getting lashes done there

I like the new spot. Lost more room and more pedicure chairs. This move was really good for Dan and Nancy. Now the parking may be a problem, but if your a true customer, youll get over it.

If I could give them no stars I would. They had a girl so my nails and they were horrible! They had way to much nail polish and she messed up a nail and didnt fix it. So I showed the manager my nails and she said Ill have her redo them. I couldnt because I had to go to work but I was expecting them to say come back tomorrow and you can get a do over... nope nothing. I will never go there again! horrible

Best place to get your nails, feet, brows & lashes done

I am a new customer and I am satisfied with everlasting nails.Nancy did a beautiful job with my extension eyelashes.I will definitely be back there to get my manicure done.

First of all my nail technician left my finger bloody. It bled for almost 30 minutes. Then my nails came out horrible and they charged another dollar because I used a card. Not only is that illegal it’s not okay. Won’t be back. Don’t go

I asked my nails to be filed a certain way and the lady kept giving me an attitude. I asked her to clean the dead skin on the sides of my nails and she refused. Everything was going to be an extra charge. Filing my nails a certain way extra, cutting dead skin around my nails extra.
