So normally I don’t leave bad reviews. But the last couple of times that I have gone in there, they haven’t been very helpful. I called a day before and scheduled an appointment and I even talked with the lady that was going to do my appointment. And I go in the day of, and they tell me that she had left and to come back three hours later. So I decided to go to Top Nails in Nixa, and they did an amazing job and I was able to walk right in and get it done without an appointment.

My family and I have been regularly going to Jessica Nails for greater than 10 years. In that time, I continue to be impressed with their manicure, pedicure, and waxing services every single time. Their facility is clean beyond compare to any other nail salon. Each nail tech is thorough with their work, and they all do an incredible job. I’ve been to other nail services before out of town or for a friend’s wedding, and in comparison to Jessica Nails, I’m always disappointed with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and price. I refuse to use any other nail service in Springfield. I love this place, and I will forever support their outstanding work.

Went in to get my toes and my nails done. The lady who did my toes was super nice and did a great job. The man who did my hands was awful. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, it was a French tip set with blue instead of white and it was a round shape instead of square.... he tells me he can’t possibly do that with dip. So I told him it didn’t have to be dip, if it was easier with acrylic we could do that. He says no, dip is way better so he’ll just do that. ???? Lol.. Not French tip, not round, just the one color, so basically not at all what i wanted or paid for. On top of that he was super rough and cut my cuticles with the machine and it hurt so bad!! Haven’t gotten my nails done anywhere since then, worst experience ever, super rude!!!! You pay for what they want to give you not what you want or ask for!!

I’ve always had excellent service from this salon. Chloe is my go to person, she’s friendly and accommodating.I hope that some people understand that the staff are not rude, most of them are trying to learn English and are shy to talk to clients. Be kind and Have a little compassion or try to get to know them before destroying an establishment’s name.

Had a very basic pedicure by male . Will never accept male technician again.

I love this place! Super friendly staff, clean, and they know how to do nails correctly. A shout out to my favorite nail tech Raymond who did my ombré nails in the photos.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! The lady who did my mani-pedi was rude, rough, kept pulling my leg or arm aggressively, then she would push or shove my hands or feet away and I caught her rolling her eyes numerous times. I don’t know what I did to deserve to be treated with such disrespect. To top off my negative experience from the beginning, after she put the clear bottom coat on my nails during the manicure she said “you need to pay before I put color on.” I have never been asked to pay until my services were done. I just kept my mouth shut the whole time and tried to avoid looking at her. Also, they reuse the exfoliating sponge during pedicures. The one she used was bent and had holes in it, it was disgusting. This was so disappointing since three people told me this was a great place to go. Maybe they were having an off day, but I will not be returning ever again.

They were able to pull off R2D2 for May the 4th.Im more than satisfied!

Update: when it was pointed out that my nails were not done correctly, I was informed “it happens” and no effort was made to fix the situation. I have to go to another salon to fix it, never coming back.I used to go here for years but was never impressed. I had to come back and I am very disappointed. I got cut and was bleeding twice, and my nails are ALL different lengths. NOT the shape I asked for. I only asked for my nails to be trimmed and she cut some of them all the way down! They aren’t even straight at the top. I don’t do tips and my nails can’t be fixed without a tip now when they were very long beforehand. This was all done by the owner.

95% of the time I leave with flawless nails. Everyone once in awhile I may have a nail that comes out a little sloppy but its really rare. When they arent super swamped they are very quick!

I’ve been coming with my mom and grandmother since I was 7. They’ve always done wonderful on my pedicures and are affordable. They communicate well and they are extremely kind. Most recently I began doing dip with tips and I love them. I’ve recommended them to friends who’ve driven across town for appointments and haven’t been disappointed.

Ive never been the girly type but my friend convinced me lol. Im 26 and this was my first time getting my nails done. I watched her through the whole process from the glue to the curing under the light. But I like art so I appreciated her attention to detail!! The fumes were a bit strong but thats to be expected in any beauty business, right? The massage chairs were PHENOMENAL! kneading my back and almost putting me to sleep 😆 and another plus is that they clean EVERYTHING after the service! Not just because of covid, Im sure! 9/10 I wish I could understand what they were all saying though

Always a wonderful experience with my daughter and her friends. They pamper them like queens! They have 2 kid chairs, tablets when needed. We usually use them towards the end because my appt lasts longer. They are so friendly and remember us every time!(Toe nails last forever! Last photo was 3 weeks after-no joke)

I came in with a group of friends for pedicures, and each one of our nail techs was very kind and polite. This was the second time I’ve had a pedicure, so I was a bit nervous about the procedure-plus I am very ticklish, and I did my best not to squirm. My tech noticed right away and made sure to rub a bit harder, which helped immensely. After we were done, I asked if I could do a manicure. They told me there would be a bit of wait, and I was perfectly fine with that. They asked if I was okay with dip gel, and I asked what lasts the longest-which was the gel, and so I did that. Very beautiful work, incredibly detailed and all of the staff were very kind. This will become my go to place for nails!!! Thank you guys for the fantastic work you do!!!

Jessicas use to be my go to for a pedi. However I had a horrible experience as it seems the quality of service was extremely impacted by them being busy. I made a 3pm apt for 32 and wasnt even asked my name I had to ask if they needed it before getting off the phone. We get there and its packed, we waited about 10 mins before 2 chairs became available, we waited and no one even acknowledged us. I had to ask if we could go ahead and get seated in our chairs. Lady took us back to the chairs explains someone will be with us and that other customers had a 3pm apt....I let her know had 2 apts for 3 also, she just walks off without getting our water going to soak. I asked when she was walking back by and she kept walking. Thinking maybe she hadnt heard me I asked again, 3 staff looked at me, spoke in their language and completely ignored me. Seem to have no problem with comprehension as they spoke perfect English prior. Finally the owner walked by and I asked her to get our water going and she did at 335. We than sat for another 15 mins before someone started on our feet. Entire pedi was rushed, final product was less than satisfactory as my feet were still rough. First time Ive had a pedi and not had smooth feet. Very disappointing. Still left a tip but definitely shouldnt have. I dont mind having to wait but I still expect good service, not be treated like we didnt make an apt, rushed through but biggest thing is that they knew exactly what I was asking and ignored!

I got there and waited over an hour, the lady messed up my nails twice, and I got them done yesterday and they are all popping off and they are tips and dips....wouldn’t recommend

I was in town for Christmas and had to have my dip powder nails redone. Jessica did a fabulous job. The nails look great and her daughter was home from university and ran the front desk. Its been a week and my nails are still perfect.

I love that it is a family owned salon, they staff remember me and exactly how I like my nails, I have never had to wait when I just walked in!!

My mother and I decided to give this place a chance because our regular nail salon is closed due to COVID-19. After receiving our pedicures two of my toes became infected because of the instruments that they used were not properly sanitized. I’ve never had my toes get infected at a nail salon before. The employees barely said two words to us and spoke in another language the entire time. The woman who did my pedicure constantly kept hitting my leg leaving a bruise the next morning. I would not recommend going here.

If you need to ask questions, good luck. I attempted to get an explanation of what a manicure dip with tip was and no one there was able to communicate with me past very basic phrases. It was hard to know if I was understood because the responses were always related to the price, not the procedure.

Super polite nail artists. I have been coming for several years. Their prices are super reasonable for the work they do. My friends, and I have tried all of the different services, and they are all great.

So much detail to the torn up cuticle I appreciate the time they took to do it, but then the GEL chipped in 2 days.

I have been coming here for about 8 years now and no other salon compares! The staff are so friendly and hospitable. The facilities are clean, updated and welcoming. I appreciate the drink cooler with a variety of refreshments for when I forget to bring my own. The services they provide are always consistent, fairly priced and I never leave dissatisfied.

I drive across town to get my nails done here. They understand that I am there to relax on my day off and are friendly without chatting me to death!! I tried 3 places on the Northside where I now live and none did as nice of a job. They are well staffed so wait time has been minimal in my experience of 2 years patronage. Although I make every attempt to NOT shop on Sundays, occasionally it is my only available day and I am grateful theyre open. Thanks so much to all of the staff. Nice job!

Great prices and the really good job. 10 to 12 seats inside look like they stay busy pretty much all the time. I did a walk in that day and they accommodated me within 15 or 20 minutes. Did nice design work on my toes. Friendly staff.

The staff was very polite, but this was the worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever gotten. The guy that did my gel manicure cut my nails down to the tips of my fingers when I asked him to just trim a little bit off. And they were unevenly shaped. I also did french tips and there were huge lumps at the ends. Huge. As well as bumps all over the nails. Later I also noticed that my previous color wasnt completely removed and could still be seen around my cuticles. My pedicure looked like my 6 year old did it. My daughter got her first full set, which was suppose to be $20, but i was charged $35. They looked terrible. They were just giant, oddly shaped bubbles on her fingers. I just paid the over inflated price and left, knowing that I will never go back.

Jessica Nails is wonderful. Ive been going here for about 6 months now and its so easy to get into. They do a nice job. Very nice people and give great pedicures and nails. They do speak in their own language most of the time and can be difficult to understand, however, they are extremely kind and accommodating. They really do want to please you. I personally love Marys nails and the way she does them. Shes fun, too. I give them two thumbs up! Tell them Picky Lady sent you.

I enjoy going here and I have a couple of favorite staff. Most everyone is always friendly. Some of the best facial waxing I’ve had with not getting burned or allergic to the wax!!!What I don’t like is....I take the time to call and make an appointment, and I get rushed from my pedicure or dip nails for them to service more walk ins. That is NOT customer friendly. It should be the other way around. The walk in should have to wait or come back and the appointment should be considerately respected.

Awful... absolutely awful. If I could give zero starts I would. Work is sloppy at best. Communication is a joke. Dont waste your money here. My salon of choice was completely booked up for the next week, so I thought Id go back a second time to see if maybe my first experience, (which was awful as well) was just based on the fact that they were shorthanded that day.I requested white on an accent nail and the man gave me a clear pink glitter and said itll turn white after 3 coats... right..... They didnt cover my entire nail w the polish. The polish was spread so thin it was blotchy. In the places it did cover the nail, it was all along the skin as well. There was strands of the cotton ball in the polish and instead of removing it, they just tried to paint over it. They didnt seal the tip of the nail w polish.I will stick with Lavish Nail Lounge where they communicate clearly with their clients and take the time to do their work with some quality.

The young man who did my nails was very professional, as well as friendly. The staff was very friendly even after the fact that I came in 45 min until closing, no one rushed and I was even given a gift afterwards. Ive had several bad experiences with nail salons in Springfield, but this by far has been the best!

She was very rough and it seemed like she was trying to scrub my feet as hard as possible and she was sloppy and didn’t get the nail polish she got on my toes instead of nails off and didn’t get the whole top part of my fingernail painted I don’t know her name but she had tattoo eyebrows

Friendly staff is always happy to accommodate a walk in. $35 for a mani-pedi. Many many colors and options to choose from. Their massage chairs are wonderful. The location is right next to Harbor Freight, it can be a little tough to see from the road.

$25 for pedi. $35 for pedi with shellac...They charged me $45 and I left a $5 tip before I knew they were over charging me.The nail tech claimed she didnt speak enough English to understand me. I will not be back.

The worst! The man that did my fill and gel polish was terrible. I asked to have my nails trimmed. He took them down to my fingers, even ground on one my fingertips with the dremel! I got gel polish... Or what they said was gel. Not even 24 hours later it was chipping off. I called and told them about it and they said I could come back and they would fix it. Ya I live a hour away and already paid $30 to have them done yesterday! Why would I go back anyways. So it could chip off tomorrow. Joke. Dont waste your money!

I received a pedicure on Tuesday March 31, 2015. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. It was my first time at Jessica Nails and I wont ever go back. I purchased the Spa Pedicure that is normally priced at $40.00 on special for $32.00. The woman who gave me the pedicure was extremely rough with me to the point of causing bruising which popped up the next day. I still have bruises all over the backs of both calves. She also broke the skin on my right leg above inside ankle. I have multiple scabs. I asked her to tone it down but I dont believe she spoke a word of English. She scrubbed my legs so hard she broke the skin!!!! She also put the towels on my right foot so hot that I wrenched in pain. The owner came over at that time speaking in foreign language to her, took the towel off and shook it a few times to cool it down. After this horrible experience took place I was under the dryer talking to the girl across from me. She told me that she had been coming here for awhile and had never seen this woman before. I am 56 years old and have been getting pedicures for over 30 years. This was the WORST one of my life! I will never go here again! If there was a minus scale for rating I would give it a -10.

Do not waste your money and time, find a better place for manicures and pedicures! I will never go back there!

I waited three hours to just get my nails painted, no mani/pedi, just polish. They have no color selection, everything is just red. After they painted my nails I sat at the curing station for 2 hours, waiting for them to tell me that I was done drying. I asked multiple people if I could leave and all of them told me to see what the guy that painted my nails said. He never came, and then within two days all of the polish was chipped off. In total I spent 5 hours there, got horrible service, and ended up with a paint job that I could have done when I was six.

The man that gave me my mani/pedi went way too fast. He got the 2 services done in the time one woman was just getting a manicure. The gelac manicure only lasted a couple days. It’s been a few weeks and my nails have been chipping and breaking ever since. He was the least friendly in the entire place. I will not ever go back.

DO NOT GO HERE. the lady that did my nails the first time around went very fast and did not care about the quality of my full set. She rushed and they turned out awful. I gave her a ten to break for a tip and she did not ask me if I wanted change, she took it all. $10 tip and a nail broke off within a week. I called and explained that one came off and asked if they would fix it. They said yes but when I went in to get them redone, they were the rudest people I had ever encountered. It was like I had killed their dog and then asked to use their bathroom

It was ok for the price. I got the color basic pedicure for 25.00. It was ok i still had a lot of rough skin the next day. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice, but was hard to understand. My mom also got a schalic (sp) manicure and the tips were done way too wide and it was chipping the next day. Like i said it was ok for the price, but i dont think we will be returning.
