The best nail experience i have had in a while!!! everyone who worked there was so incredibly kind & complementary. i had a tricky vision for my nails, and my sweet and talented nail tech (i hate that i cant remember her name) created it perfectly and triple checked every detail!!! definitely definitely definitely recommend. it is a beautiful, clean salon with the sweetest and most talented people.

I’ve been seeing my favorite nail technician for over 10 years. I like everything but their reception desk. The kids working there need a lot more training. Appointment got messed up because the person on the phone was absent minded. The wrong amount was charged to my card probably for the same reason. Lately I have trouble calling them from my phone. Had to use my husband’s. Wonder whats going on.

I got my nails done with Lily (Lexi)! She was great! Very nice and helps me pick my nails and was very sweet! She takes her time and asks you if they are good! She is the sweetest! I recommend her!!

Tina is the best. She suggested a beautiful color that had amazing sparkles. The place is clean and the massage chairs are the best.

This is my go-to place for manicures and pedicures. The staff is very friendly, the salon and clean and bright, and Im always happy with the work they do. I joined their VIP program which provides extra discounts and perks for clients who go there regularly. Highly recommended!

Walked in after being turned down by another nail salon, so glad I did. Me and my mom beth got pedicures and they turned out beautiful.All the staff was super nice, friendly and accommodating. The process was pain free (which is super important to me beauty doesnt have to be pain) and they turned out amazing. Would recommend.Also used new tools on every client and wore masks properly

For the price you pay at this salon, you expect the nail techs to be professional and accept feedback so that you get what you want. These nail techs only want to give you what they want to give you. Pure laziness. If you say anything they get offended and will pass you off to someone else. This is my last time here. The only kind and patient staff member is Linda. Check your customer service attitudes at the door.

I visited Vivian Nail spa for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The establishment is clean, and gorgeous. The place is set up to protect everyone in this time. I liked the fact that they open the equipment in front of you and use a cover over the pedicure bowels. I had the pleasure of having Helen do my nails, feet, and eyebrows. One technician who could do all three was a dream for me. The guarantee policy is great as well. This is my new favorite place.

My daughter and I got our nails done here, my nails on my left hand are coming off already and I just had it done yesterday. It’s really bulky, some are round some square. My daughters nails look nothing like what she showed them. They told her they could do it but once started then said they can’t draw the symbols and will use sticker. Worse place to go to and have your nails done.

Very disappointed.... I drove 40 min to get the eyelash they didn’t bother to call me that she is running late . I waited 40 min but she didn’t show up . I highly not recommend not to bother to go for eyelash . The first one I did the individual it start falling out the 3 day .

I have been using this place since the time they opened. The service has gone down. I went two days ago and my acrylic nails are chipping. Not a neat job. I called for the manager and was told I would get a call back and no one called. The manicure is all smudged. While I was there it was getting like that and the technician tried fixing it but didn’t do a good job.

Not sure why this place has such a high rating. The service is not great and its waayyy overpriced! I had to wait even though I made my appt a week prior. They took walking while I waited.. also not very clean and overcrowded. Definitely not worth it! There are a lot of options in this area pls dont waste your money here!

AMAZING service, honestly my favorite experience ever at a salon. Under pandemic circumstances, my group and I were a bit hesitant to go to a salon, but I could tell from their website that they were taking things very seriously regarding health and safety. We were in town for a family member’s funeral and just wanted to do something to pamper ourselves, so we decided to go for it. We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff, and the overall experience. We felt very pampered and not at all rushed. They had several safety measures in place and we felt very safe and comfortable being there. Wish I lived closer so I could give them more business! 10/10 recommend.

Great for social distancing and nails! Called and made a reservation - was able to get three pedicures at the same time! Perfectly scheduled. Paraffin treatment is great. Awesome assortment of colors. Extensive social distancing with plastic barriers where possible. Venmo for tip if you don’t have cash.

We Tried this place for pedis and gel manicures. It was nothing short of excellent. Quality was great, techs knew their stuff, quality and sanitized tools and we were comfortable in there. Parking is perfect. The only issue would be that they do not allow tipping on your credit card, which means after paying you have to go to the atm and get cash for tips. They have a portable ATM but who feels like doing all of that.two thumbs up.

I got basic services. Mani and pedi spa. The spa treatment was everything but my mani could’ve been handled with more detail. Felt a lil rushed. Other than that my nail tech and the entire staff were super sweet. This wasn’t my first time so I’ll be back for sure. Maybe I just need a loyal nail tech to book frequently.

My first time here was during COVID and I was impressed how they actually follow all of the guidelines for safe service. I’ve never had to wait when I had an appointment, the service is consistently good and relaxing. I drive 40 minutes to come here so that should speak to the quality!

My friend recommended this nail spa to me and I’m so glad she did! I went recently and had a gel manicure with Dee, who was fabulous. She helped me pick a new color after letting me know they were out of the one I originally chose, which I really appreciated since she brought two similar colors over for me to see what they looked liked. She also did a very thorough job and this is the best gel manicure I’ve ever had; it still looks great and hasn’t chipped at all two weeks later. Even with a gel, my nails often chip after about a week, so I am very impressed with Dee and will definitely be going back to see her. I highly recommend this nail spa, and especially Dee.

The lady who did my nails was nice but she not professional nail tech she just practiced on me, and I ask her if someone can do my eyebrows then the manager came and did it for me and she messed up my eyebrows😭😭...the manager and employees were not so professional.....

Vivian Nail Spa was a little daunting initially, as it kind of looks closed from the outside. However, the inside was beautiful and clean. They use a iPad for customer check-in, which is nice. Linda did my Shellac manicure. She took extra care to use a primer before the base coat as well as used 3 coats of color. This level of care is rare. They do give a cash discount since they dont have to pay the 3% card processing fee. I will be returning.

My first time at this salon. I was a walk-in... was workday before 4pm. I was taken right away by Mary. The service was powder mani removed & replaced with overlay w/french manicure. Mary was gentle but efficient. She did a wonderful job. The shape, length, and finish were exactly what I wanted. Ill definitely be a return customer.

I was very impressed by the services rendered at Vivian Nail Spa in Springfield, VA. This was my first time here and an important pre-birthday spa pedicure treatment, so I was anxious. Also, it was hard for me to relax in this pandemic era of ours. However, social distancing, cleanliness and preventative measures were obviously in full force at Vivians, so I soon relaxed and experienced a wonderful full luxury spa pedicure, with paraffin treatment of feet, scrub and masque treatment on legs, hot towel wraps, message and hot rock rub. MY toes looked wonderful and I felt grand after the treatment! I highly recommend Vivian Nail Spa especially if you want to avoid Covid but get your nails done in a pristine environment with sealed private tool kits and individual pouches of all lotions and scrub supplies for each person! It was worth the price! And you get a 10% discount for paying in cash I discovered happily!

I LOVE Mary!! I always walk in there with some crazy design for my nails, and she never fails to surprise me with her talent and attention to detail. She is the only one who can get my nails to last more than 3 weeks! Everyone else Ive gone to in other locations only make my nails last less than 1 week. Sure some are better than others at certain things, but Ive never had a bad experience here. The one in Fairfax is not owned by the same people and is terrible. Come to Springfield. Ive been coming here for a almost a year now and its for a reason. They always exceed my expectations and give meet my request. I always like going to Dee she is amazing and I reccomend going to her.Last time I went I saw Donny, he just started there and he is absolutely amazing. I love his technique with acrylic/gel he did a a great job on my nails and I was very happy with him. I will definitely be going to him next time I go there. He is talkative and funny and I recommend giving him a shot.

I didn’t like the my nail. I asked her for SNS and tipping. She did a horrible job. But the lady was very nice she tried to refund the hole money. Then the manger said I have to pay 40 something for something I didn’t like. That was not fair at all !!!!

It was a busy night, but I still got seated quickly for a pedicure. Lexi did an amazing job! I did not feel rushed and she was helpful in explaining the different treatments used in my pedicure. I will most definitely be back.

This salon is better than most in the area because of their unique shellac services. I had such an amazing experience the first time, I brought my man with me the second time. It was quite a task convincing him to come with me for a pedicure but Im proud to say he loved the experience.

Very poor customer service. Avoid Jen or Jenny.Disappointed in my experience here. The first woman (I believe she goes by Jen or Jenny) gave me poor service - she rushed through my manicure resulting in a sloppy gel paint job, unclean nails, and residual gel left on from my previous manicure. She also ignored my requests for gentle buffing. I left out pretty angry and decided to call to get my manicure fixed. I came back the next day to get my manicure fixed and sat with Anna. Anna was very rude from the start and denied that I received a rushed and sloppy manicure. She claimed that she saw Jenny give me a proper manicure and defended her. Though I know she saw the sloppy job, she never once acknowledged the poor work and showed that she did not care at all that this was an inconvenience for me. In any case, Anna too, rushed through my manicure, I assume to get me out of her chair. Instead of removing the sloppy job that Jenny did, she simply buffed the nail and added yet another coat of gel to my manicure. This resulted in extra thick, but decent looking nails. Nails look fine on the surface but I like to get treated with respect. Never going back.

I called at 2pm today for an appointment at 7:15 for my sister and I. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and were greeted by a rude female employee. We waited 15 minutes. No one was available for us to get our nails done. We had things to do so we ended up leaving and going to another salon that had people ready for us when we arrived. What was the point of making a reservation if no one was there to help us?

The lady did a decent job on my nails! Just be aware that you CAN’T add a tip! You need to bring cash or use their ATM to pull out cash which means additional fees and inconvenience!

Monday,August 6, 2018 I went to Vivian nail spa to do my pedicure and feel my nails. I was served by manicurist Lean. This morning I went to the salon to do a pedicure and manicure. I was in this place a couple of times and was satisfied. Now they moved to another room. I asked to do a manicure with acrylic, which I usually do. but the manicurist either did not understand me or I have poorly explained what I needed. She said that she remembers what I did last time. then I noticed that she was doing something completely different. she suddenly began to glue artificial nails. I said that I never did it before that I usually had a filling with acrylic . After that the manicurist Lean said that she won’t do anything and left me with unfinished fingernails. I was at a loss. The girl who takes the orders at the front desk took care for me and solved the problem. I was offended for no reason, just because the manicurist did not understand me correctly. Im not a capricious person, I tried several times to explain to her what I needed, but she assured me that she remembers what she did to me last time. My nails were made by another manicurist Dee but thats what I can not understand. whence there was a conflict. Is there any reason to leave the client with unfinished work. I lost a lot of time in the salon, as I had to wait until the next manicurist was released. In fact, Lean insulted and humiliated me for no reason. I feel awful. In fact, the worker put me in such a position that I will never go to this salon, because she humiliated me with her behavior. Then the owner of this salon will be deprived of the client and money. The employee not only offended me for no reason, but also deprived her owner of income.

I have been going to Linda for 8 years, shes a perfectionist and now a good friend!

This place is fantastic! My wife would go here with her mom and she told me I needed to get a pedicure because my toenails grossed her out. I thought it would be weird, but the staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage chairs are great, and my feet needed serious attention. I highly recommend it.

This was my first time because I have recently moved to Montclair. Otherwise I have a handful of places I go and am happy with. The atmosphere is nice, the equipment is nice. My service which I paid $32 for a basic pedicure, was rushed, sloppy, defeats the purpose of getting a professional pedicure. I paid, gave tip about 20-30 mins went by, never saw my nail tech again to check if nails were dry. I had to go. The place was packed with employees, felt like they got their money and didnt care. I even messed up my nail color on the way out and was so upset I let it go! You just wont see me again.

Made an appt for me and a friend - me, gel mani; friend, eyebrows and massage. They told my friend the masseuse went home early and have her a $10 voucher but then never called her for the eyebrow wax. My mani was not well done and it chipped literally the next day.

First time at this place today and I love it. I did the acrylic refill and doesnt even looks like acrylic it looks so natural 💕💕💕💕 . I will definitely come back thank you Kevin. He is awesome I recommend it to anyone.

Their receptionist and ambience is nice. However For the price I paid for a pedicure (one i rarely pay) I expected a PERFECT nail job. After the girl said hello then asked me if i wanted a spa treatment which I declined she did not speak to me for the rest of the visit. It’s been three days and the paint is already bubbling up/peeling and i can see she did not even paint the nails fully on the sides. I picked a good nail polish that was not almost empty and waited to dry so this should have at least lasted me two weeks. Disappointing. For a nice salon, their work is not up to par.

I scheduled an appt for my Wife yesterday for a special full basic manicure and pedicure which was $45 Once my Wife got there they told her she can only get one service then while she was getting her nails done they demanded money even before the job was done. The way they handled her was wrong and very unprofessional. These people care nothing about their customers or their business. Do Not Go There Period.

As with many places of this ilk it all depends on the person doing the work. Jessica is fantastic and I never work with anyone else. Because of Jessica, I give Vivian a solid 5 stars.

Awful waxing! Eyebrows and lip done in 5 minutes total! She completely destroyed my arches, she put wax on then left the room! Took way too much off the front ends so now my eyebrows are way far apart. Theres definitely double dipping. No time or care taken at all!! So disappointed! My husband even looked at me and asked what happened!! I wont need to wax for at least 3 months to give them a chance to grow back so I can get my arches back!

First time visit, got the spa pedi and it was surprising how many things they did. Scrub, Wax, stones, yay! I usually pay extra for each treatment. LOVE that the bowl is covered in a plastic that is removable. Its so clean! Gonna get my nails done next time!

The price is very reasonable and unlike other places if you have a gel manicure on prior to going there, but you are getting a manicure from them, they will take it off for you with no charge!!! Other places have charged me $10 to just wrap my finger with foil! Lol anyways Ive been there 4 times already since theyve opened and Im not going anywhere else anymore :) highly recommend this place. All the techs are awesome Trina is the one thats done mine! And shes great!

I had one fine experience here but the second time I went, the nail tech shaped my nails lopsided. When I asked to re do, the nail tech cut the nail all the way down, without removing gel, making it very hard for any other nail tech to re work the nails. I was not expected to pay. While waiting on my sister’s manicure, I finally figured i should ask the manager for a suggestion or explination on how i should proceed at another shop. He asked what the problem was. Told me to wait, then left, for the day. Terrible experience.
