Lied over and over and over again. Promised to assist my business when our truck went out by providing a rental truck at lease rate until our lease was processed. After meeting all the lease requirements retroactively changed all of our rates and demanded an additional 15k before they would allow the lease. Upon providing proof that of the promised rate they sent it to cooperate where I couldnt dispute it. After I sent all the paperwork to cooperate about the claims and the rate hike they hired a lawyer to attempt to sue me for the money. They refused to aknowledge any of my payments and are demanding another 7k to drop Amy legal action. Threatening to bleed me out in court if I fight them .
This is one of the friendliest truck rental places I have ever been! ;)
