The woman really looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. At some point when I started complaining she gave it to someone else who didn’t do any better. For the prices they are charging it’s ridiculous. They are in hurry to just cover all the cuticles they left with nail polish. You see they put the paper to separate the toes so they are ready for polish with my toes looking like these. See pictures if you think I’m exaggerating. Never again.

I have left one review before in my life for compliments only but I was so taken aback by my experience. I arrived at 6 pm and asked for a pedicure and powder manicure. I was told they could do the pedicure and would see if there was time for a powder. I said I needed both together so if there wasnt time, I would gladly come back another day. I was told they could do both. The young girl who did the pedicure was absolutely LOVELY. The woman who did the manicure was rude and extremely rough. She made it clear she was unhappy about being there and I am 100% certain that she went out of her way to hurt me. I have multiple MULTIPLE cuticle cuts, was bleeding from 2 fingers when I left. I will NEVER return to this salon and will advise anyone I speak to do the same. But she left at exactly 7:30 as she had hoped so I guess it worked out for someone.

I had read the reviews but wanted to give it a try and i should have just went with the reviews. Money hungry as soon as i gave tip he counted it in my face and said 20% im sorry but i tip by how i feel of my experience i should have gave him nothing but i did not like how he did my pedicure i’ve gone places where its cheaper and better quality i wont be coming here again and suggest people to think about it.

Honestly no need to explain anything the service is just no good I asked for square & the look so bad I almost started crying in the shop & the employees argue with the customers. 👎🏽

The gentleman did a good job but there prices are ridiculous! I guess because they’re in Stamford catering to all these upscale Greenwich people they definitely try to take advantage of you with the pricing and they encourage you tip in cash versus on the card but then charge you this Astronomical fee in the taxes cause you use your card. I definitely would not go again

The Greatest massages, by Ada or Sam I usually get. Eyelash Extensions by Lilly. Also have a manicure pedicure. Love the gel pedicure last for over three weeks. No chips.Very professional very reasonable price have been going there over 10 years would not change.Very clean, great for the value, with very professional staff

I went with my mom to treat her to a relaxing pedicure. The price for the services is pretty good but the service itself was sub par. It was easy to book a same day appointment and they had enough technicians to comfortably give a pedicure to both of us at the same time. The technicians were very quiet and I dont think said anything to us, not even a hello. My pedicure was really rough and my moms was worse. She later told me that the man giving her a pedicure was really rough and the massage was quite painful. My technician cut my cuticles too aggressively and later I had a mild infection on the cut. Once we were in the drying area another attendant immediately asked for payment before we were even dry. Once I made my payment no one came to check on our nails and we were effectively ignored. It was one of the worse pedicure experiences Ive had just from the poor customer service.

Be REALLY careful when you pay, they are trying to confuse you in order to make you pay more, plus they decide how much you should give for a tip otherwise they get annoyed whit how much you give. Im pretty aware it is between 15 to 20% tip and that wasnt enough for them.Then when I asked them to explain to me the charges, their answer was in a really disrespectful way and the manager was raising her voice.So sorry about this, the work of the nails was good, but how you come back to a place like that.Hope this review is helpful because it is extremely disappointing to go to a place and find out this at the end.

Long overdue review. Been here once and would never go back again. Went with 2 friends to get pedicures. They rushed the entire process, it wasn’t busy at all but it’s like they were intentionally trying to see who could finish first when we were in our chairs.. very unprofessional amongst each other and obvious to us. Also asked us to pay before we even had polish on our toes. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We were the only 3 girls that looked different than the rest of their clientele that day. There were women who came in while we were there that they took their time with.

Went to get a manicure/ pedicure and paid $37.22. once my nails were dry I got up to leave and got asked did i want to leave a tip. i said no I dont have cash on me, ( mind you i just paid. She says oh do you want to go to your car and get cash. i said no i just paid you, she then insists she void my transaction and recharge me including a tip. i said why would i do that when i already paid and can tip next time. Literally was hounded for a tip when I just paid you almost $40. No one else was hounded about leaving a tip but i was, and was the only minority in the nail salon at the moment. I totally understand that this is your job and tips help, but harassing someone about a tip is way out of line.

Stamfords best kept secret. Have been going here for years. The salon is clean, open, and airy. Services are affordable and staff friendly. Best pedicures in town. Avoid Sundays...very busy and staff rush.

They are so so nice and my nails look amazing!!

I had scheduled my appointment and was taken on time which was great ! They took their time and did everything they had too but it wasnt as I expected. My nails still had some things there cut right, the nail polish was all over my toes and the lady who did my nails kept huffing and puffing as if she had a problem. The place is clean and nice but the staff should slow down a little bit and take their time to making sure its done perfectly because we are paying for these services.

HORRIBLE SERVICE and the worst pedicure Ive ever had...basically washed my feet and painted the nail. I had to go home and buffed my own feet ... and the young man was not a communicater....never again will I go through those doors.

This nail and spa is not recommendable. They are harassing you to give a large tips eventhough you were not satisfied with the service. The manager is sarcastic too!I won’t come back here...

Ive been coming here for 7 plus years. Great pedicures and gel manicures. Chair massages are also a great addition.

I got a gift massage from groupon and they tried to charge me, then I explained it was already paid and they demanded I have to give them 15% tip over full price of a massage (not the groupon price). If you come here keep in mind they demand for tips. I noticed other people being harassing about a tip.

Love this place. Affordable and efficient. Ive done my lashes here, mani and pedi, body scrub, and massage and I have never had a bad experience. Take a look at their packages. They have quite a selection.

Today I went here to get a gel pedi/mani - the nail polish is peeling on my nails and the gel underneath is making a mess. I’m going out of town tomorrow am - very early - so I can’t go back and get this mess off of my hands. I will see them on Tuesday and I expect a full refund. Totally aggravated!
