This was my first time getting acrylics and I absolutely love them. Sandy is amazing and she and John created an amazing environment. I have visited many other nail salons in Springfield and Gloss exceeded those experiences by far. I have found my go to salon and can’t wait for my next visit!!

The first time I went in they chipped, but they messaged me and offered to fix it. Very professional setting, but I wish the first visit was enough because it was a tad inconvenient to visit again.

I had my first appointment for a mani/pedi with Mai yesterday. Without a doubt, I have found my new “happy place”. I was thrilled with everything about the salon and the people in there. The atmosphere felt “intimate” & “cozy”, even to a first-timer like myself. I look forward to not only the future appointments I scheduled with Mai, but also indulging in a massage and a facial in the very near future! I am a retired hair stylist by trade and we tend to be “picky”.....I cannot say enough good things about this specific salon.

5 STAR SALON, they have the best selection of Nail color and very friendly, ask for MAI, she is a perfectionist and is the best. I have traveled the WORLD, GLOSS salon is in my Top 5 nail salons.

Sandy, John and their staff are doing an amazing job. They only hire people who love doing what they do, and it shows everyone there is always making every visit a delight. They are true professionals. I love that so much. Speaking of professionals, I just had an amazing facial. I had been debating getting for a while and let me just say Bree did everything in her power to make it one of the most relaxing and comfortable experiences I have ever had. If your going somewhere else, or thinking about going somewhere else; Let me stop you and say this is the place you want to be. I went with my best friend for gel manicures. The manicures look great (polish down to the base, well groomed cuticles, even application) and we had such a fun time. They were great conversationalists and we all laughed so much. It felt like a really personal experience and I would highly recommend them.

My best friend took me to Gloss for my birthday. We had a delightful time and they did a superb job on our nails! Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience! I will definitely return!

Service here is absolutely amazing, this team really makes you feel comfortable. I’ve had acrylic sets, gel mani’s and pedicures done here before and I have never left Gloss disappointed! The atmosphere is super chic and modern, and most importantly VERY clean!

I used to go to happy nails in Monett, and I went to the new salon in a heartbeat. It’s so professional and really good quality work. I love this place.

I have been with Sandy and John for years and love their new salon. Mom and I are not opposed to coming to Springfield to be pampered. The staff are all wonderful and we love our relaxing time for ourselves.

I called in the same day, for their pricings & availabilities. They opened up a book of options for me, got me in at a timely manner. I have never felt so welcomed in a nail salon before. The service was great, the people are so kind, and I sincerely enjoyed my time. Will be back for regular pedicures, and can’t wait to do my nails next time!
