This place is amazing. I’ve been going here for about the last 10 years and it’s always great. All the people working here are so friendly and great. Prices are reasonable and I’m always pleased with my experience. My nails always last super long and I’ve never had any issues.

Very friendly and professional staff, and very patient with our mom who has dementia. And her nails look fantastic!!!! It also has a nice relaxing easy going atmosphere for hanging out and waiting.

They were excellent super friendly they took their time to do a really good job their formal anybody who came in through the door including the ups guy they knew their name as if theyve all been loyal customers of this place for years and years and years and they just got another loyal costumer theyre excellent there I absolutely suggest trying out princess nails

I love this place. Got a regular manicure and pedicure for $35! The pedicure wasn’t the deluxe one but they treated it like one! Gave me a massage and hot towels. Lasted around 45 minutes and was great.

My toes and nails were super itchy never has that happen until I came here and they make you sign a WAIVER !!

Nail tech did her thang I love my nails

I noticed that the owner removed the pictures of the nail fungus that I contracted from this horrible Nail Salon. I would give this dump ZERO stars if the system would allow me to. It cost me over a thousand dollars at 2 local Dermotologists to cure my nail fungus. Extremely painful and all 10 of my fingernails fell off. Watch this post, Ken will delete it again. HE DOES NOT CARRY INSURANCE, so if you get injured at his salon, you cannot retrieve any of the money it costs you in medical bills. He isnt even supposed to be in operation without carrying insurance on his customers and employees. When you have a problem with suffering injury, he will deny you have ever been a customer. Stay away from this horrible man and his equally disgusting business. Go to another salon, there are plenty of other places in the area who are clean, honest, and do a straight forward business. ZERO STARS.

I really cant say enough about how pleased with this place I am. Ive been getting my nails done for only a year now consistently and i will never go anywhere else for my basic needs. Ken is really great along with the other staff members. They really care what you want. Ask about your lifestyle so you can get the most bang for your buck. No upsale ever. No pressure to get gel. Always going above and beyond because that is just in their nature. Clean and sanitary always. If you dont like something about your nails SPEAK UP! THEY ENCOURAGE IT! They are so polite and want you to look your best. They get busy so try to get in early. 🖖

I love this nail salon. I always havey nails done by Helen. Im a regular customer for over 4 years. Shes awesome at what she doea. The owner is very friendly and always greets you by your name. I will definitely recommend my friends to Princess Nails.

My nails look great. Shaped well, painted well, and they even let me use a nail polish that I brought with me for my ring finger nail.

First time coming here and omggggggg I love it!!! They are nice and treat you great❤️

So I went on Thursday and they charged me $38 for 4 broken nails to replace and a fill and the shape was beautiful but they were rushing me out the door because they were closing and three of my nails paint smudges so horribly and the lady doesn’t even fix it. That same day I break one nail and I had to wait four days to get it fixed because I work and they charged me $3 for a broken nail that’s not even the same color as the other nails! I’ve never had to pay for a fixed nail before and definitely not one that doesn’t match the rest. I could have paid $41 and got actually decent nails that all match.

I have to give props to this salon. As a licensed nail tech I am leery about visiting spas. This place was spotless. I watched stations being disinfected, tools being cleaned, disinfected and STERILIZED! The linens were immaculate and the procedures were done professionally, wonderfully with great care, skill and attention to detail. The tech was very wonderful and did an amazing job and I have to say they have found themselves a loyal customer!!!!

The place is clean and the staff are wonderful, and they take their time to make your staff very enjoyable! I really recommend this place! And also the prices are great!!!

I don’t know what that last reviewer was saying about it being santitary. I had the opposite experience. The woman who did my nails did not clean off her table after the last customer. She was rough and cut my cuticles and fingers. There was acrylic all over my finger tips. Maybe it would be better to make an appointment with someone you know is good - but walking in and getting whoever is a NO.

The owner took great care in getting to know me, he remembers me even if its been a while. Ive had him order specific colors for me, and above all he listens to what youre saying. very nice family running their business.

Amy sucks, she has messed up my nails cause she was rushing to go home. I had hair stuck in the acrylic the nail polish had bubbles and instead of taking off the polish completely to fix the mistake she made she just painted over it and made the polish super thick and darker than others. I do not recommend this place. They are super stingy and dont care about our nails. I recommend Steve in L.A nails located on Belmont Ave. Hes the real deal

Spend your money somewhere else .. Have been a faithful client and every time my GEL polish comes off in a week or REGULAR polish changes color and the owner does not accommodate you for the inconvenience. He will still charge you full price to fix their mistakes.. He just makes up excuses... DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT .. PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP AND NAILS ARE DONE POORLY... Nails looks horrible after just one week !!

I bring my Mom in once a month for a pedicure, they treat her very well and the price is reasonable. The place is very clean, staff are pleasant.

My nail isn’t full of acrylic on the side of my acrylics you can still see my nail.

I called last minute and it took me in right away they did a great job it’s my first time there so my for my first time experience I do recommend them highly

Please dont get your nails done here I seriously got my nails done a day before my vacation one of the ladys did a horrible paint job on my nails to the point you can see the paint lines..day 2 on my vacation I broke a nail washing dishes they was snapping where the lady put the clue at..sad part I had nails before I went here and now my nails are nothing but skin and I have to wait till the grow out again smh
