We came in to get nails installed. Not only did it take them 3 hours but I had to make them take it off because they were not how I wanted it, they kept being super rude as well. I’m not a Karen but this was the worst nail salon I was in do not recommend!!

Love getting my nails done hear. I always get a design and this time I tried the Mood Polish which changes from white glitter to a purple glitter. Tons of colors available.

The older lady there will clean your nails to the teeth!I only get gel manicures which they do very well. If you can go weekdays morning you’ll be in and out, but even in weekends it’s usually not that bad.

Generally never had a problem with this place however, heat and warm water is important in the winter. One day they didnt have heat and I had to leave. They need to also upgrade their drying system because this cold fan on my feet is not doing it. Plus the guy did a horrible job on my toes. Not happy.

On 5/15/18 I went to the nail salon to get some waxing done, the lady (everyone calls her emmy or emi) didnt feel like doing Brazilian waxing so she said come back at 5pm, other lady will be here. That is just bad Customer Service, you dont send your customers away because YOURE not in the mood.

Horrible place! On Thursday I received a dipping/jel powder manicure and Saturday, two days later, one of my nails chipped. On Sunday, I went in to have it repaired. There were 3 technicians working and one customer drying the polish on her manicure. I was told to come back tomorrow (Monday) so the technician that did it on Thursday could make the repair. My response was that I did not care who did the repair and I could not return on Monday because of my work schedule. Two of the techincians said they couls not do the repair and the one technician that could do it said he did not want to be bothered with making the repair. They kept repeating i needed to come back tomorrow so I finally responded that I would not come back at all. Their response was rediculous, unprofessional, and unacceptable.The quality of work is poor (did not cover the entire nail bed and chipped after 2 days when it was supposed to last 2 weeks) the customer service is horrible, and the employees are disrespectful. There is also no parking for customers. I parked in the rear of the building not knowing customers were not supposed to park there because there was no visible sign indicating such, was blocked in, and made to wait 40 minutes before the car blocking me in was moved. This is NOT Best Nails and i recommend and advise not to patronize this establishment !!!

I went there with my 5 year old princess to get her nails done, they did such a great job usally you get such a cheap job when you bring in a young lady but they did a great job they care

This place is totally horrible .I went to get my arms waxed and the lady burnt me ! And no apology nothing . Awful service .Will never go back there .When I complained to the lady she she just smiled and told me its ok ! Bad experience.
