My husband and I came here for our anniversary today! We decided last minute we wanted to go get some pedicures. We called Lucky nails and they got us in with an apt same day! They were very friendly, held conversation with us and gave amazing pedicures! They had many different options and variety of great prices! The location was nice and their place is very clean! Overall very welcoming and amazing environment! We will definitely be returning! We are out of town but will make the drive just to come here!

It was a last minute decision to get a manicure. Every shop I checked with was either closed or not taking anymore customers for the day. Ms Kim asked if I could wait 15 minutes while she finished another customer. That should of been her last of the day. She very graciously stayed late & did a beautiful manicure. I had an important meeting the next day and my nqils were wrecked. Didn’t faze her a bit! I will definitely return. She went above & beyond. She was professional, friendly and treated me like I was her first customer of the day, not a last minute, I should be done, thanks for making my day longer-customer . Thanks Ms Kim! See you soon 😍

Great service. The deluxe pedicure is wonderful. The only complaint I have is the nail polish was put on too thick and it got messed up even after waiting 30 min of dry time. Luckily I had light color nail polish. But Linda made my feet and legs feel fantastic.

I’ve been coming to Lucky Nails for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! Wonderful staff, Kim and Mike always go above and beyond on my nails to make me happy. Very clean and plenty of polish colors to choose from. Would 10/10 recommend!

Disappointing to say the least. My heels are as rough as I went in. The polish is sloppy. He made my big toe bleed a little. Cuticles not pushed back all the way. I am sitting on my porch trying to fix my heels now! I decided to try somewhere new as I was near that part of town. Poor decision on my part. My usual place rocks compared to this. I was the only one in there the whole time, and 4 other employees just sat around doing absolutely nothing. Oh, by the way, they reuse the tools! Gross!

I was hoping to have a relaxing time and a manicure Saturday night. When I walked in, I was the only customer. The lady was rushing through nail polish removing and hurt me several times. Never apologized, threw my hand, cussed in her native language, grabbed her coat and left. Another person had to finish my manicure and nail polish. I felt not welcome there. Ruined evening. Not going back.

I needed my nails done last minute. I was going to be getting into town at 8:30pm. Most salons close at 8 or earlier but I called Lucky and she stayed open for me! She told me that she’d wait for me and she did. She was so nice about it and did a fantastic job! Defiantly going back! I love it when people go out of their way for their customers.

Amazing staff with a huge selection of gel and classic polishes. I came in for a fill and showed the technicians a photo of a design I wanted, and they were able to deliver.

This was my best pedicure experience at a nail salon! The Milk and Honey pedicure was lovely and Julie, my technician, did an amazing job! Everyone was very professional and friendly and legs felt great afterwards! My nails were perfect as well

I have tried many nail places and Lucky nails is the best. They are meticulous with their work. I get a fill and shellac each time. Every time I have wondered to another salon, they never compare to Lucky so I always come back. I get compliments on my nails quite often and I refer as many people as I can!!

My favorite nail salon I have tried thus far. I had the European pedicure and it was the best pedicure Ive had anywhere. They also did my nails at the same time. I had the cat eye gel polish and it came out beautifully. I was referred here by one of my clients and I will definitely recommend this salon and will return.

Did not get the design I asked for which was advertised on a nail swatch; someone else showed her how to do what they advertised and she chose to put lines across my nails and refused to listen despite me saying no! She could not understand English as demonstrated by me asking her what time it was 3 times and finally asking another client. I blame the shop as they dont need to sick non English speaking nail technicians on people knowing they cant understand, let alone respond to what you want or need. Too bad cant rate a zero as that is my true rating

Best place I have gone to in years. My stylist does amazing work and intricate designs. I always know when I see toes from here. They have a special style! Love them I love them!!!!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail place. My sister and I had appointments for mani/pedis. It was $180 for the two of us. We got gel nail polish on both hands and feet, and they messed up her fingernails and my toenails. Our polish was chipping and coming away from the nail within a couple of days. I have never had gel polish thats come off so quickly. We chose to try here because we saw a lot of good reviews, but neither of us will be going back.

I went here to get a full set done, the wait was terrible, when I was able to have someone work on my nails, they ripped one of them off, and did a horrible job shaping the acrylics, also painted them the wrong color, and charged me 10 dollars extra then what they said they were! Would not recommend at all!

Took my 6 year old niece to get a mani for her birthday and I got a pedi. Had a great time. The staff was all very friendly and did a great job on both our nails.

Not so lucky. I should’ve walked away when there was severe confusion when I asked for a shellac pedi and a dip mani. Two “techs” worked on me. My pedi was absolutely fine, but whomever did my mani had no idea what she was doing. When I declined to have a drill used on my natural nails, the whole staff flipped out about it. Then, she proceeded to make me bleed in three nails while attempting to trim my cuticles. My services were done about an hour ago and I’m still bleeding. They gave me $5 off for a total of $73. I used my “discount” to buy bandaids. I won’t be going back.

I came in to get a pedicure and manicure. Lady that did my toes did a ok job but took too much off my heel. Now its so sore when I walk on it and its been a few days. Never had this problem any where else. Then when she did my nails it was awful. She slopped the paint on. You could actually see the layers coz she did not cover the sides completely each time. Then tried to run me out while they were still wet. Had me pay before the paint was applied so not paying wasnt an option. And it was one of the more expensive places Ive been to in town. Definitely will not be going back.
