I’ve been coming here for 9 years every 2 weeks for gel nails, a pedicure and a chair massage and have ALWAYS had a positive experience! Extremely clean, friendly and accommodating staff, fair prices, great quality work and a ton of color choices! They even try their best to do all my crazy nail art ideas! I would never go anywhere else for my nails!

Would definitely not recommend Luxe, and I will not go back. Went today for a gel manicure and a pedicure since Gloss was closed, and when my pedicure was finished two nails were already chipped. After my gel was finished, one nail was chipped and had to be redone, and the rest was uneven. There was paint on my fingers/toes, and now my fingers are burning likely from the polish on my fingers being exposed to three UV light. Go to Gloss next door instead - better value, more professional staff, and great manicures/pedicures.

Very unprofessional staff. I NEVER give bad reviews. I kindly asked one of the manicurists to straighten my crooked nail that she had already worked on, she was very quickly offended and was extremely rude after my request. She scoffed and scolded me as I paid and left while notably speaking about me to other staff. No one came to apologize to me for her attitude even after I had tipped her (being a regular customer). I have gone to several salons and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I never went back. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want your nails to be rushed and poor service. Wish I could give zero stars.

I’m not from this region so I had a hard time choosing a nail salon. I thought this would be a nice nail salon unfortunately it was not . I dont mind paying for the overpriced services I received but the service itself was AWFUL. The staff was very unprofessional and not friendly by any means . Just rude . Everything was rushed and I didn’t feel welcomed . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I really enjoy going to Luxe, they are meticulous, clean and friendly. I’ve gotten pedicures, regular and gel manicures, SNS, UV Gel extensions and back massages. I usually call ahead or make an appointment so I don’t have to wait.They have a large selection of nail polish colors and brands like Color Club, OPI, Essie, CND Shellac and Vinylux, etc. If you have a fave regular polish color and you are switching to gel then just ask them which one is the closest to your favorite one and they usually find a perfect or near-perfect match!One thing I really like is they are focused on the service they’re providing you with and don’t talk about you in a different language. When the employees do talk in front of you is in English unless they’re explaining something to a trainee.I also like the Frequent service card which gives me $10 off after the 10th service and around the the holidays they give you a $10 gift certificate to use until end of March. There is usually plenty of parking in the shopping center where it’s located. I highly recommend Luxe!

Horrible experience. I got a manicure and pedicure. I was rushed the entire time. Both toe nails and finger nails were cut short and uneven. When I asked her to even out my nails 3 times, she looked annoyed and essentially made my nails stubby. When she painted my fingers, she barely did 2 coats, and they were streaked. My manicure looks like I did it at home. Not friendly at all. Will not be going there again.

This place is wonderful!! The chair massage is incredible and the best part is the stretch after, really completes the experience. My color lasted really well. Great service and really clean.

This place was awful, I took my family there ..... they don’t know how to do sns ... my nails look like bubbles and the color is uneven they didn’t even clean up around the nail, or fix it ! . I would be interested in where the certification is ..... because I don’t believe a professional could ever do such a horrible job. My daughters nails look half painted and they literally chased you down for a tip, even though we began tipping they should not have got a cent more . I almost feel like I was robbed the job was so terrible, I have NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW, this place was so horrible that I felt it was necessary..... no wonder it was the only slow salon in the area that could fit us in !!!! So disappointing!

Have been going to this salon for a long time but after the experience today I will not be returning. If you cut someones toe nail to the point of it bleeding, so much so that pressure had to be applied there should be some kind of apology. Even when brought to there attention that it should not have happened there was still no apology nor acknowledgement of any wrong doing. Paid for the services provided, gave no tip; I was then followed outside and was asked why there was no tip. Disgraceful!!!

Not going here again! I wanted a certain design on my nails and they agreed they could do the design on the acrylic nails I was getting. Turns out they couldnt deliver. They were not able to do the design i was going for - they never apologized nor provided any kind of discount. Very dissapointing and just an overall unprofessional experience. Please do not go here! Beau nails has become my favorite place now which is only down a few blocks.

Will never go there again! I went in to have my Gel nails removed, Once they lady realized that I didnt want to keep them and that she couldnt Sell me on a different product everything went down hill. When removing the Gel the women kept burning my fingers enough that I was flinching and moving my hand away. NEVER once did she apologies or even ask if I was ok! She then up sales me on nail harder telling me it would help. Once leaving the salon I realized that my nails not only hurt (which I know is normal when getting gel removed Cause I have done it before) they were burning and causing so much pain I was in tears. I ended up taking the nail harder off because it was making the burning worse and keeping nail in ice water all day to try and help with pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON EVER ITS THE WORST!!!!!!

I have been going to Lux since it opened, great atmosphere and very, very clean!! Sophia and Ken make the experience at their nail salon very friendly and relaxing experience, Bonuses are Amy and Joey who gives a great massage!

Ivy is a rockstar. Thats who I see when I come in. Everyone is really friendly and they all do a fantastic job.

They were ok. Not the best mani/pedi Ive ever gotten but not the worst either.

Went in for a manicure, was rushed the whole time took less then 10 minutes for her to finish. Asked for my nails to be oval and they turned out to be squared. Polish looks uneven and not painted down to the cuticle. Worst experience at a nail salon.
