The fukn truck only did 64mph and this caused the company to miss an ice sculpture event with clients. Do not rent any over the road trucks from here as you will not make your appointments. We are in 2021 there is no reason to govern a fukn truck at 64mph. First of all any USA state that has a 65mph speed limit is outdated for this generation. Heres the funny thing the speed limit was 70mph. If the truck could do that better service would have been provided. International 2021 nice dash features gone down the fukn toilet.

I bought a truck from Ryder about 3 months ago. I am currently paying them, when its all said and done 30,000 for my truck. When I went to purchase my truck I had asked them multiple time. No. Nothing is wrong with the truck. I believed them. I will take some blame, because I didnt check the truck right there and then. I bought the truck on a friday and parked it until monday. On monday I went to go look at my truck and see if I noticed anything with it. First thing I noticed was the big bangs it was making when I first left the ryder facility in Hartford CT. The reason I didnt think much of it was because when I brought it home and parked it I took a look at the roof and I didnt see the big gash that it has across the entire roof. So here I have my truck and it has a gash throughout the whole roof and now water is continuously leaking inside my truck. I also noticed that my truck is leaning to the left on my driver side. Which someone told me that i have a spring that is cracked. Also just 2 weeks ago i spent over 8,000 on a new Cadillac converter and 2 knox sensors and to force regain my truck 2 times. My truck has left me stranded in New Hampshire once already while I had a load in my truck. And I had to get towed to the nearest shop where i paid 500 just to regin my truck. The tow cost me 400. Again i have not had this truck for more than 2 1/2 months. Yes I have a warranty but I only purchased the one for engine and transmission. Which means they couldnt help me with this problems. However please keep in mind that before I paid for these issues I called my sales guy Adam and instead of him trying to help me he became another problem to my misery. He did not help me at all whatsoever. He has been disrespectful to me multiple times over the phone. To this day he still ignores my phone calls and messages when I need to reach out to him for a problem that I am having. this truck has been a complete nightmare for me. I recently quit my job and decided to go into business for myself. And I invested all of my savings to start up a hauling company. I didnt have much put away either. No one and I mean no one from ryder has been any help for me AT ALL! Till this day I am still having problems with my truck. I even tried to return the truck when I first bought it and they flat out told me that the is nothing they can do for me. Every time i called ryder they would play phone tag with me and always forward me to the next person thet either would hang up on me or just tell me that they cant help me. Please do not buy a truck from ryder. They are a bunch of thieves and do not help out there customers. I am now in the whole almost 10,000 and i havent had this truck for more then 2 1/2 months. And I am still paying for things to get fixed on my truck. I would advise you not to spend your hard owned money on them. They will not take care of you at ryder. If they treated me well or if this was a fake statement why would I waste my time in typing all of this?....Ryder in my opinion doesnt take care of there customers. They wouldnt even look at my truck nor let me return it and get another one. I spoke to my sales guy Adam and he was no help what so ever. Ryders bosses no help as well. Please dont buy any used trucks from ryder. They will sell you the worst of the worst and forget all about you. I would go to Penske where they treat humans like human beings.

I broke down Sunday afternoon and I was able to meet the mechanic at the Ryder shop in Springfield Massachusetts. The mechanic who helped me name was John and he was the best of the best. Within minutes I was back on the road. He came. He saw. He fixed. Thank you John for your assistance. Sorry for interrupting your football Sunday...lol

What a disaster this place is. Good luck finding help, let alone getting the help you need. Went there a few times and never saw anyone actually working on any vehicles. Took a week to fix something simple and when it was finally ready, it broke down again a couple miles down the road
