Will never go to another nail salon!!! Been going here for aa long as i can remember. Very affordable & very friendly. I always schedule with Tam & she NEVER disappoints. She always knows what i want & how i like my nails. I also refer other people to PK nail & spa & they say they love it & always go back☺️

Went in for a refill. I felt talked about and showed the girl a pic of what I wanted. I left with a totally crooked middle finger nail, no rhinestones or design. I used to go here years ago and I see why I stopped. T was still there and is incredible, but she was busy. The prices were still great, however I was turned off with all the chit chat and looks!

I have been going to PK Nails since it opened (2006), they’ve always done a great job on my nails. Since the new ownership I’ve notice the staff speaks Vietnamese to each other and constantly laughing. They barely speak to their customers and it’s just very uncomfortable and just plain rude!! They better be careful because I know quite a few customers that will not go back!!

I used to love going to the salon but lately I haven’t been satisfied and I don’t like when the girls are talking in their language and how they put lotion on the nails that ruins them and she basically said that they do not and they pressured me into getting my eyebrows waxed even though I told her that I was good anyway my point is that they have to train these girls so they understand that greeting people and making them feel welcome should be a mustG

I been with PK Nails for years I love all the girls especially Tee they all take there time I feel like iam never rushed and they are very courteous and nothing is ever a problem they answer all your questions.

I love this place I’ve been coming forever years! I don’t go anywhere else

I went in the salon to find out how long it would be to get a full set they asked me what I wanted I told them what I wanted and then they literally just went back to what they were doing ignored me and left me standing there I will never come back to this place

I got gel acrylic for $30 and waited an hour they took everyone before me. I finally got them done and they weren’t smooth like they should be because the lady rushed. The next day they were peeling. Never have I had my acrylic polish peel before. I’ve been here a few times and this is the only time I’ve had a problem.

Honestly if I could give a half a star I WOULD! I always have my nails done and I have never felt this disappointed in my life! First of all I sat there for over an hour as she filed my old dip powder off my nails! Everyone knows your suppose to let it sit in tin foil and acetone for at least 10 minutes before filing! I reminded her three times my old dip polish was still on my nails and she made some story up about how it has to stay on there. The owner even came over to look and she even questioned what was going on and then decided to sit in front of me and talk about me in their language! My nails are so thin Im surprised they didnt just break off. I also asked for a dip manicure and the woman told me all manicures are done after the color is on the nail? Clearly they have no idea what they are saying/doing. I also mentioned dip powder having a base layer but she said no! Yes there is and anyone that gets dip powder as much as I do would know that! I told her I liked the length I had and she cut them so short I wanna cry! Ive never left a nail salon with my fingers in pain until I tried PK Nails in Springfield! I was charged $25 to basically change my nail color, hurt me and ruin my nails?!?!?! Im not the type of person to leave nasty reviews but I feel like everyone should be warned of this horrible nail salon! If you know whats best for you DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Lets see: The place is clean & spacious and the owner is very nice but, overall there is no warm-welcome here. The lady who did my nails cut them too short after asking her to just trim them! She pulled at my cuticles which hurt and made them bleed. Ouch! And I hate when they put lotion on freshly painted nails, it ruins them. 😕Please train staff on how to trim cuticles and polish nails! And greet customers!

This is my go-to place to get my nails done. All of the technicians are friendly and the owner, Kim, works hard to make sure all her clients are happy.

Tam is the best of the best. Perfectionist. I get the dip. Light pink. Look amazing every time.Kim that runs the shop is the best.

Every time both me and my mom go here we get a gel manicure. And every time it only takes a max of 3 days for one of the nails to chop. Very cheap, do not recommend!

Friendly staff and clean environment. Im writing this 2 weeks after getting a pedicure and gel manicure. 3 days after getting nails done almost every fingernail had chips in the tips. My feet still had way more dry skin then Id like after a pedicure. I wish this place would have worked out for me since the environment is so pleasant. Not happy.

The ambiance in this salon was very strange. I stopped by here with my sister one day because we were searching for a new spot to get our nails done. Once inside, no one acknowledged us...even after we said hello. After sitting for what felt like 15min in silence, we just walked out. Hopefully unrelated but we were also the only black people in the salon. Veryyy weird.

If i could give this nail salon 0 stars i would. i wouldnt reccomend it to my worst enemy, the workers are by far the worst i’ve ever experienced. i made an appointment for 2:15, i went to the front, wrote my name, and said i had an appointment. 25 minutes went by i tried asking multiple workers how long the wait would be i was ignored 3 times it was 35 minutes until someone acknowledged me and by that time i didn’t even want to give these IGNORANT workers my money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The worst service I have ever got, no professionalism at all they don’t care about anything but money, they mess up nail and instead of fixing they made it worse, when came back to fix it they gave me such a hard time.. bad service they should be shut down

I had an appointment to get my nails done during my lunch break. They stopped doing my nails in the middle and started working on someone elses. After I waited quite awhile, I asked if they could come back to me because I was on short time because of my lunch break. They made me feel like an inconvenience and started talking back and forth to each other in a mocking tone in a different language. Maybe they werent talking about me, but it sure felt like it. In addition I asked for something done to my nails and the lady repeated it back and I thought we were on the same page. That wasnt what was done. When we were done she didnt even look at me she just said bye. All because they made me wait and I had to ask them to come back to me! I couldnt have been more polite. I was embarrassed because the other guests seemed uncomfortable too. I was just starting to wonder if I would ever have my nails finished. I will never go back.

Cheap but decent job

They are very busy and thats great for them . but theyre not on time when you make an appointment . You get rushed when they are busy . i asked for a powder manicure . end up getting a powder dip manicure with gel color on top bc they didnt have the color i wanted in the dip powder .. when i was finished my nails look so thick and like little bubbled nails . so unhappy . never going back ever again
