The worse service I’ve had‼️ She was very rude, paint all over my hand, my nail is not completely painted, the nails are so thin knit looks like a Easter egg,I nor my friends/family will be returning.

They do a good pedi for the price. This isnt a bells whistles crystal chandelier place - just a mom n pop shop. The owner speaks excellent English and the staff makes you feel @ home. They mostly operate off their regulars...but after a few times here they can add me to the list. ♡

I have went here for years and have always had good results.I called today to make an appointment for a pedicure and was told because my pedi take so long to find another place 🙄 I realize because I wear flip flops year around my calculus quickly but I always tip $20. Very disappointed in Kynn.

Very very unprofessional I understand that people have their picks and theyre going to do for certain customers however This is the second time that I had an appointment and early for my appointment and I was told i would have to wait 30 to 45 mins because of a walk in not scheduled appointment highly rude and inconsiderate of customer time

I’m so happy I found this nail salon. Nathan and his team are so polite and professional. I felt at home. My daughter brought them a picture and they duplicated exactly what she wanted. The prices are perfect. I strongly recommend this place.

Went to try and get a pedicure, asked if they had time, owner walked out, repeatedly shouted no at me and shooed me out of the building.

After being turned down by 2 nail salons for a quick walk in dip removal I called ahead to Star Nails who said they wouldnt have a problem helping me on short notice. I was greeted when I entered and was provided great service by a kind man, whos name I unfortunately did not get. My nails were in very poor condition as I had begun to chip the dip off myself and my thumb nail was even starting to tear! He was non judgemental and did not try to talk me into putting any more product on my nails and agreed with me that they just needed a break! I appreciated the clean environment and COVID precautions in place. If I am in the area again I will absolutely come to StarNails for future nail services! Thanks again Star Nails!

Will definitely be back!! I stopped in on my lunch break for a pedicure before my vacation next week -- I didnt catch the name of the gal that took care of me, but my toes turned out perfectly! I cant wait to go back for one of their premium pedicures when I have more time!

I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door, I only had to wait about 15 minutes when there were two ladies ahead of me. Friendly staff and clean fresh tools, my acrylics and pedicure was lovely and Ill be back!

Love this shop... has treated me like they have known me since 1st visit.. will NEVER go to another nail shop.. if they are closed, I just dont go.. 🤷‍♀️ Nate and Lynn will always have me a customer..

The folks here are absolutely fantastic. It is my wifes number 1 spot for getting her nails done. Also the place she tried out a pedicure and loved it. Theyre no judgment so whatever your needs they can take care of it. They offer ingrown nail removal as well as other services...I think I saw a lady get her eyebrows done today while I was there. If theres a line they are definitely worth the wait

Very friendly staff. I got the deluxe pedicure and you definitely get your moneys worth! It felt absolutely amazing and my toes looked great!! Definitely recommend.

If I could give you zero Stars I most certainly would. My wife and I walked in with four of our daughters, it was a special day for them. They were going to the nail salon to get pampered. Theyre all very young and were very excited about the day. When we walked in we were not created by one single person. We chose to sat down in the seating against the windows and wait patiently. Some time had gone by and several other customers came into the shop and were greeted by employees and then sat down at a desk or whatever they were going to get their pampering done. We had still not yet been greeted. So finally as one of the ladies walked over to the table to grab one of the nail samplers my wife had to grab her attention and say hey is anyone going to greet us? We were then told that it was going to be over an hour and that we might as well not even stay. So we got up and left I being very frustrated. I will let you know that we went over directly to bwon nails was greeted by several of their employees with smiling faces that are beautiful little daughters and they were more than helpful to get us started in the process of picking nail color and getting our girls lined up. What a great experience at Bwon. Sure cant say the same about your facility. 0 Stars

Welcomed as I came in and asked what I would like done. Picked a color and had an awesome pedicure! Also got a great manicure too. I would recommend Star Nails to everyone!!

One of the ladies is rude and argumentative. Was with my granddaughter on my birthday. She just wanted to argue about what I had on my nails. I was there for a fill. We just walked out. Will not be going back.

These guys always do a great job at a good price. Nate is very detailed when doing pedicures. My feet and nails are always so nice looking afterwards.

Theyre all right but they could do better. They use Old Powder. They do their nails too thin.

BAD BUSINESS..i was first walk in at noon on sunday.told them I wanted shelac mani and pedi at 2 oclock she tried to put me under nail dryer. . I reminded her I wanted the shellac mani also..she said oh sorry I have appointment you wait half hour til I finish with other lady...tod her no..how much I owe she said 40 and was laughing like it was funny how I was upset....never again..and its very dirty atmosphere...shoi l ve left when I noticed that

Got nails done not even 24 hours later 3 have broke off.. Very upset and they refuse to give me a refund.
