Amazing nail place!! Woman at the front desk is super nice and the environment is soothing! Very accommodating to what I wanted done and left me very happy with my nails. I now have a new favorite nail place. Highly recommend.

I would rather pay more and have better service and cleanliness somewhere else than go to Fuji Nail & Spa on Hope St. The lady at the front desk is so rude. They rush you and then try to close earlier than their stated store hours. I dried for barely 5 minutes and she was rushing me out of the door, and stated next time I wont take you. Excuse me. Good bye.

If want you a pedicure the Latino ladies are who work there are very nice, when you want to get your nails done, the Asian lady is the most rude and horrible nail technician I’ve ever dealt with, DO NOT RECOMMENDED! Avoid it, there’s many other better places around. You’re paying for a service, those Asians should get some customer service training, I got my pedicure and walked out in the middle of the manicure because of Mrs. Nail Attitude, I am sorry but don’t be pulling my hands and hurting me cause you’re having a bad day. NEVER AGAIN!

Great price but no wonder why, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My friend and I went together and receptionist rolled her eyes when we asked to sit together. When we were seated, the 2 ladies doing nails were rude and not friendly. Lady in staton #2 was beyond miserable. My gel manicure looks horrible. My cuticles were not pushed back. I had to ask 3 times for round nails and then cut/ file. My request was ignored and I ended up getting uneven nails and part of the nail is not even painted. The lady kept pulling on my hands and telling me to relax. Maybe if she was a bit friendlier and listened to my simple requests, I would be more relaxed. I asked if my nails were done drying as my friends nails were done and instead of saying no, the lady said “the light is clearly still on”. We then got a pedicure and it seemed extremely rushed. My friend asked the lady doing her pedicure if they could file her nail as it felt sharp. Request acknowledged but ignored or “forgot about”. Attached is a picture of how my toe looks now (5 hours later), extremely sloppy job. Also, notice the cut. Yes, the lady cut me and when I said please go gentle, she smiled at me. My friend also had a similar experience when the lady was scrapping at her nail. We then went to sit and the air did not feel on to dry our toes. We asked and they said it was on. Clearly they are using cheap equipment because it did not even feel like air was on. When we paid, they asked us if we would like to tip on card. We politely declined as we were extremely unhappy - which we expressed and explained. We were going to tip still but decided against as we were so unhappy. We were then chased out of the building by a lady telling us we needed to tip. We explained we were not happy, we showed the messy nails/ toes and all she said was “ok” and went back inside. I would have expected at least to say “let me fix it, so sorry, etc”. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Spend the extra money and go somewhere cleaner, more professional, with friendly staff. I don’t know how anyone could rate this even more than 1 star, I’m not one to write reviews but this was a horrible horrible experience.

The owner was very rude on top of it I felt very rushed. She didn’t even give me a chance to pick out my color. I brought my four year old niece there to get her nails done who was beyond excited. She wanted her to sit on top of my lap being that I’m pregnant . I thought she would at least be kind hearted towards children due the fact her baby is there all the time. I felt it was due to the fact my niece is mixed . I’ve been going here for years and I will not be returning after this experience she didn’t just lose me as a customer but my mother as well .

I went there to try the Uv gel and the service was awful. Person that took care of me was rude and kept pulling my hands and wasn’t able to communicate what he or she needed me to do. I pay $50 for a set I was not happy about and when she finished she didn’t even removed the hand lotion properly or clean my nails. when I complained the lady in charge answered me “oh that’s just how they are” NO that’s not true I’ve been doing my nails for a long time and never had a rude and unpleasant person like the one I had today. Awful experience as a mom who wants to enjoy her time at the nail salon it’s definitely a bad experience.honestly I wish I could get my money back! If I could I would give it zero stars!

So the first time wasn’t good the lady who did my nails ( mani) painted my pedi ( Gel ) was rude, Nancy ( pedi) was great, massage, pedi wonderful ( she can not do gel or French on your toes, she still good ) . I decided to give them another go . I noticed the young lady doing nails to my right my first time and said I want her ! ( Kristie) So my 2nd time I had Kristie do a UV SET - I only go to her ! She is GREAT ! Pedi - Nancy . I can say the ladies in there work hard. The owner is very nice/ not the play manger with the curly hair … she isn’t the nicest .

The worst service ever. Not only did she rush through my manicure and pedicure but she cut my nails too short. It was hurting me. She was being ruff instead of gentle. If you don’t purchase a package deal they get upset with you & will rush you out of there. They are very rude & blunt its kind of embarrassing in public. They are very anxious when it comes to money. Never again will I come here.

They do a good job but make sure you dont go at the end of the night. They are every busy.

The staff is unbelievably courteous, professional, very skilled, and extremely kind and accommodating. Most importantly theyre very very big on high cleanliness standards! A very big problem with any nail salons is making sure you dont get nail fungus and cross-contamination athletes foot Etc. Weve never and all this time found anything wrong or had any incidences of this fear at Fuji nails. They are the real deal, and the only actual place in town to go to! Please see that you do do yourself a favor, you wont be sorry!

Tried to give this place a couple chances. The first time I went, it was for a regular manicure and pedicure and the woman that did my manicure didn’t apply a top coat. She said it would be put on while I get a pedicure. When I got the pedicure and told them I didn’t get a top coat on my hands, they seemed annoyed and confused. I went again two weeks later to give them another chance and they cut and filed my nails really crooked. Both times I felt like they were rushing me out. I’d rather spend and extra $5 and go down the street to Dash..

Bad bad bad place .....if you dont have extra money dont even go to that place. They will 2 people one will do your manicure another one for the pedicure. They will expect you do give 5 or more on tape if not they will follow you and embarrass you in front of everybody. In addition you black they do not even come to you to offer the neck massage that they give to other white clients

Had a horrible experience. I came to get my mani pedi and the manager kept walking away when doing my nails I was there for almost two hours when it usually takes less than one hour. Then they made me wait for the pedicure and took another person before me. They also added their own tip on my card after I left when I already left them a tip. I will not be going back there again.

The woman didn’t clean my nail she just put the fake nail in the Powder that it she didn’t even let me washed my hand or something and I paid $55 I totally regret it
