Nail tech had an attitude. There was so many mistakes I wanted fixed. $55 it should be better. Whatever product they were putting on my nails it was burning like crazy.

I really love this place prices are reasonable and the work is great this will be my new place to go

I went for my birthday walked in and a strong oder of fish filled the room. I requested a full set with my desired length and design I want it. The person that did my nails didnt not do that...every cut he kept going shorter and shorter...missed the sides of my nails on three fingers so I requested a clear coat and walked out with no design... for a first time customer I am extremely unsatisfied and will not go back

They don’t know what their doing. The guy on the phone said to come at 5:30 or 5:35 then when I show up nobody knows what I was talking about and that I had to wait. A couple other people sitting there before me was complaining about how long they were waiting and another person walked out right before I did.

Sat here waiting for 2 and a half hours nothing done if your not a regular u will sit here all day

New to area and was recommended to this nail salon. I was there over 2 hours and the technician changed the shape of my nails and when I asked he make them coffin shape he overdid it and they look awful now. I wont be returning.

Was nice experience especially for my grandmother. The staff were mostly in their phones🤷‍♀️

Got my nails done for the first time ever. My nails look pretty a little painful during the process. My nails still feel really soar and painful. Is this normal?

Overall good expirience, a little weird when one pointed out my phone screen where I was online shopping and the man removing my set proceeded to lean over to look at my phone. Set was removed well, but my nails felt a bit weak!

Ask for Henry he consistently kills it! I have wide nail beds so when i get my nails done elsewhere they’re always so thick! He makes them so thin so sharp and crisp. They’re all very talented but henry for sure is my favorite!!

I don’t get my nails done, so this review is about their pedicures only. When I visit Tip Top, I ask for Vonny. She’s very thorough and a perfectionist when it comes to my pedicures. 3-4 weeks later my polish is still in tact and hasn’t chipped. The wait is usually long, sometimes up to 45 minutes. But for me it’s worth it.

This was my first time at this location & I was very pleased to have such a great experience. I got a pedicure by Krystal and she not only took her time she also gave me a wonderful massage and was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend this place and the next time I am in town I will be sure to stop by!

Amy does my nails there and I can bring her any design I see on the web and she does it to perfection. She loves the challenge and never complains when I bring her design ideas. They are very friendly and funny there. The only issue is waiting sometimes the wait can be long. Other then that I love this spot.

The ladies and gentlemen working here do an amazing job on your feet (pedicure). When theyre done, your feet look and feel like new. Ive never gotten a manicure, so I cant comment on that

I brought my granddaughters here while they were on vacation with me loved the way they did their nails...came today and OMG! My pedicure experience was awesome she left my feet beautiful! And my nails luv them!

The service was okay. And I thought the girl was doing a good job, but the top coat of my nails is peeling off and my nails have rough spots not even two hours after I got them done. Nice people but not very good at doing nails

Great my favourite place to get my nails done, every 2 to 3 weeks, the owner are very courteous also the Nail technician.

Did not have a good experience. It took them two hrs to do my nails. They applied way too much acrilic. My nails came out really thick. The nail tech I had cut my nails way shorter than I wanted them. They also didnt shape my nails the way I wanted.

This First Time I Went They Did Fine But The 2nd Time I Came Here I Got Gel Nails And My Nails Were Not Smooth What So Ever It Looked Like They Painted Over A Bunch Of Rocks And When I asked for them to add more gel and make them smooth they just filed them down to pretty much my actual nail.

My nails have been chipping even more ever since he fixed their mistakes from their initial work!!!When Andy fixed it he spoke in his native tongue to the others making me feel uncomfortable.It wasnt small mistakes either, there were: bubbles in the clear coat, the edges of my french tip werent completely painted, there was GLITTER mixed into the paint not to mention when he tried to fix the edges instead of just doing it over now theres two OBVIOUS shades of whiteScrew them. Dont go here unless youre not afraid to tell them up front to fix it or start over.Im ashamed to have spent 38 bucks and give a tip for something i dont like.

Theyre Rude, Dont like to fix their own mistakes, will disagree with you so consistently, She was so mad that I kept showing her how uneven they were that she leaned back in her chair, let out a big sigh and said My God!, then proceeded to argue with me, she even said I know what Im doing Ok?, I do nails for a long time now, basically telling me to shut up..... No, I will NEVER, EVEEEEER go here again in my life.

I just left this place there attitudes in there are horrible and very money hungry. Andy is very rude does not like his job so he should quit. Ive been getting my nails done for years never been to a place where you have to force someone to do there job correctly and dam near argue about it. Also a lady was digging up her nose. Disgusting place will never be returning would rather flush my money down the toilet than give it to them.

This is fustrating.... When ppl are all about the money!!! 30 dollars spent here and there so horrible. Theres no similarities just a really nasty job Im so mad.never ever coming back all of the nails are different size. They look like there glued. Just depressing, I riping them off as soon as I can. And Im regretting this 2 dollar tip that nether of them deserved.

Awful my nails are thick and I got glitter and I asked for another coat and she said no.

I like it, but the person that do my nails before my nail last for more than a month with out refill, but the guy that did them this time my nai fail off in one week. But overall i like it.

After nails are done..you go home and take a good look at your nails...pretty sad that the thick Ness of the Gel is Lumpy and wavy.
