Best experience in a nail salon in a long time. Picture is 2 weeks AFTER the manicure, still looks good!

I got a dip manicure. As you can see, my nail literally cracked down the middle — this is my REAL nail…. The sign they had for a plain dip manicure said $33.00, but then they charged me over $50.00. I got a gel pedicures as well. The sign said that would be $35.00, but they charged me $65.00 by doing all of these “add-ins.” They didn’t tell me that these weren’t included in the pedicure and upped the charge by an absorbent amount. They also refused to touch up my cuticles because they said it would cost an extra amount …. Never ever going here again. Very disappointed.

My full set was alright. I asked for something fairly simple, to be fair, but nonetheless the nails were good quality. The guy was a little rude, but they were busy so I understand. However, my pedicure was awful. I always get the more deluxe packages wherever I go, because I enjoy the hot stones, wax bags, massage ect. Ill preface this by saying I generally like really hot and hard massages, but I didnt say anything about my preferences before I started. My husband also got a pedicure with me. Both of our water bowls were so hot, he couldnt even put his feet in. The pedicurist even burnt himself trying to fix it. My pedicure lady had such long natural nails, that she scratched the daylights out of my legs, even through her gloves. The wax was so hot that even when my foot had been in the wax bag for awhile, the wax still wasnt cold enough to form to my foot. Definitely the worst pedicures Ive ever had, and the most expensive one Ive had too. Im only giving two stars because my acrylics were ok. Both my husband and I were deeply dissatisfied with our pedicures.

I’ve been here many times before and they do an okay job. This time, the girl doing my nails talked on her phone three times during my pedicure and checked her phone countless other times. She rushed through my manicure and was done in record time. Didn’t cut the dead skin around my nails at all. I paid way too much for what you can hardly call a manicure. We will probably go somewhere else next time.

This place is incredibly sleazy. My daughter and her friend went for a mani-pedi, expecting to pay approximately $40. These two young women were taken advantage of, each being charged more than $100 because of surprise supplemental charges. Stay away!

Well this is the most frustrating experience with a nail salon I have ever had. I made appointments 3 days in advance for prom nails for me and my 3 friends. I went in the day of and they didn’t write us down and wanted us to wait 40 minutes to get our nails done. The reason I made these appointments was because me and two of my friends have work on this day and have no other time to get our nails done as we have prom tomorrow. I am now scrambling to try to find a place to get my nails done tomorrow in the morning and am struggling. Very, very unprofessional. Will not be returning and neither will my mother who was a consistent costumer. Don’t schedule appointments if you don’t actually schedule them. Don’t expect to get in if you schedule an appointment here.

As part of a bridal party, I came here for a mani-pedi. They were clean, efficient, professional and very friendly. Their staff did a fabulous job on all of our very demanding nail design asks and did their best to coordinate when we wanted our nail designs to be unique but still coordinate. Bring your Pinterest boards and IG photos ladies! These guys are the best!

My mom & I went. The pedicures did not last long at all. The pedicure water was not warm. I got my nails done also & it took the lady forever. She shaped them so badly. Well then she couldn’t do the French tip so I had to go to another lady because their “design” girl wasn’t there today. Well then I had to wait even longer and my nails still look terrible. There are bubbles in them & they are not smooth. They are rough. Not all shaped the same. All of the workers are rude. And with all of this it was $250 and up. Too expensive for what we got. Don’t recommend going.

The lady, Hanna,who did my pedicure, rushed me through. I notice,everyone had a hot towel around both legs, two individual towels...she put one, around both my legs, then left me at the pedicure set, with my legs up on the rest stand....to dry instead of where you go to dry...I saw her go start her nail appointment. She told me, in 15mins, I can leave. Hanna was referred to me...however, that was my first time there...AND MY LAST!!!!!! One star is really to high to give her.

They did a fill in 35 min my nails where going left and right ! And she new I wasn’t happy still charged me ! Iam all up for supporting other business but I feel like the owner should be careful who they hire to do acrylics! The same day I went to a different salon to get them fixed because I had a business meeting that day ! She didn’t sanitize her hands or mine

I started coming back to this salon when I started getting the dip powder manicures. A friend told me that Luxe has a lot more color options than my usual salon, so I gave them a try. I have been here every Sunday for the last 5 weeks by choice, not necessity. The pedicures I have received every time are phenomenal. For me the best part of a pedi is the massage, and every Sunday, I’ve gotten a different guy but they’ve all given me great massages. I’ve never had any issues here, except I have gotten the same service and been charged differently almost every time- always within a few dollars- but that’s the only improvement I could suggest

Do not recommend! I went to get a full set and a pedicure I called and scheduled for 2:30 and got there at 2:15 I came and told them I had a 2:30 appointment for a full set and pedi and he told me to pick my color. I proceeded to put my bag down and then he said again “ I SAID PICK YOUR COLOR” I picked a color and sat back down. Two other women came in and said I have a 2:30 appointment for a pedi and set he also said pick your color they picked their color and sat down for like 2 mins and then we’re greeted and taken back to the pedi chairs. I had been sitting there at least 15 mins before I was finally taken back. I got back there and the water was lukewarm but I let my feet soak and didn’t complain after sitting in the water for about 10 mins he came back and ask if the water was ok because I took them out. I said it’s a bit cold and her heated the water up and said someone is coming in 1 minute I waited and talked to my sister on the phone for about 20 mins when the man came back and said someone is coming soon and I asked him if I could just get a towel to dry my feet and leave and I did and Went to Diamond nail bar and had a wonderful experience. I am so disappointed at my experience it felt like no one wanted to do my nails. The two other women when I was leaving was half way done with their pedi and mine had not even been started or was I greeted by anyone. I Will not be returning.

I do not live in the area I was in town visiting and stopped in because of the great reviews and this place is amazing! I had an event coming up and they were amazing. The pedicure was the best Ive ever had perfect. I will definitely return when I am in the area thanks again you all are amazing!

I came here to get a full set acrylic nails done and am so happy with the results! Staff did an amazing job and did my nails exactly as I wanted. My acrylic nails are thin and last FOREVER! I had them on for 4+ weeks and they looked like brand new. Would definitely recommend!

Wow wow wow!. Great pedi chairs and awesome service. I highly recommend the pedicure - they take their time and do it right! A major bonus is the friendly, professional staff. This place is clean, cute and relaxing. Overall, great experience. Cant wait for my next pedicure!!

Ive had a few different nail techs do both manicures and pedicures for me and they all do a great job! The walls are vibrant colors, tons of colors to choose from. Whenever I get compliments on my nails, I always recommend people to go here.

Went in an hour before close the girl I got was super rude and charged me more than what was advertised. I had to go back in and get my nails fixed because they were very poorly done. They were all different lengths and not completely covered by the dip and at one point when I questioned the length she straight said to me dont tell me what to do I should have walked out right then and there. Went back and got them fixed by the young guy with the tattoo sleeve and he was super nice and did a great job, though, two days later my thumb nail broke off almost completely in half. Never going back.

I would give this place more stars if I could. The price is right, the color selection is great, the service is outstanding, and the nails always last for weeks. I dont even need a dedicated technician because they all do an amazing job. Absolutely recommend!

The only reason they got one star from me is because I had to put one. Julie did my nails and was rough and threw my hands around like a rag doll and then shaped all my nails differently. My nails are lumpy and absolutely not worth 40 dollars. While sitting with her she cussed and made fun of other customers telling them to “get out”.

I had Julie as my nail lady. she was very rude, she threw my hands around, she did a bad job. my fingers are different shapes and lengths. Every one of my fingers is a different length from the other hand. i don’t like being rude. but she was not nice at all. it was very poor service. would not recommend.

Went on a Sunday afternoon to get a set of acrylics. They were all crooked and different lengths and the polish started peeling by like 6pm Sunday night. I went back on Monday to get them fixed so they wouldn’t look as terrible. Thursday morning as I’m getting ready, I notice my nail polish AGAIN peeling up. I do not recommend anyone spend their money here. I’m going to have to get these redone/fixed waaaay sooner than I should have to AND they can’t count change. My bill was $44 for my full set of acrylics, I paid with a $100 bill, and I only got $46 back instead of $56. Overall TERRIBLE experience and wouldn’t put a star at all if I had the option.

I recently went here Thursday. I got acrylics with the next cat eye color. I had a guy who was absolutely amazing and super nice. I didnt catch his name with was a shame. Id totally come to him again! SUPER NICE AND VERY CLEAN. PRICE WAS WORTH IT.

My wife absolutely loves this place...she said she will never go anywhere else. She said if she has to wait, its well worth it.

They have a great color selection. I honestly have no complaints! They definitely care about quality, all my nails are the same length and shape, they maybe sure your happy with everything before you leave!

I called last night and asked for the price of shellac full set and he said $38. I go in about 5:00 and she gave me a full set, my nails are crooked, the paint job is TERRIBLE. When I get done to go pay, she charged $43?!?!?!?!?! I’m so disappointed. Not worth the money.

I went here after having a bad experience at another local nail place. The people at luxe were very nice and professional. My nails look very nice, we will see if the look lasts. They looked great till my next fill 3 weeks later and I went back and another great job. Love this place . Highly recommend.

My sister and I came here a few days before my wedding for gel manis and pedis, it was perfect! The salon is spacious and clean, and they took us right on time, and they have a huge color selection!! Staff did a fantastic job with my ombre wedding nails!! Thank you!

I have been going to Luxe since they opened. They even did my bridal party in 2015 and the set up and service was wonderful. I continue to go and always feel welcome and pampered. Reading some of the negative reviews makes me sad that they had that experience because even the one time I left and not even a day later my thumb nail shellac came off, I walked in unannounced and told them it hadnt been a day and they took me right back and fixed it for me!

We went here and Hannah did a nice job on my nails but the lady who did my sisters was rude unprofessional and didnt know whay she was doing. The guy who did her pedicure messed that up as well. Her old polish was still there. I tried to give them another shot but 😵 never again

I will never go to a new salon again. I felt that i was over charged for my manicure and the pedicure was terrible. When i left, my feet were still rough. My nails also werent dry when they sent me away and i ended up getting a few messed up. I went in the next day to have them fix one of the nails and they made me feel very uncomfortable. When i took the polish off of my nails, they were yellow. i assume this is from the polish being old. I will NEVER be returning to this salon. way over priced and the service is not what i expected.

I will never come back here. When they first opened they were great. Now, on more than one occasion. I have gone in, washed rushed through. Or, have been told it would be a 10 minute wait, and waited 30. Didnt even get anything done. No one came back to the front where I was told to sit and wait, walked out and went somewhere else.

Went in for a fill, the lady couldn’t even understand or do what I asked for which was simply just ombré sparkles at the tip. So the guy came over and realized they looked bad and had to re do them all over again. Nor did the lady do the shape I asked for, she completely ruined the shape of my nail that I will now have to just wait for them grow out. Couple days later my nail broke in half, breaking my nail underneath causing it to bleed. They also charge money for everything like $7 to shape the nail and $5 to just add sparkles on a nail. Will never ever be back.

My normal nail salon wasnt open. I went here to get my nails filled and repainted. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The girl took little time and effort on my nails. They way they look reflected that. I tipped the girl $7 and only because Im a server and live off tips myself. But now I have to go pay to have them fixed.

Ive Been To Many Nail Salons in Springfield IL & This Place is the Best Ive Came Across ! They are Very Nice, Personable & Hold Great Conversation. They are Very Up to Date on New Nail Trends, Everything I Have Asked for They Have Been Able to Do . Plus My Nails Always Has at Minium 3 Weeks Most of the Time I Can Get a Full Month ! Highly Recommend

I am new to the area and tried out Luxe. Needless to say I wont be returning... I get pedicures frequently because my calluses get pretty out of hand, and I had to ask the worker three times to remove them more and that I would pay extra.. (he was barely scrubbing them).. He still did not do hardly anything. I came in on a week day 2 hours before they closed and they repeatedly told me I came in pretty late ... (YES, THEY ACTUALLY SAID THAT!).. so they needed to hurry and ring me up so they could leave. While there was still an hour before they closed, the entire staff had already closed out the drawers and left. The worker and myself were the only ones left and he was clearly rushing because I was the last one left in the salon.. unfortunately this is the first time Ive ever posted on google, but it needed to be said!

No wait, takes their time to get it perfect, and they are awesome at the ombre glitter look that a lot of other salons cant do right.

I got there an hour before closing for a pedicure, I then waited 35 mins when they werent very busy. The lady rushed through everything and was asking me to pay before I even sat down at the table for my toes to dry. I will NOT be back..

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. I requested a hot stone pedicure and barely got a basic pedicure, my feet were still very rough when I left. Also I requested a parafin manicure with shellac and design and I got a basic manicure with no designs, she didnt even tend to my cuticles, and though she looked at the design I wanted 3 times, she still did not put on a design. And thanks to the location of the fan, all but 1 of my nails was ruined before I left and she was too busy doing someone elses pedi to care. I will never return to this nail salon.
