I usually love this business for pedicures. The lady that serviced my daughter & I on this visit was so rough & did it so quickly I’m not sure I’ll be back. Polish is all over our toes as well.

I was able to get my nails done here, and the man did a good job, I think, but I dont get my nails done very often because I have some anxiety about having smaller nail beds, which they pointed out (hoping they wouldnt have, but they did), which I dont blame them it is very hard to work with. One thing I wish they had done better was dealing with my cuticles, I unfortunately came out with scabs around my cuticles where the man had grinded them. The pictures were taken today (11/4/2020) and I got nails done (10/31/2020). The scabs have gotten better since I had gotten them done, but i feel like it makes my nails look bad. There have also been bubbles popping up in the nail polish, but Im not sure why.

Relaxing atmosphere and extraordinarily talented staff set this salon apart from all others. The spa feel is practically meditative with soft music and the noticable lack of loud chatter among the staff. My nail tech (owner) was clearly a talented artist, creating perfection in a unhurried but efficient manner... soft spoken and very pleasant. I will always make Amazing Nails my only place to be for a magnificent mani/pedi at a truly competitive price point. Can hardly wait to experience the array of spa treatments!

I got a luxury pedicure and really enjoyed my experience.My feet and and toenails were pretty rough when I came in but they are now in great shape: clean, healthy, smooth. They actually looked so nice that I opted for no polish. Extra time was taken not only on the bottoms of my feet but also on the massage. (That woman has surprisingly strong hands.)The salon was very clean, required a mask to be worn, did a temperature check upon entry, asked me to use alcohol spray and hand sanitizer before my appointment. I appreciate the precautions they are taking and nothing felt too invasive or that they were asking too much. Temp check took like 2 seconds.Will definitely return.

First time in here, pretty quiet! Gentleman who took care of me was very nice, had a good conversation. Taking good caution with covid. I decided to go for the deluxe package - disappointed though, as the massage was not much longer than an average pedicure. Also the gentleman only put on one coat of clear nail polish. Other places, when I ask even for clear, they will take their time and put in effort to do so. Lack of completion really ruined it for me sadly..

My nails turned out perfect! Le Hieu was so sweet amd kinda and shaped my nails wonderfully. The colors were on point and our standing I highly recommend this place!!!

I had sculpted nails and instead of soaking them off he scraped at it with another nail extension. I asked him if he should soak them first then he argued with me and continued to pry them off then complained that I wasn’t relaxed. He pried them off and it caused me to bleed.Overall very painful and lacked skill.

The service is not good! Rude and inpatient! I had a big event coming up so I was trying to match my colors. I was going to do 3-4 different colors to mix with my dress but the guy in there was very rude and said, you want 4 color! You have 3 color already! Not going back!!! It was me and 1 other lady in there, really dude you won’t lose customers because I was taking too long picking out my colors! People need to learn customer service! Bad!

Lady that did my pedicure could not speak any English so she didn’t know what I was saying and I didn’t know what she said. She gave a great massage though. Went with a group and some didn’t get a chance to get there’s done because they were very slow.

If you want a great spa experience this is the place to go. My husband and I are high risk and they took every precaution to make sure that we stayed safe. We were the only ones there at the end of the day.

Great place to get your nails done. I don’t suggest the eyebrow wax. Lol I’m very picky with my eyebrows but my nails always look the best when I get them done at amazing nails. The shop is very elegant and clean. *Since the pandemic has started the owners are very strict with health awareness. They check our temperature, make sure we wear a face mask for any service, make sure we wash/ sanitize our hands and also have us sign a COVID document stating that we don’t have the virus etc*.... Nail tech tried to convince me multiple times to pick a different color. She did a really awful job trying to mattify the deep red shellac. The shellac mattifying gel was out of date or something because it left my nails looking really gooey and weird. On top of the gooey weirdness theres small hair and debris scattered throughout my manicure its lumpy weird and gross. I asked her to fix it and she said, no youre done. Can not recommend.

Great attention to detail during my shellac manicure. She was very kind. Manicure was less pampering than other places in the area. Didnt include lotion massage or long nail soak beforehand.

I got long coffin shape with powder in color 95 and matte top coat and he paid attention to making sure the corners didn’t round out and they look stunning. My daughter and I went there this past Friday to get our nails done for my brothers wedding on Saturday. The owner kept getting up and walking away to tend to other customers and had a very upset customer who was with another employee and had to deal with her. The lady who done my daughters nails done great! This cost me $40 a piece because we did the dip! I thought my nails looked great until I got to the rehearsal and noticed I had huge bubbles that looked white and I about cried. This was horrible for me because I hardly ever have the extra money to get my nails done, I made sure I saved up for my daughter and I to get them done. I would never recommend this place because obviously they need to hire a receptionist! I would love for the offer to get my money back for my nails or to get them redone! As of right now I would not ever go back!

This is the only place I get pedicurs! They are so clean and professional. I have always gone here over others because its accully relaxing. The music is soft and there are no TVs. Its a true Spa experience. Now with the virus, they take extra procaustions allow very few customers. By appointment is the best way to get in

Brandin rushed through my nails. Both myself and my daughter have quite a few uneven spots. He dropped his nail clippers on the floor and did not sanitize them at all. For the price I paid, it was not worth it. We wont be back.

Amazing nails is NOT a good name for this establishment. I had the most horrific experience today that I’ve ever had in 10+ years of getting my nails done.I came in at about 1:00 on a Sunday. There were 2 nail techs and 3 women getting pedicures. The man that did my nails told me it would be like 15-20 min. Okay, no big deal. So almost 40 minutes later, he finally asks me if I have chosen a color for my gel manicure. I told him my choice and he went to get it. As he was coming back, a girl came in asking for a full set. He told her they were too busy and sent her on her way. He came back and sat with me and started working on my nails. He started using the nail drill on my nails, which I thought was odd for a gel manicure, but I let him continue and decided to trust that he knew what he was doing. He got out the tips and I realized that he had filed down my nails to be so thin that they were hurting. When I told him that I had not asked for a full set, he tried applying gel polish to my now paper thin nails. I cried when I realized that he had ruined my nails that I have tried so hard to get healthy after years and years of acrylics. I had him put the acrylic tips on anyway because it was too late to go back. After he finished, he rang me up. It was $40. He had charged me for the acrylics and the gel polish. I told him that he had made a mistake so I shouldn’t have to pay for the service that I had received out of his own negligence. After arguing with him a bit he offered me a small discount. I wasn’t happy with it so he started berating me in front of other customers and even involved a nice woman getting her toes done, and asked her to mediate the situation. It was the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. He kept grabbing my hands to show them to people and even followed me to my car and took pictures of me. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. Buyer beware. Please don’t let this happen to you too.

The worst ever. They did such a bad job, I had to ask them to re do both my mani and pedi. They argued with me when I complained about the shellac being too thick. They tried to tell me that the white tips had to be thick for the white to look good. Weird how the white looked exactly the same after they re did them much thinner. I was so upset I seriously thought about leaving more than once. After they repainted my toe nails, the lady messed up the polish my big toe nail. Instead of repainting it, she decided to put a huge glob of paint on there to cover it up. It dried for almost two hours before I put my shoes on, and the paint still messed up. Save your money and your time, choose a different business. Seriously, there are plenty out there.

Super great job with COVID disinfection protection...required mask to enter, took temperature, enforced germex before selecting color, heavily disinfected seats and stations of clients prior to us and after we finished. Very considerate of everyone’s health...Brandon was also detailed with our devices...dipped nails and manicure. Will be back.

Worst experience at a nail salon! My pedicure was nice but when it came to painting them it was as if my 5 year old did it. My manicure was worse. The tech barely soaked my nails, did not take off my clear polish that was on already. Did not use a base or top coat and made 4 fingers bleed at the cuticles. The tech seemed rushed and I paid $70+ for horrible work. I should have known because nobody was there but one other person getting her fingers done. She was having problems with the tech listening to what she wanted. Super disappointing! The only reason I went was because of good reviews and they offer paraffin. Never again! One star was because the tech was gentle when scrubbing. Weird thing was the tech kept messing with the chair controls as well moving by back up and down I can understand moving the chair.
